I was very excited to come across Namasta Cafe in Caye Caulker during my island hopping trip. Had a lovely breakfast and my latte was just what I needed before I ventured out to explore the island! The upstairs seating offered good views and it seemed like quite the popular place! Wish I had the time to take a yoga class here🧘‍♀️

We came here for breakfast. We had the fruit bowl, chia bowl, yogurt bowl, and baked French toast. The fruit was fresh and everything was delicious! Tip: sit on the upper level to get a cooling ocean breeze.

Only got there at 1345 and they close 1430, so not best time to judge the atmosphere, but it was chilled and peaceful. I ordered a beet, feta and walnut salad. It was very tasty, healthy and huge. Also had a green tea. Price was reasonable. Would go back.

We visited Namaste based on recommendations but were left disappointed. The staff were unhelpful and at times outright rude. A tip was automatically added to the bill before any service was provided, and when we chose not to pay it, the cashier made a scene, claiming it was "difficult to remove." The pricing was excessive—$8 for a plain bagel with nothing on it, and $15 for a simple bowl of yogurt. When I asked for a bit of butter, one staff member said they didn’t offer it, while another said it would cost $3. It arrived in a tiny ramekin barely the size of a quarter of my palm. I got a yoghurt bowl, bagel and smoothie which came to $35, which to me was very expensive for something so simple and plain. To top it off, when my friend tried to pay with a $100 bill, the cashier claimed he had no change (even though he did), and scolded her for using large bills at "small businesses." The overall attitude of the staff felt unwelcoming and unaccommodating. Sadly, we won’t be returning.

I think the eggs in the eggs casserole are microwaved, rather than baked. (I could be wrong, but they were pretty flavorless.) Everything else was great. Good coffee, fresh fruits, nice juice. I would come back, but would probably not order eggs next time. Great location and atmosphere.

I went to a couple of the 09:30 yoga classes while staying on the island and they were both great - friendly and inclusive classes you could dial up or down to your own ability and desired effort levels in the heat! A lovely breezy deck with the sound of birds all around (& golf carts too but thats pet of the island experience!) They do a great ice cold brew too!

Ginger, Pineapple smoothie was soooo good. My mate loved his Frap as well. Lovely service, cozy atmosphere.

We had an enjoyable experience at namaste cafe. The food was solid nothing special. Prices are okay a little high. Big space liked the upstairs. Enjoyed picking out my own mug for coffee. They take card which was nice for our last morning.
