How does extra marinara ever go on top of the cheese??? Not happy! Never had this happen at Namolis or any other pizzeria. Going to shop around, recommend others do the same.

Google
This place is a joke. In addition to the quality of the pizza having gone downhill, their website allowed me to order delivery pizza on Memorial Day WHEN THEY WERE CLOSED. I called after waiting 75 minutes to hear a message saying they were closed. I called the next day and the manager took little accountability and said I could expect a refund in 5-7 days... that's it. There are many higher quality, more reliable pizza options in the area - I will not be wasting my time or money on this place again.

Google
Off night! We usually enjoy Namoli's pizza. But when we started to eat our fine out pizzas tonight, they were barely edible. The crust was much thinner than usual and it was burnt. Very disappointed.

Ryan Baux

Google
This is the best 2 slice and drink lunch special around for pizza. The slices are like the size of a parachute. They don't short you on toppings. Fast and clean inside.

emi Conger

Google
New York Pizza! The pizza is delicious and very affordable. Casual, Easy place to take kids and groups of around 6ish people. We came in very late and they were very patient with us. Would positively recommend for family and friend outings.

Google
Really good NY pizza. Nice and thin and toppings are quality. The sausage is shaved thin, which is a nice touch. Overall very good.

Google
Great pizza! Here is my problem... Your not open late enough! got off at 915 on a Saturday wanted some good pizza in Apex and your closed 😔. Still when I can get the food it's delicious!

Miguel Lozada

Google
Perfect crust, not thin like a cracker or thick and doughy. Very generous pizza size. Lots of veggies on the veggie pizza and the Hawaiian pizza. Those are the only two we typically buy.

Vicky H.

Yelp
Always good, every time! Namoli's is my go to for authentic NY style pizza. Never disappointed. I always receive great service, as well.

Mary Ann H.

Yelp
Sorry but it was a bad experience. I should have checked the order before I left but I didn't. Got home and it was not my order. Was hungry and decided to eat it anyway so I did not call them on the wrong order. It wasn't good and very sparse toppings. Threw it away. Won't be recommending them

Mimie S.

Yelp
Cheese pizza was delicious and the the cheese steak calzone was full of meat and it was so good. We enjoyed our dinner tonight

Jessica W.

Yelp
Meh... I'm torn... The pizza is good, but takes too long for a simple reheat and topping addition, especially because they we not busy when we went. The Cesar salad was okay. The desserts looked good, but we didn't try any. The health rating was good, an A (96.something), and the tables were very clean. However, the rest of the details were not the cleanest. Many surfaces needed a general wipe down, and have for days. My favorite thing from our whole time there was that they have a whole book case of children's books, and the TVs weren't overwhelming (had sports rather than any news on them :)! They also have All Gender bathrooms! :)

Yelp
I tried to order a pizza over Easter. The app they use let me order. After over an hour I called the restaurant to find out where my pizza was only to get a recording saying they were closed on Easter. I called the next day and they made sure to refund my money and I was sent an email for a free pizza. Ok mistakes happen no worries. I called to order my free pizza tonight. I ordered pepperoni and sausage and it only came with sausage. Whatever. I ate a couple pieces and went to put the rest in the fridge. When I picked up a slice to put it in Saran wrap I found this dead roach underneath the slice. This is incredibly disgusting. Where there is 1 roach there are hundreds. I will never eat here again and neither should anyone else. Beware.

Ashley N.

Yelp
Not NY style pizza. I'm fron NYC/NJ area and this pizza is thick not thin like in ny and doesn't have that foldability. Di Faras is definitely our go to for real authentic NYC/NJ Pizza. It was tasty but just not NYC!

Utpal P.

Yelp
Great authentic NY style pizza! Love it! Excellent service as well Love their plain cheese

Chris K.

Yelp
Wow! What a hidden gem. Legit NY style (size and all) pizza. Will definitely be going back to explore the menu more. Nice little spot for casual or maybe even a date night.

Angel H.

Yelp
What happened to Namoli's? This used to be our favorite place! I ordered lunch today and this is what I got...burnt pizza. The parts not burnt are so hard you can eat around it.

Rosalind A.

Yelp
The pizza is not that fantastic at all not memorable you can barely taste the sauce, the Fettuccine Alfredo has no salt or garlic added it is bland to the core why is it not seasoned it taste like straight up cream and that is it

George M.

Yelp
Great value. Eat here twice a week for the lunch specials: pizza, calzones and salads

Jim A.

Yelp
Very good pizza. Crust a little thick but good sauce and ample amount of cheese. We got meatballs and mushrooms added to ours and it was great.

Allison T.

Yelp
Pizza slices are huge and delicious. Calzones are solid as well. Def recommend this place!

Kat G.

Yelp
Decided to check out the Family Meal. Large cheese pizza ($2 pepperoni), mozzarella sticks and garlic knots for under $25. The pizza was ok, wish the pepperoni was not at an additional cost. I really didn't care for the mozzarella sticks, wish they were cheesy. Knots were ok.

Debra R.

Yelp
Was going to cook but by the time we finished errands we just decided to relax. This place is great because it feels like home - NY. There are 2 gluten free crusts - cauliflower and regular. The cauliflower is excellent- the regular gluten free is just OK. Today I'm having a Greek Pizza on the cauliflower crust. My husband is having the regular and a slice of Sicilian. The place is small but most are extremely friendly. The TV is usually turned to sports, not too loud, and men talk about baseball in the day and football, now, on Sunday. You order at a counter and get your own plastic ware etc. that adds to the quaint atmosphere including the fact that there's a small area with fountain drinks. I like Namoli's and it's one of the best pizza's around. I had a salad once and that was good too. They have desserts but have never had.

Linda C.

Yelp
The Spanish girl at the cashier was completely rude. They hire inept people to work in their establishment, especially on the counter. She put me on hold three times and said she was really busy as an excuse. Little did she k ow I was outside the door and walked I. To literally no one except two customers at two tables. She then had the nerve after taking my card to swivel the screen around which showed what tip I'd leave. I told her "you got to be kidding me." I picked up my own pizza and you held me up cutting me off three times on phone, were rude and you expect a tip?

Adam B.

Yelp
As a very picky pizza eater, my standards are really high. When a place advertises itself as serving NY style pizza, I need more than a thin crust on the pizza tin and NY sports memorabilia on the wall (although the more Mets gear, the better!). I ordered an 18 inch veggie pizza (minus the olives). I was quoted a hlaf hour wait time, I showed about 35 minutes later, and the pizza was sitting on the oven waiting for me to pick up. The crust had that fantastic crispiness and chewiness at the same time. The veggies were fresh and there was a good ratio of crust to sauce to cheese. I wolfed down 3 slices without any problem. Oh and don't forget dessert. They actually have cannolis that are filled to order; that makes the Italian in me just beam! The place is small with a lot of beverage cases on the ground, it's not the most organized place by any means. And if you're coming with a big group, seating may be a problem. But for quality of pizza, this is right up there with the best in the southeast.

William L.

Yelp
Excellent pizzas, calzones, and salads! We ate there at lunchtime and found the food was great and the prices were very reasonable!

Eddie C.

Yelp
Pizza was good, crust was good but could've been cooked a bit more. Fast service and fairly priced.

Steven B.

Yelp
I have eaten Namoli's pizza many times before and the food was great. Last night not so good. The pizzas, garlic knots, fried pickles and salad were lukewarm. It was clear the food either sat at Namoli's after being cooked or there were many orders being delivered by one person and no insulation was used. I ordered the garlic knots a little under cooked and they came over cooked. I also asked for the marinara sauce to be substituted for ranch dressing. They came with marinara sauce. The margherita pizza had shavings of basil, not how they did previously. The ranch container opened on the pickles and made them soggy.

John O.

Yelp
So with NY Pizzeria in the name, I expected a good slice you could fold with a good crust and enjoy Instead I got a soggy pizza that really looked like they had forgotten some of the ingredients (I ordered a meat lovers type they have on the menu) and through on after it came out of oven (pepperoni). I wish I had taken a picture of it but I didn't. This is a big thing for me - I ate three slices and through the rest away. There is only one other pizza I can remember throwing away. Anyway - check the pizza before you leave with it (I didn't) to do your own quality control. The reason this isn't only on star is I am given benefit of the doubt to the other reviewers and suggesting to be aware - - - -

Yelp
I was driving down from New York city ( Where I live). It was around dinner time and I stopped here. The customer service was like nothing else. There was this young man named Caden he helped me with my needs. The food also tasted like home. I would love a place like this. Jackson e

Terry L.

Yelp
Solid pizza with a good crust, not too thin for those that like it that way. Always an easy pick up for take out

Jim G.

Yelp
Ordered a gluten free Pizza It tasted like warm cardboard. I took one bit and threw it away.

Kara M.

Yelp
We have ordered from Namoli's 3-4 times now, so I feel it's time to comment on my experiences here. We always call it in and pick it up, so I don't know about delivery times. The wait time is typically anywhere from 25-45 minutes, keep in mind, we are typically ordering on a weekend day around 2-4 PM. I have had pizza at three places in Apex and they are all good, but this is our favorite so far. I lived in NY most of my life, so I'm somewhat picky about my pies. Many of the spots I've dined at in this area are all good compared to the garbage they call pizza on the west coast. The pizzas here are awesome, but it's not exactly a true NY style, the crust is a tad too thick. I doubt you will even care abut this factor if you aren't from NY, it's still delicious and no complaints from us! Most of the time we just get a plain, the cheese and sauce amounts are just right. The menu looks good with items like pasta, appetizers, salads, stromboli and more. We have not dined in, but there are some tables inside. The eatery is conveniently located in a strip mall with Lowes Foods grocery store.

Drew A.

Yelp
When ordering, was told 1 hour. 2.5 hours later food still didn't arrive. 2 young kids at home and owner says they won't be able to fill the order at 9:00 at night. *** In addition. Just noticed the owner charged for the pizza although they never delivered it. Owner said they would void the charge. That never happened.

Randolph W.

Yelp
Best pizza in town absolutely love the sauce. Tomato sauce is so good that I always asked to get a container to go where I just like to buy bread into it. It's all homemade everything fabulous place.

Mary T.

Yelp
Good pizza and GREAT Lasagna!! They are friendly, prompt, and take garlic seriously. I have been coming for years and highly recommend them. Their fresh garlic pizza was recently used in the recent Apex Vampire Insurrection as a secret weapon. Do to their amazing culinary craftsmenship, the Apex vampire problem is quelled and happy tummys rejoiced! They are easy to find in the back of the Lowes Foods parking lot....look them up and enjoy!!

Geoff S.

Yelp
Go somewhere else. Food is great but the service is absolutely horrible. Twice in three months they cancelled a delivery order 30 minutes after accepting it without any explanation. So done with these clowns.

Steve W.

Yelp
Great crust- excellent pizza. It's been good every time we have ordered. Nice family owned place

Dan O.

Yelp
Goodness. Real NY style pizza in Apex. Really good pizza place- great desserts as well. The service is friendly and fast. Usually 20 min from ordering to pick up. We usually order pick up- but the place is an ode to the City. So I do enjoy seeing memorabilia of NYC. Overall it's good pizza spot/ looking forward to trying the other items on the menu

L H.

Yelp
Our first visit and I give this restaurant a 5 star. Staff was delightful and cheerful. The place was clean. Pizza was delicious! The perfect light thin airy crispy crust you don't want to miss!

Jim W.

Yelp
Ordered pizza today Fri 2/28 for me and the grand kids. I was told 40 minutes. It was well over an hour wait and when I got home (15 min) the pizza did not have any cheese. This is what I got And needless to say I had very unhappy kids. Crappy customer service and a kitchen that doesn't pay attention to details.

TIM L.

Yelp
Nope, just nope. Burnt cheese and raw crust underneath. Under no circumstances should this have left the oven and made its way into a box for a paying customer. Don't worry guys I took care of it and dumped the rest in the garbage where it should have went in the first place. You're better than this.

John F.

Yelp
As a New York native, I was excited to try this place as I had heard good things from a friend who orders with them all the time. I ordered the lasagna and it was disgusting. I hate to be so crude but that's my best way to sum it up. I thought to myself it was mushy, and then I come on here and see others had this problem. The pizza is ok, edible at least. But I really don't recommend spending money on the lasagna here.

Mooka M.

Yelp
Best NY style thin crust pizza I have had in the Triangle, and I have tried most everyone. Their pepperoni is very good, every bit as good as my favorite joints in Manhattan. Excellent crust, good sauce, great cheese, and good meats....I like their sausage as well, but the pepperoni is my fave.

Keia R.

Yelp
This is probably the closest to NY pizza you can get in the triangle. When you see them throwing the dough around in the back you know you're in the right place for pizza!! It's hidden in this shopping plaza but worth it once you find them!!!

Karin S.

Yelp
Our choice for NY style pizza in Apex. It's consistent, the sauce and crust are on point and they offer a super big size which two of are perfect for our large brood. They get busy so dont think youll pop in or call and have your pizza in 15 minutes. The meatballs are worth a try too, should you be in the mood. Oh and those garlic knots make a fine addition if crust isnt enough dough for you.

Eab E.

Yelp
I've had fettuccine Alfredo from this place a handful of times, and it was great at first. However, my most recent order turned out to be buttered noodles with a sprinkle of garlic and cheese... not delicious at all

Cody P.

Yelp
Stopped in after shopping and my wife and daughter loved it. Both picky eaters. Fast, friendly service and huge pizza slices. Good cake too.

Morgan K.

Yelp
First off, the pizza is SO GOOD!! It's one of my favorites in the area and customer service is also top notch! After reading the reviews, it seems like the crust thickness and pizza cheese/topping to crust ratio is a little off on the smaller sizes if you want a true NY thin slice, so we decided to go with a fresh made large and it was perfect!! We will be back for sure!

Frank M.

Yelp
This was a disaster, ordered a chicken parm sub and it was burnt so bad I couldn't eat it. Brought it back to the counter and the girl couldn't understand why I wouldn't eat it. Showed her how bad and burnt it was and I got the impression it was normal for it to be over cooked. This was my first and last time at this place, between the bad food and the I don't care attitude of the staff. I would recommend you avoid it and go some place else.

Mark R.

Yelp
Hardly any to no sauce combined with a crust that was slightly burnt and tasted like cardboard=one horrible pizza. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

Morgan S.

Yelp
My husband and I love Namolis! We get the philly cheese steak pizza and I'm 100% serious - it's the best pizza we've ever had. We are obsessed and we end up eating here at least once every few weeks. The interior isn't the best, I wouldn't come here with a big group or to sit with friends for a while but it does have a very NYC pizzeria vibe to it. Grab your pizza to go and enjoy!

Terra S.

Yelp
Napoli's is is our weekly go to for pizza, wings, and calzones. They have so many different options for pizzas and their wings are amazing but if you are interested they will also make their extra crispy and put the sauce on the side or you can request just drumsticks. I highly recommend their white pizza, their vegetable pizza, their meat lovers pizza, and of course our kids love their cheese pizza.

Scott P.

Yelp
Awesome pizza. Great service, attention to detail with their pizza. Easily the best in Apex and surrounding area. Just be prepared to wait for a long time during weekends for take out. At times it has been nearly two hours for a pizza. The area obviously is growing fast and good pizza is hard to find - the secret is out - Namoli's is the best pizza.

R. D.

Yelp
They can make a good pizza . . . or they used to make a good pizza. More recently, the maker is more or less dumping all the toppings in one area. Seriously, how difficult is it to spread toppings out. This is just lazy. And it sucks trying to spread out the toppings when it arrives. Also, asked if they have Canadian bacon? Answer was yes. OK, so I order a pizza with Canadian bacon. It arrives with that paper thin local ham. I call up to let them know and the manager tells me it's the same thing! Really! So why then do we have something called "Canadian bacon", and why would you not say "we have ham, it's the same thing", when I asked while ordering it?

Greg W.

Yelp
Actually experienced better at Namoli's. Ordered two pizzas for take out the on Friday expecting consistency. These two pies were not up to the expected NY standard. Not sure what they did, what they might have changed, what might have be substituted, it was just not that NY taste. When we go back may need to just get a slice and see.......

Nate R.

Yelp
First let me start off with my first experience here. The food was absolutely phenomenal and in my opinion and my wifes it was our new favorite pizza place in the Triangle. Since then my wife and I have ordered there multiple times as we love their Stromboli, pizza, and calzones. However, when I placed my order today I had a simple question to ask and when I asked the hostess she laughed at me on the phone to make me feel as if I am an idiot who knows nothing. I have a pregnant wife who is very sensitive to certain foods so I asked if they could do the Stromboli with half green peppers since they make them from scratch. She laughed at me informing me that this would be an absolutely impossible task. I was tempted to ask to a manager then and there and cancel our order. Coming from someone who has worked in a restaurant that made this type of food and I know it is not an impossible task. Nor is it ever worth laughing at a customers request. This may be our last time eating at Namoli's not sure the taste is worth being ridiculed.
