Naman Retreat

We had a wonderful stay at the resort. Although the villa exterior looks slightly aged, the room itself was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The resort felt generally safe, with only the stairs requiring a little extra attention for children. The pedestrian paths were easy to navigate, and even when carts passed by, the drivers were always careful and friendly. The dining experience was excellent – breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and tasty options every day, and the food and drinks from the pool and bar were enjoyable and reasonably priced. What truly made our stay special was the outstanding service from Everlyn. She consistently checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, helped us quickly when we suddenly needed a rental car, and always provided warm and thoughtful care. Thanks to her, our stay was even more enjoyable. Overall, we were very satisfied and would happily return!

Stayed for 9 days at the 1BR suite with our two children (2.5yo and 9 months), and brother, his wife, and 2yo son. Breakfast was excellent every morning, great variety! Easy with kids. Staff very helpful. Vivian was assigned our concierge and was very proactive at ensuring our every need was met and providing advice for any question no matter how silly. Chi was also very kind at the Kid's area and helped looked after our kids. Pool was nice and not busy when we were there (there were 3 pools). Beach cleaned regularly from garbage. Kids section had enough toys and activities to keep our busy kids interested. Location a bit away from Da Nang, but works out as it was quieter and made trips to Hoi An easier as well. We enjoyed our stay very much and would return!

Our stay was wonderful, and I particularly wanted to commend a staff member named Helen. Helen was consistently courteous and incredibly helpful, always answering our questions with a warm and friendly attitude. Furthermore, she went above and beyond to assist us with a late checkout, which we greatly appreciated and made our departure much smoother. Her efforts and genuine care for the guests truly made a difference. Thank you, Helen, for your outstanding service! We highly recommend this hotel, especially because of the exceptional staff like her.

Beautiful place to stay. Katie was the lady that checked me in. She took my Whatsapp information for contact. Katie always checked on me everyday if I needed anything which I thought was amazing. Katie was very quick to answer any questions and also gave great advice on places to eat or get massages at. The resort is very clean which I loved. There was always staff cleaning or fixing things. They even had a water buffalo grooming the sand on the beach in the early mornings so it looked nice for guests. My room was nice and big with a great view of the ocean. Room was also very clean. A/C worked perfectly which is a must in the heat of Vietnam. Breakfast buffet was really good. The chicken pho was very tasty for being resort food. They even had all the ingredients to make your own Banh Mi in the morning. All in all I would recommend staying at Naman Retreat. The only downside I think is the location which is no fault on the staff or anyone. It's a bit too far to walk anywhere but the ride app Grab is so cheap that it's not really a problem Thank you to the staff of Naman Retreat, especially Katie!

Naman Retreat was absolutely outstanding. Clean, beautiful (you honestly can’t take a bad photo!), and welcoming from the moment of arrival. Every staff member, from the ground team to the restaurant staff, made guests feel genuinely cared for - nothing was ever too much trouble. A special mention goes to Alina, the wonderful Naman Ambassador. She was available on WhatsApp for anything that might be needed - spa bookings, laundry, restaurant advice, even extra water - and always responded promptly and warmly. It was easy to see how dedicated she was, so I made sure to respect her working hours because she truly would have helped at any time. The pool, bar, and beach were all stunning; the food across the restaurants was exceptional; and the twice-weekly buffet dinners were absolutely jaw-dropping. The spa treatments were varied, relaxing, and beautifully delivered. Even the gym, though small, had everything required and was of high quality. Every detail felt carefully planned, and every interaction made the experience feel personal and valued. There’s nothing to fault - pure relaxation from start to finish.

But what truly made my stay stand out was the impeccable service provided by Ambassador Everlyn. From the moment I arrived, Everlyn went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. She was incredibly welcoming, always available to assist with any requests, and genuinely made me feel like a valued guest. Her recommendations for local experiences were spot-on, and she made sure my stay was smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to encounter such thoughtful and dedicated hospitality, and I’m deeply grateful for all of Everlyn’s efforts to make my visit so special. She truly embodies the spirit of excellent customer service, and I look forward to returning to Naman Retreat in the future.

This was my first time staying in Vietnam. I am from California and this has by far been one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen and stayed at if you’re coming to the country for the first time and looking for a place to stay this is the spot. The service, food, views are all impeccable. You can make a day out of just walking around the retreat, but my Favorite moments from this vacation were reading my book on the cabanas they have on the beach. Everlyn Took care of us while we were here and she was nothing short of amazing checked in on us every day and booked every dinner reservation and spa reservation within the minute of a text. 10/10 Recommend Naman Retreat.

It’s my first time visiting Vietnam, and I had no idea Da Nang was such a beautiful city. Now I understand why so many Koreans love it here. During the aqua yoga class, my mom and aunts were meditating while looking up at the sky — it was so beautiful that it brought back memories of our loved ones who have passed away, and they couldn’t hold back their tears. Seeing them filled with both joy and emotion made me realize how special this trip is. Staying at Naman Retreat was truly the best decision, and we would love to return someday.
