Very nice boutique hotel with spacious rooms. From reception to room, and the setup in room, everything was well thought out and functional. Room was spacious and the shampoo, hand creams provided were of top quality. They even sell the shampoo and hand creams at reception. I don't think you can beat this hotel at this price point. Would stay again. They also have parking with reasonable price.

A fantastic few days spent at this lovely hotel in the heart of Innsbruck. Great room, really comfortable bed and everything you could possibly need. Sophia on the front desk deserves a special mention. She was extremely kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived and went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible, even bringing us Prosecco in the garden. Thank you Sophia! We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others and I expect we will be back.

Really enjoyed staying here. It felt like all the staff (reception, cleanersetc) really cared liked and cared for those that were staying in this hotel. The welcome card to access city public transport was lovely. We just used it to get back to the airport. The welcome drink of prosecco, became my welcome home drink each day haha which the staff did not mind. There was also tea available. The honesty vending machine bar was a nice touch and the outside space on the 3rd floor and ground floor was done nicely. |We enjoyed our room (Arabian) (it’s a clear door to the bathroom so consider who you are sharing with). Beds and pillows were comfy and all amenities stocked up each day. |Couldn't fault this hotel staying as a couple. Well placed to explore the town on foot (everything felt 10min away) and easy access to the main train station if you want to go further up into this hills (as we did to Solden for a day). A final touch was a piece of local chocolate on check out. Would happily return to this hotel again

A very nice hotel close to the Main Street in Innsbruck. We were easily able to walk from the train station to the hotel, as well as most attractions (the only exception being Swarovski Kristallwen, but the shuttle bus is at the train station and convenient!). We had a south side loft and enjoyed sitting out on the porch each evening. The room was comfortable and a little quirky…and just note that there is no personal air conditioning in the room (so in July, it was a little warm but not unbearable). We absolutely loved the breakfast and thought it was worth the 19€/day. Oh and try the pesto…it made me so happy each morning. Every member of the staff was very friendly and we’d happily stay here again the next time we visit Innsbruck.

Nala is the best base camp for adventures in and around Innsbruck. It offers a tranquil and sophisticated resting place with its uniquely designed rooms and excellent location within the city. It is easy walking distance from popular attractions, and the train station. The staff is friendly, cheerful and extremely helpful offering suggestions and assistance during your stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone when visiting Innsbruck! I would recommend the gold junior suite- so chic and romantic (we visited for our honeymoon).

Quirky hotel in a good location just 15-20 minute walk from Aldtadt and 10 minutes from the train station. Very friendly staff. Not air conditioned rooms however the hotel has a cooling system throughout. Welcome drinks on arrival. Small gym downstairs and a terrace on the 3rd floor. Patio garden on the ground floor. I can't imagine many hotels are as quirky as this one and feel just a little bit more special. Big recommend.
