the clothes are really good, but the salespeople are really unpleasant. they are sulky and they show no respect. i was going to buy a lot of clothes but because of their behavior i didn't buy anything. gentlemen salespeople, you Musy to show more professionalism !!!. The staff in this store absolutely needs to be changed. i am very disappointed 👎👎👎 !!

Rude snobbish staff members that taint the reputation of this esteemed brand on 13 nov 2024 3:30pm. Do better, you didn’t design or create the products that you represent. Minus 4 stars for service and manners. 1 star for a great product.

Tons of Nanamica (of course) but also the full Purple Label collection too. Ended up buying a bag and got really great service from everyone as soon as I entered the store.

I saw the no drinks sign at the front of the store, so to respect the rules, I finished my coffee before going in. To my surprise, I was still asked to leave simply because of holding an empty cup even after explaining to the male clerk that there is no liquid inside. Now if you knew anything about Japan, it’s very difficult to find a trash bin. The experience was problematic and will not visit again no matter how good their design is.

The staff at this shop is very rude. When I couldn't find the staff on the second floor, I knocked on the door of the fitting room very rudely because I used an empty fitting room without his permission and knocked again very hard after I said すみません, please wait. When I came out, I was told that I must inform him before using the fitting room. I admit that I was not respecting the rules of the shop, but I think it is not necessary to treat a foreigner who is not familiar with Japanese rules in such a manner, and it would have been better if I could have done it in a more courteous way.
