This was my third stay at Namah Resorts, and every time I return, it feels more like home. The experience is always lively, warm, and beautiful - a rare blend that makes Namah truly unforgettable.||Whenever i arrive at Namah, I am awestruck by the alluring charm and the mystical blend of forests and mountains that feel as if you are in a dream, the realisation that it is not a dream come with the tiny droplets of rain that fall on your face like crystals when you stand at the edge of those mesmerizing lawns, Standing there it’s as if the world just pauses. There is something ineffable about it, it attracts you, it lures you towards itself. It feels like a fairytale. And when you keep the curtains a little open in the premium rooms, the sun rays will come to wake you up in the morning. Coming out in the balcony in the morning and seeing that marvel of nature in front of your eyes, You never want to leave that place. And if you are staying on a full moon night, the moonlight soothes you and replenishes your soul, The jungle comes alive in the monsoon, although it makes it difficult to spot the big cats and the clouds cover the beauty of the night sky full of stars but the rain makes you feel at heaven. ||But what truly sets Namah apart is the people and its hospitality, especially Mr. Kripal at the restaurant. He is the epitome of hospitality and the heart of NAMAH's Restaurant. His warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care go far beyond what's expected. Every time, he ensures we are served delicious and healthy food, tailored to our needs, and always with a smile that feels like family. In fact, his kindness and thoughtfulness often surpass what even our own would do and that is why we keep coming back. He doesn't just serve food; he nurtures memories. This time also, he made sure that the food was exactly as per my father's dietary restrictions and as per our taste. He is definition of hospitality- May be a topic to be taught in the hospitality colleges - about how to welcome guests and make them feel at home. I am very grateful for that. When I came to namah for the first time in March 2025, i was fed up of cunning people around me and my family in our daily life and we wanted to get away from our life in delhi, May be God brought us to Namah- where we met such kind hearted, innocent and sweet staff that we kept coming back after that. Especially Kripal Ji, i keep mentioning his name because he deserves that and he is an amazing and kind human being. And he goes wayyy out of the way to take care of us and make sure that we don't face any problem during our vacation. Also, Ashwini Ji at the restaurant and another person whose name i forgot are extremely kind, welcoming and hospitable. Also the amenities in the Resorts are very well curated, the games room, the swimming pool, evening high tea, Everything is just amazing. Kudos to the stories I keep listening from people there about wildlife and jungle. And the introvert in me suddenly turns into an extrovert whenever I am amidst the nature.||Namah has become a place of comfort, connection, and joy for me. A place I know will always welcome me with open arms and the kindest of hearts. ||A special message for Mr. Kripal,|Dear Kripal Ji, |You always go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home—often in ways even our own wouldn’t. Your hospitality is not just a service; it’s a feeling. You truly are the definition of care and warmth.||We are so grateful to know you, and already looking forward to our next visit. I hope to be back soon and maybe this time try the suite and witness the awe of nature and views from the lovely suites.
