Everything was great about this place. It offered very good service, food and overall experience. The located is exquisite for such a nice hotel. Location - However, their was constant foul smell in their lawn and swimming area which bothered me a little. I am sure others guests must have faced the same experience. The place also has monkeys, so beware if you keep your door open. Food- bit expensive but worth having it. It tastes really authentic and balanced. Service- the staff goes above and beyond to meet the needs. Spa - must try their spa. Very good prices for the service they offer.

I had an amazing stay at this resort! From the moment I arrived, the warmth and professionalism of the staff made me feel truly welcomed. A special mention for Papiha, who is an absolute gem — incredibly sweet, courteous, and exceptionally professional. She went out of her way to make sure my stay was comfortable and even arranged for an upgrade on my request without any hassle. Her calm and cheerful demeanor made every interaction pleasant, and her genuine care for guests really stands out. At the restaurant, Mukesh, the manager, ensured everything ran smoothly with his excellent coordination and attentive service. And Pushkar, who served us, was extremely polite and efficient, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, the team went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for exceptional service, comfort, and warm hospitality.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort! The surroundings were peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a much-needed getaway. The staff was extremely courteous and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered stunning views. The food was delicious with a great variety at every meal. The pool area and recreational facilities were well maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable. Apart from location and views nothing feels right here. Once u enter the resort it feels pleasant but the rooms and room service is just not upto the mark. They are below average. Curtains are broken due to what u get sunlight in the room as early 6.30 and ur kids will wake up, Very big Spider webs are there in the room. The room service staff just don't want to work. They didn't cleaned the room in morning even after informing on the reception. Then when called in evening they just did the formality. Didn't even swiped the room properly. Asked bodylotion, they kept conditioner. None of the staff understand any kind of basic instruction. If u will ask just even for less sugar tea u'll have to explain them atleast 3 times.. Literally waste of money. Spending around 20,000 per night for this kind of service is just frustrating. And yes not to forget. Rooms are dirty!!! Too dirty Will not at all recommend this to anyone.

The hotel’s location beside the Koshi river and Jim Corbett forest cannot be matched. The food at Pratha restaurant have been outstanding throughout my visit. Whether enjoying breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality and flavor of each meal has consistently exceeded expectations. Restaurant Managers Mukesh and Kripal deserve particular commendation (along with Karan, Manoj, Mohit, housekeeper Neeraj for their dedication to ensuring every needs are met with excellence. The property itself is impeccably maintained and truly lives up to its postcard-perfect look. The backdrop of the river and mountain ranges creates a natural setting that elevates the entire experience. Beyond accommodations, the resort has demonstrated exceptional professionalism in coordinating all arrangements, from safari bookings to Nainital transportation, ensuring a seamlessly organized stay. The resort’s gorgeous swimming pool, complemented by its inviting patio seating, provides the ideal setting to unwind. I want to also recognize Mr. Girish at the reception desk, whose help in transportation logistics and prompt resolution of any hotel-related matters has been invaluable throughout my stay. I had the pleasure in staying at this property for 3 nights. Mr. Girish at the front desk who is super helpful and really went all out in organizing our safari. He got us upgraded partly because of our Radisson VIP membership from superior room to the suite. It was a fantastic room. ||Since we were celebrating a special occasion on this trip, they provided us a complimentary pineapple cake along with room decor. ||Coming to the food. The restaurant staff were all very helpful and very active. Special mention to Mr. Kripal who heads the restaurant, he made sure to visit us at every meal which we took to enquire. The food was so good that we did not venture out and had all 9 meals plus extra at the property itself. We had from pizzas, pastas, Indian, Chinese to western, all were tasty and you could feel that they make using the freshest of ingredients. ||Really nice stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone who wishes to come to Jim corbett.
