Naman Retreat

We stayed a beatiful 8 nights at the 2br apartment.it was very cozy, cleaned day and stocked too. we got complimentary snacks and 4 pcs of laundry per night which we were able to consolidate into one batch. Our friendly concierge Jasmine was welcoming and attentive to all our needs and queries from the moment we arrived until we were on the way to the airport. she asked after us and took care of our requests and anticipated our needs. Nurse Hou was also a big help to us and took care of me when i was not feeling well. she is very knowledgeable and affirming. always courteous too as all the staff we meet. kudos to all staff as i heard they were at full capacity at the time but they managed to ensure that everyone was served and attended to. nice place to hang out spend time with family. nice to do lazy beach days, our kids had a good time catchinh crabs and swimming in the heated jacuzzi as it was a little too cold in december for swimming. my husband and I also loved taking siestas in the beach beds. location wise it is a nice 20-30 min grab ride to the airport, da nang beach side and hoi an.

Had an unforgettable stay at Naman Retreat in December 2025. The room, pools and restaurants were clean. Staff are professional and very friendly. When my husband got unwell during our stay, our "ambassador" (personal assistant) Everlyn was so helpful arranging the on-site Nurse to visit. The nurse also accompanied us to the hospital and helped to translate. Everlyn also assisted with anything we needed during our stay, regularly checking in and making sure we were ok. All the staff were so understanding and accommodating to us when we had to stay an extra night. Especially when allowing me to use their landline to make an international call when making arrangements, due the unexpected changes in travel plans. Housekeeping, ground keeping and waiters were all so friendly. I will never forget Everlyn, Sophie, Sen, Ha and Vy for their kindness during our stay ♥️ If you are ever in Da Nang, I definitely recommend staying here. Even if you just visit to eat at B Lounge!

My big family had a wonderful stay at the resort. the villa conditions is good exterior looks clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The resort is natural friendly. Although the cart path is narrow but the drivers were always careful and friendly. The dining experience was excellent – breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and tasty options every day, and the food and drinks from the pool and bar were enjoyable and reasonably priced. our stay special was the outstanding service from Vivian. She consistently checked in to make comfortable and help my family need quickly. I’m Thanks to her, our stay was more enjoyable.

I had the pleasure of staying here for 8 nights in one of the 3 bedroom suites. It was a beautiful venue with great accommodations. Did not have any issues or complaints. As part of the suite rentals you'll be assigned someone to assist you with your stay, I had the pleasure of having Helen as mine. She was extremely helpful and communicative to my needs and texted me every morning to make sure I was enjoying my stay. Location is 20 minutes from basically everything which is great, can visit North Da Nang or go south to Hoi An in about 20 minutes. Thank you Naman Retreat for an amazing experience!

Visiting Naman Retreat Danang at the end of November turned out to be a wonderful decision. Our pool villa felt like walking through a beautifully maintained garden, and the cool sea breeze made it perfect for a stroll along the beach after breakfast. We traveled with our two young children, and the kids’ room was a great place for them to spend time. The heated pool was kept at a comfortable temperature, so we were able to swim without feeling cold — a big plus for our family. All the staff members at the resort were incredibly kind. Our assigned staff member, Katie, spoke Korean exceptionally well, which made communication completely effortless. It was also clear that Naman Retreat places great emphasis on delivering excellent service. We had a small episode where a buggy driver was a bit brusque and drove quite fast. After we mentioned this, the resort sincerely apologized, sending us a long letter along with a generous assortment of fruit. The staff member’s service also improved immediately afterward, which truly impressed us. Even on her day off, Katie continued to check in with us via KakaoTalk to make sure everything was comfortable and helped us resolve various small issues. We are genuinely grateful for her thoughtfulness. We would love to stay at Naman Retreat again the next time we visit Danang.

The atmosphere, facilities, cleanliness, and overall service exceeded my expectations, allowing me to enjoy a truly relaxing and memorable time. I would especially like to express my gratitude to Uyen and Manager Jasmine. Uyen was always warm, friendly, and attentive. She helped with every request quickly and kindly, which made my stay even more comfortable. Manager Jasmine was also incredibly professional and thoughtful throughout my visit. Her guidance from check-in to check-out made everything smooth and pleasant. However, I did feel a bit uncomfortable during check-out, as I had confirmed twice that the minibar was complimentary, yet I was still charged for the minibar items at the reception. I believe it was a misunderstanding, but clearer communication would have made the stay absolutely perfect. Despite this, my overall experience was excellent, and I would gladly choose Naman Retreat again on my next visit to Da Nang.
