Nalendro Cafe Borobudur

Ready for a peaceful, delightful Javan experience? This lovely café with quiet villas attached is a real find. We stumbled on it and loved it so much that we stayed for several days. Each suite or room has its own private pool. We were able to see rice fields, jungle, and mountains from our cosy air conditioned room. There are the usual sounds of a rural Javan neighbourhood (call to prayer, occasional local parties, kids laughing and playing), but it never lasts long and honestly none of it bothered us. There are sweet cats and adorable chickens wandering about. There is a large fish pond with a waterfall above to add ambiance and a glass wall below to observe the fish. We enjoyed many quiet hours, resting, reading, and relaxing — Exactly what we wanted. Yet the charming, kind-hearted staff were always ready to give advice or chat. Have your mobile ready to do a bit of translation and let yourself really let go and relax in this beautiful place. Recommended.

For a such well decorated, good vibe restaurant with gorgeous view, the service time is awful. The food came exactly one hour after we ordered. The food quality is so so. The taste is fine but my grilled ribs is cold.

One of my favorites cafe and restaurants while visiting Borobudur area. Nice view of padi field with background of hills and forest. Amazing view of sunset during the afternoon. Great food and beverage as well.

Everything about this place is amazing. The food is delicious the scenery is breath taking! Very good price too. Definitely come here if you’re visiting Borobudur Temple!

This place has many seating arrangements and a spectacular view of the mountains. The menu has improved a lot & fairly priced. Recommended time to come would be 5 pm to enjoy the sunset.

Staff on the guest house i stayed in recommended this cafe. They said it was owned by the same person who also owned the guest house. The cafe has a nice garden and great view. Inside the cafe mostly use the wood furniture with traditional javanese accent. It was cozy and quiet. Service was great. Food was OK.

All good. This place is a good place for us to hang out with family or friend. Their concept is garden restaurant. They have many kind of philodendrons . For the food rate is good (their pizza is sweet). Service time is fair . They served us 40 minutes for 2 coffees and 1 ice tea, 30 minutes for appetizer, 45 minutes for pizza.

I came to this place because of a recommendation from Google, I was really satisfied, all the products were delicious.
