Only a few restaurants & cafe and a garment showroom on Ground floor otherwise it's quote deserted. (i didn't went to upper floors). Some toys and economical gifts being sold in the middle.

It's average, just two towers with some fast-food restaurants, some shops, kids activities and an arcade with some kinda retro arcade boxes, some brand new VR games (that perform well enough for me though some are kinda meh and are not worth playing). In short, it's what you'd expect in a typical shopping mall in Vietnam.
