Nana Princess Hotel

To start with, it looks beautiful. The minute you enter, the views are amazing, it is perfectly clean.|Staff are brilliant, the concierge team, catering - breakfast, lunch, dinner, all of them were lovely and great to talk to.|It shows the staff are looked after, they are in a positive mood always whilst we stayed there for 3 nights.|We got lucky with the weather in mid October with mid 20's, the wind did pick up a little, but the sun was always out. ||Our room was amazing with a gym and Jacuzzi in our room, all the facilities were great in the room. With our booking we had a discount voucher to use towards the Spa, which were thoroughly enjoyed, It was very clean and serine, peaceful. We felt very relaxed after.||If it was too cold, they have a indoor swimming pool, otherwise the 2-3 outdoor swimming pools along with the sandy beach with the ocean was there.||The sister hotel is more for younger kids. Whilst this hotel was mostly adults with adolescent children/teenagers. Still very peaceful .||If you like to do activities, padel/tennis, then you can access the sister hotel with the golf cubbies.|We had a half board, so food wise we only really paid for lunch, which was very delicious with a decent range of options. |Dinner from the 2 internal restaurants was perfect - you don't need to leave the resort to find external food. ||We have nothing negative to say. All the staff who attended to us were lovely so I cannot individualise out anyone. ||We would definitely come back again in the future. This hotel lived up to its expectations and it was very luxurious.

We had such a great time at Nana Princess Suites & Spa. If you’re looking for somewhere peaceful and chilled, this place is perfect. The whole resort has a really calm vibe, and it never felt crowded or noisy.||Our room was one of the main highlights — really modern, loads of space, and the private pool was a nice luxury touch. Just a heads-up: if you want the pool heated, that does come at an extra cost. We honestly didn’t end up using it much anyway because the main pools and the private beach were so beautiful that we spent all our time there!||The staff were amazing — friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The WhatsApp service is such a great feature. We used it to book taxis, get restaurant recommendations and organise day trips, and they always responded quickly.||The private beach is stunning, set in a calm little bay with crystal-clear water, comfy loungers and lovely shaded gazebos. It’s the perfect place to just relax and switch off completely.||Overall, it was exactly the peaceful break we were hoping for. Great facilities, excellent service and a totally chilled atmosphere. We’d love to come back!

This is a very relaxing truly 5 star hotel. We had a wonderful welcome from Sophia. We were given personalised pens and a glass of fizz as we checked in from comfy sofas in the beautiful and cool reception. ||Our room was gorgeous with its own plunge pool, loungers and outdoor shower. The room had all the mod cons such as super strong air con, electric curtains and in built Bluetooth so you could play your own music. We had lovely welcome treats and wine. Our room was kept perfectly clean and tidy by housekeeping and we had a nice turndown service each night. The Bvlgari toiletries were always replenished and there was still water every day. ||Breakfast was superb with champagne on Sundays and you could order al a carte items if you wished. All staff members were a pleasure. We try to remember names but some of the staff that really stood out were Manolis who welcomed us everyday at breakfast, Eleni, Laura and Claudio who were so speedy to bring coffee and take dirty plates away. ||Sophia on reception was a lovely smiley young lady who responded to any queries we had on WhatsApp eg restaurant reservations, details of activities at the sister hotel etc. She even waved us off at the end of our stay. ||We loved our time at the cabanas on the beach where we were assisted by Sophia, George, Vasilis, Ronald and their colleagues. They would set our sun loungers up for us and bring water and other drinks. ||My husband and son were looked after by Claudio, Lovely, Sophia and Theodora when they went to Meat in Point to do homework and have a coffee. ||The room service team were really great and would arrive within minutes. Thank you Maria and her male colleague for keeping us topped up with ice!!||The buggy service was also super fast. Kostas did a great job of delivering and collecting our luggage for us. ||You can’t go wrong with a stay at this hotel. The gym is very good, there are a number of pools which were a bit chilly at this time of year but really it was the great access to the beach along with the view that I liked the best. There are also amazing restaurants in Stalis, Hersonissos and the villages above Hersonissos that are in walking distance or a short taxi ride away. It’s a quiet relaxing hotel but if you want a kids club, activities or evening entertainment you can access the huge all inclusive hotel next door called the Nana Golden Beach just by slipping in through a gate straight into their complex. ||It would be a hotel that we would love to return to one day!

Our stay at Nana Princess was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and welcoming they really made us feel at home. The suites are beautiful, very spacious, with private pools and incredible sea views. The food was excellent fresh, tasty, and with lots of variety. The beach is spotless, the water crystal clear, and the service everywhere is just perfect. What really stood out was how everyone went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s a true 5-star experience, but still feels warm and personal. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Wow. What a hotel and holiday. This hotel was just fantastic from start to finish. The decor is beautiful and well cared for, the facilities are excellent and high standard, the food wonderful and best of all, the staff are so professional and friendly. Nothing at all was too much trouble. From the housekeeper to the bar staff to the beach club to the welcome|Team and butlers, every single person at this hotel made our experience wonderful. This is a high quality hotel with everything we needed for a wonderful holiday. Well worth the money. We will be back! Thank you to everyone at Nana Princess.

We were a family with a young child and had an amazing stay at Nana Princess. The staff are trained to a totally different standard that is above and beyond any other hotel in Crete. No request was dismissed and everyone went out of their way to help us. For the record we also stayed at more ‘known’ chains like the Domes and this was way better for the same price. Thank you in particular to Sophia in guest relations who was so attentive and kind to us. She cares for details like remembering our names and following up on how our stay was going. Also the breakfast crew who were amazing including a server named Lovely who went out of her way to check in and helped us clean up when our son habitually whacked cups of milk off the table. The buggy drivers are also really nice and extremely quick My one point of feedback would be to heat the pools in October as a standard - this was the case at the two other hotels we stayed at and were surprised when we arrived to 22 degree pools

One of the best hotels we’ve ever been to. We loved every minute we stayed there. The staff was incredible kind and helpful. The biggest thank to Chrysa who gave us big amount of local recommendations and treated us with so much kindness. 5 days there passed too quickly. Their breakfast selection was amazing as well, you could even find a burrata salad on some days, sheep milk yoghurt and other things that were very unique. We will definitely come back there at some point 🤍

If you want to feel like royalty then stay here. Staff are amazing no request is too much trouble. Champagne on arrival and driven to your suite.Whole resort is very upmarket and chic.. My only criticism would be there are nicer areas on the island. Initially we thought Hersonnisos was our nearest town and to be honest its awful but then we discovered Stalis 5 mins walk from the hotel. Lovely little place . Far nicer than Hersonnisos. But I do recommend old town Hersonnisos. It's a lovely place for a meal.
