Nana Princess Hotel

What an absolutely fabulous hotel - it is a paradise.|We have no criticisms of this hotel whatsoever as it is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.|It is a relatively small hotel, ideal for what we were looking for in that it was relaxing and had all the facilities of a superb 5* hotel. There were 3 pools and a lovely beach area with cabanas . Thankfully the guests did not get involved with ‘towels on the sun bed scramble’ that happen at some other hotels!. There were enough areas to relax around the hotel for all guests. Each room also has its own pool and the careful architecture of the hotel on grassed levels gives you the impression that you are the only guests looking out on to the sea.|The hotel’s best asset are it’s staff. All are exceptional from the buggy drivers, customer relations managers, reception staff, cleaning staff (of rooms and of the communal areas), restaurant staff. The staff are all well trained with a high level of customer service and care in mind. We have never known a hotel with such a high level of cleanliness and care.|I unfortunately left some items in our room after our departure. I contacted the hotel by email and the items were returned to me within a week. Honesty and integrity are a fabulous trait in staff, I cannot praise them more highly

One of the best hotels we’ve ever been to. We loved every minute we stayed there. The staff was incredible kind and helpful. The biggest thank to Chrysa who gave us big amount of local recommendations and treated us with so much kindness. 5 days there passed too quickly. Their breakfast selection was amazing as well, you could even find a burrata salad on some days, sheep milk yoghurt and other things that were very unique. We will definitely come back there at some point 🤍

If you want to feel like royalty then stay here. Staff are amazing no request is too much trouble. Champagne on arrival and driven to your suite.Whole resort is very upmarket and chic.. My only criticism would be there are nicer areas on the island. Initially we thought Hersonnisos was our nearest town and to be honest its awful but then we discovered Stalis 5 mins walk from the hotel. Lovely little place . Far nicer than Hersonnisos. But I do recommend old town Hersonnisos. It's a lovely place for a meal.

Our stay at Nana Princess was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and welcoming they really made us feel at home. The suites are beautiful, very spacious, with private pools and incredible sea views. The food was excellent fresh, tasty, and with lots of variety. The beach is spotless, the water crystal clear, and the service everywhere is just perfect. What really stood out was how everyone went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s a true 5-star experience, but still feels warm and personal. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Faultless experience - pure relaxation and we were looked after so well from start to finish! It is a beautiful resort perfect for a relaxing holiday, which is exactly what we were looking for. The room was perfect, we didn’t end up leaving much! But when we did the restaurants, bars and public areas were all spotless and beautiful. We had a late check out and were able to stay in a room until 8pm with no issues at all. The staff really were exceptional!

This holiday was amazing. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, well maintained and clean. The food was fantastic (particularly breakfasts in the panoramic breakfast room with a live string musician), and the situation very good (being nearby several small towns/ villages and not too far from the airport). Turn down service for a summer holiday was nice. However, what made this place particularly stand out to us was the staff. Without exception they were welcoming, friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make us welcome in a way that felt they were genuinely happy to do so/ we were not just another faceless paying guest. The Guest Relations/ Concierge team (in particular Sofia, Alla and Chrysa) were absolutely amazing and helped us with restaurant recommendations and reservations and taxis. They were really responsive via a dedicated WhatsApp chat too. Overall a lovely hotel, operated by fantastic staff from top to bottom who individually, and together, make the hotel the success it is. We are already considering booking for next year!

Wow what a fabulous Hotel experience. 5 STAR service from when you arrive to when you depart. Transferred in top Mercedes vehicles and in approved taxis. |Food was amazing quality and selection was amazing. Rooms were cleaned every day to a high standard. Beach was clean and gazebos were protected and waiter services of a high standard. Will definitely coming back. Thank you Nana Princess.

This hotel is the best we have ever stayed in. The rooms are amazing, the breakfast is top notch. The staff is very friendly, very responsive, they care a lot about the convenience and comfort of the guests. The beach is amazing. Everything is perfect down to the last detail. We recommend it to anyone who wants to experience a week filled with peace and luxury. There is nothing we don't like
