La Mai Hotel

The best housekeeping service ever. The housekeeping is absolutely top-notch, so clean and tidy, and I really appreciate it. I also really like the lighting in the room; the color and brightness are very comfortable. The bed is also comfortable. I didn’t really enjoy the food, but all the staff here provide great service. The only thing I didn’t like is that the walls seem a bit thin. When people in the next room talk loudly, you can hear everything. However, the hotel’s overall service makes up for it, so it’s acceptable.

The room was very comfortable, and the location is excellent as it is conveniently close to the local market, making it easy to find food and other necessities. The staff were very attentive and friendly, especially Khun Noom, who took excellent care of me throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this property and look forward to returning again in the future.

The room was very spacious which I appreciated. The water pressure in the shower was great! The view was amazing from my room. Only thing I didn’t like was how the bed kept easily moving every time I would sit or lay on it. Overarall, great experience. The young luggage helper was super nice. My suitcase handle was jammed and he kept trying and trying to fix it even without me asking for help. And when my taxi arrived, he even mentioned it to him. I thought it was the sweetest thing.

The hotel is a very old building, and the inside is filled with the smell of moldy age. We can bear these problems for those of us who stay for two short nights. The biggest problem is that the facilities of the hotel are not perfect! The safety warning is not qualified! As a result, I fell down the steps and was seriously injured! And the hotel has never made any apologies and deals with it! There was no relevant person to deal with this matter before I posted the comments! The staff of this hotel has no ability and attitude to deal with problems at all! The staff on duty the night I was injured was very rude and had a bad attitude! There is an ugly male waiter on duty! He didn't help us and kept yelling at us! This kind of staff is not the standard of a four-star hotel in terms of image and service level! The whole hotel's hygiene, services and facilities have not reached the 4-star standard in any aspect! I see that many guests staying in the comment area are reacting to the service problems of the front desk staff, but the hotel has never improved! There are many excellent hotels near this area. Please don't choose such a bad hotel. If you want to stay in this hotel, please be prepared that the hotel will not help you and will yell at you rudely in case of an accident!!

It’s a lovely hotel! The room is beautiful with the view. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Definitely having a good time stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, the lobby was welcoming and we loved the veranda. The pool is really small and cold, which is why we did not feel inclined to use it.

Tee has been so accommodating to us during our stay and we appreciate how our rooms are so clean and organized. It was a perfect 3 day staycation!! We’ll definitely come back soon! 🥰
