Very lively both at night and during the day.
In the morning -afternoon, it's a market selling various things such as vegs and fruits, banchan, kitchen utensils, clothes, wooden tools, flowers, plants and some cafes/ restaurants).
At night (I believe only on Fridays and Saturdays) there's a night market, around 50 or so stalls in the middle.
Tbh, the morning market is more interesting with authentic experience.
The night market only sell modern Korean food, mosty sweet and deep-fried things.
