Great hospitality from the front desk when checking in with complementary drinks. The booking includes the welcome card where all transportation within Innsbruck are included plus free activities that you can sign up online. The Garden Rooms is great for three people. The room might get hot sometimes and the thermostat is controlled by the reception (will need to let them know if you want the room temperature to be lowered). Complementary Chocolate when checking out.

Cozy and comfortable room, equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided great tips for skiing in the area. The location is also perfect—just a 10-12 minute walk to the Christmas markets and shopping districts. Highly recommend for a festive and hassle-free stay!

Great, affordable hotel with nicely decorated rooms! The outdoor areas offer a nice place to sit in summer, and they even have a sauna downstairs that is free to use for all guests. The hotel is within walking distance of the train station and city centre. Would really recommend!

This hotel is fantastic! Great service and such amazing attention paid to decor details! They have a gym, sauna, garden, restaurant (with tasty food and friendly service), and fun “chill” rooms. Highly recommend! Very close to Alstadt Amsterdam.

What an amazing hotel in the centre of Innsbruck. It's about a 10 mins walk from the train station and close to many trams and buses, so very easy to get to and from. The hotel is stunning and the staff are really helpful and welcoming. The rooms are really cool with a gold vibe throughout the hotel. Check out the views and visit the veranda and garden to get the most from Nala. The breakfasts are definitely worth going for too!
