Very poor services. Was locked inside room 24 since the key couldn't unlock from inside. Only on lady by name Eunice was proactive. Poor services for the fee. Wouldn't recommend 😒

The most amazing place- felt like home! Thank you Jonathon, Michael and all the staff for taking such good care of us! I hope to return some day- it was beautiful with there birds and the monkeys- the breakfast buffet was the most amazing and the Kenyan tea and coffee was my favorite! Thank you. The WiFi was awesome also which help me be able to keep I touch with people while i was away! The food was always delicious- we know we always had a large group and so the wait time was understandable- the food was always perfect!!!! I will be back Lord Willing

Honestly this is the worst place to stay, highly don't recommend The showers don't work and we were stuck in a room for hours because the locks don't work ,services are way worse save for one lady,Eunice I believe,is her name but hey with terrible management no place works ,lol,the TV's don't work either , worst experience I've ever had

We came specifically for the pool, the children enjoyed it, however the was good but could have been better! The waiting time alone ensured that by the time the food came I had lost my appetite. My suggestion: work on the time between orders and fulfilling those orders. Finally most important improve on the food quality. Makes no sense to eat roadside quality in a serene environment.

The food was amazing. Enjoyed every bit of my stay, We will definitely be back for more.|The swimming area offered good ambience for work travel and also a good relaxing place for all.|The coolness of the place is definitely a plus for any traveller to namanga

Food service took long but the food was delicious Had good ambience

The rooms were spacious nicely with modern decorations providing it with a chiq lovely look. Bed was very comfortable to sleep on and windows were meshed to prevent the many insects that could be heard outside. Service was very slow but nonetheless very good. We had some beef fry which was very good and tender. Together with ugali, fries and vegetables. For breakfast the following day we had a buffet of food which very fresh and filling. It’s also so close to the border that brings about convenience.

Spent two days recently. Roms must have been originally v.nice. Unfortunately time and lack of maintenance have taken their toll. First room the electric shower and toilet cistern not working. Second room no toilet seat. The electric shower was working however and even provided a considerable electric shock whilst I was under the shower touching the water pipe. I survived. Finding staff can be a challenge. Normally secreted in dark corners texting. Grounds are beautiful tropical forest with giant wild figs and a resident flock of African hornbills. Swimming Pool large and nicely built. Unfortunately not cleaned. To the manager who was MIA wake up!
