Nando's Victoria - Wilton Road

So as fsr as nandos goes this 1 was a 5*. It was busy but staff where super friendly and no wait. We moved tables at request again no issues at all. Service was fast restaurant was very clean and tidy. Spot on as far as Nandos go. No issues at all. Was a nice surprise given how busy it was.

Nice place. I was expecting a lot from this place, and it was great. Loved the music and the vibe. Food was great, corn on the cob was fire. Portuguese salad was a hit. The wrap was good, but I thought it was going to be way more spicy

As someone from Melbourne Australia, we were told that Nandos in the UK is far superior to the experience that you get in Australia. I can honestly tell you that nothing is further from the truth. The quality of the food was below expectations, the chips were stale and the overall experience was below par. The bread from the pita wraps that my wife and I had was also stale. Don't believe the hype. If you are coming here from Australia, save your money.

Our order arrived very quickly, piping hot, and perfectly accurate with no mistakes at all. The quality was exactly what we always expect from Nando’s—consistently reliable and delicious. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. Thank you for maintaining such high standards and making the experience as enjoyable as always.

As far as Nando’s go this was a classic! We were in a hurry as we had to catch a coach but the staff were very helpful and ensured we got our food very quickly (under 20 minutes)! Unfortunately, despite good food and quick service, the tables were very close together and we were quite squished on a booth of 4, (especially with bags as we were travelling). Additionally, there were no clean knives when we went to collect cutlery, the soda dispenser was out of Fanta and the loo roll dispenser in the boys toilets was broken… Staff were helpful with the knives and got them replenished quickly but as the restaurant was fairly quiet, they could have been more on top of their checks and replenishments… Overall a great Nandos and would definitely go back as it’s very close to the coach station and very quick service!

this was our first time in the UK and nandos is a place you just have to go and eat at. it was so delicious, the service was SO NICE. you can refill your coke or sprite AND grab whatever additional sauce you want & the food is just chefs kiss!

Peri peri chicken is a thing in London, these days, a step up from fish and chips and mushy peas for bland Brits. This is pretty average. The Peri-Peri sauce is very good. It has to be to cover dry overcooked chicken breast. Rice? Dry as dust and not as spicy as advertised. Broccolini was great. Best thing on the plate. Is it weird that the medium packets of sauce are spicier than the HOT? Server drops the plate and tells me to fetch my own silverware, across the restaurant, 30 minutes to closing? Makes me go to the takeaway to order too. Star and a half down. Ambiance is good for fast food. Won't thrill ya, won't kill ya. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Chicken. Sauce. Mild existential joy. Ordered food. It arrived. Tasted good. Would repeat.

I know that Nando's restaurant is a chain restaurant with many locations around the world. This location was pretty good with a great staff. We went here twice for dinner as it is reasonably priced with a good deal of food. A great thing is the unlimited refills for 4 pounds.

Food,service was great. Much success. First time going and it was recommended by a family member.

So the wait can be crazy. The seats are typically sticky and need to be wiped down. Reminds me of an Applebees or Fridays. Anyway, the portions are not American so don't expect that at all. Prices feel high to me when you convert from USA to UK. You have to serve yourself drinks by passing by people's food under heat lamps and passing servers with uncovered food heading to tables. It is just too much commotion but food here works in a pinch. Not my go to at all... even with the refilling of frozen yogurt... not for adults with things to do.

Went to visit a friend for dinner and we decided on Nando's. Now I am a big fan of Nando's especially my local one, where most staff know me well, so maybe I am a little biased with this review, but the food was good and so was the service.

Chicken was alright. A little too charred for my taste. We got the 10 piece wings to share and got 4 sides. 4 stars for the value. 3 stars for the taste. Luckily they had sauces on the side to add some flavor to the chicken or else it would've been very bland

I have been to the Nandos in America many times so I was expecting food like that. This wasn't bad but it was different and not as good in my opinion. The grilled chicken wrap with added cheese wasn't very flavorful but the fries were well seasoned. I like the atmosphere and the multiple sauce options that are available to try. My favorite was the lemon and herb. Overall, it is okay in a pinch but I wouldn't rush here.

"Let's go get some cheeky Nando's!" as my British friend would say and here I am finally getting some "cheeky Nando's". I got the 1/2 Chicken medium spicy in which they described as "fresh chicken, marinated for 24 hours in PERi-PERi and flame-grilled in your choice of spice from the PERi-ometer" along with two sides: Spicy Rice and Creamy Mash. That's some good stuff right there!!! I also tried their supposedly really spicy sauce which was in a black bottle with a big "X" on it. It wasn't really spicy at all as I thought the medium spicy sauce were much spicier, but had a really nice citrus flavor to it which tasted really nice with the chicken. Looking forward to the next visit when I'm in the UK again!

Omg. Moist, hot delicious and amazing spices. Always a special treat. I usually do take away and it's always so hot when I get it home. My favorite go to!

Nando's is so good but a kind warning: YOUR CLOTHES WILL SMELL AFTER! I suggest going at night where you can just go home after. My top recommendations are the boneless chicken and the halloumi cheese.

Our first time here. You are seated but then you go and order at the cashier and give them your table number and they bring the food to your table when it's ready. You get your own drink and utensils, extra plates, etc. We waited a bit because my kids were sharing the wings platter with mashed potatoes, rice, cole slaw and, chips (a.k.a fries) and the wings would take 15-20 minutes. We decided to wait. My husband and I shared the whole chicken which I thought would be a lot of food but it wasn't. It was perfect for the both of us. We were pleasantly surprised and really enjoyed the food. The sauce there was amazing as per my husband and kids. I don't do spicy so I never tried it. Overall a great spot. We spent about 45 Lbs which is great for dinner. We would def go back and highly recommend!

Very tasty roast chicken. That peri peri sauce is magic! I love the dipping sauce that has that and lime. The other sauces were too hot to handle for me (I normally prefer non-spicy or mildly spicy only). I took off a star because they didn't have WiFi. Which would be an important thing to consider especially if you're a tourist and opted out of getting an international plan prior to the trip. I only needed it for ordering an Uber ride.

Omg Nando's is THE BEST! Wish we had this chain here in the States, but I'll have to make do trying to recreate their amazing Peri Peri chicken at home using their sauce that I bought off their website. Nando's is so good that my husband and I ate here twice in our 4 day stay in the UK. Everything we tried was tasty- the Peri Peri chicken, mango & lime chicken, garlic dipping sauce, French fries (I mean chips), rice and corn. Seriously so yum. Prices are not unreasonable but not cheap, either. Service is order at the counter and deliver at the table. I love how they have a dedicated hand washing station near the condiments for you to clean your hands after indulging in some tasty chicken. Nando's, I love you! Please make your way to this side of the pond some day!

I've wanted to try Nando's for about 4 years (not an exaggeration), and finally had the opportunity to while waiting for friends to meet me at London Victoria. I placed an order for take away - the Sunset Burger - but really, I should've just stayed at the restaurant. There were a ton of open tables and the decor was interesting enough with tons to read. The burger (with two chicken thighs and cheese) was exactly what I needed after a long flight. The red pepper chutney sauce was just perfect and I was a fan of the roll as well. Needless to say, Nando's was everything I hoped it would be.

Stopped in for lunch while on holiday in London. We got there just in time as it was very quiet when we arrived but by the time we left people were waiting for tables to open up during the lunch rush. The staff were friendly and explained how the place works. Basically you order what you want and pay at the register and they bring your food to your table when it's ready which wasn't immediately obvious. Silverware and condiments are self service. All the food we got was great, chicken wrap was tasty and the mashed sweet potatoes were delicious. You can choose how hot your dish is, I selected mild which still had a slight kick so I can only imagine how spicy the top of the scale is.

Very tasty boneless chicken. Portions are quite big. We were so full we had no room for dessert. Very helpful staff. Service is quick. Great ambiance. Brings me back memories of Nando's back in South Africa.

I have visited this site several times. Always had good service and excellent food. The creamy mashed potato is truly creamy Excellent

Great options and plenty of sauces to try. if you're visiting London like me you'll be pleasantly surprised that they have unlimited fountain drinks!

Great food. The peri peri chicken is soo good!!! I got it with hot, but could have gotten a bit hotter. I also got the beans on the side. The beans were ok, nothing great - more like chilly. Everyone working there was very cheerful, happy and helpful. I got the half peri peri chicken with a side of beans and thought the price was a bit expensive for the amount of food given. Overall it was a good experience and delicious chicken.

We love nando's! And this location is so convenient because it's 1 block from Victoria Station and 2 blocks from wicked and Hamilton, if you're going to be in the area for either of those shows I highly recommend eating here. Quality is typical nando's... My family of 5 will order the full chicken platter with 4 sides, and an extra nandinos kids meal. About £33 for our family to be stuffed

Great place to sit in and eat some roast chicken covered in peri-peri. They've got a good mix of sauces with different heat levels. The regular stuff isn't too hot, but if you don't like spicy you might want to avoid. The chicken was good but a bit dry, you wouldn't be able to eat and enjoy it without the sauce. This is a nice stop gap while in London, but doesn't beat El Pollo Loco back in the US Southwest.

Loved Nandos! We came here after our flight, at 10pm, and it did not disappoint. I think we got too much food though (10 wings, 4 regular sides, and 1/4 chicken, for 2 people lol), so next time we will stick to half a chicken and 2 large sides. The sauces were great, my favorite was the African style sauce, and the extra extra hot sauce. The Spanish rice, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and fries were also great! I would love to try Nandos again in another city! Maybe Vancouver :)

Even though it is a chain, I love nandos! The mango juice is refreshing, the hummus is my absolute favorite thing ever! The peri peri drizzle is amaaaazing!! The pita bread is served warm with it. I have to admit the chicken isn't necessarily anything crazy special, but it is moist and flavorful alone, and the addition of all the different sauces makes it even more tasty . The halloumi cheese is also one of my favorite things to get here. Slaw is just okay, wouldn't get again, the corn is basic-good!, the mashed potatoes are actually super good! Creamy and very buttery tasting. Wasn't expecting to like these so much! The rice is good as well but nothing that special. Would always come back here for my favorite items!

I have been to Nando's many times around the world - Australia, US and now UK. Australia seems to have the best of the three, and it's always solid. In the US, my one experience was dreadful. Now, visiting one in the UK, I would say it's in between. It's a bit different than I am used to, and it wasn't explained. Most Nando's have an "order at the counter, take a number to your table and wait" approach. Not here. You are sat with a menu like a restaurant...and we proceeded to wait. And wait. Until finally I went up to the counter and asked if we order from there. "Yes" was the answer. That would have been nice to know. Do make sure you bring your table number up with you. I got the chicken wings, medium spice, with chips (add peri-peri salt) and garlic bread. Wife got a chicken wrap with chips (add peri-peri salt). Two bottomless drinks as well. It took 10 minutes or so to come out, not bad. However, the people behind us had to wait over 20, which was ridiculous. All of the food was good. None was outstanding, none was bad. I will always return to a Nando's, and this was neither the best nor worst experience at one.

Nandos is a chain, which I don't typically care to visit, but my son's friend recommended the place for wings, which I also don't eat. Atmosphere and vibe are great, young, busy and upbeat. Find your table then order at the back bar/cashier. We ordered wings, Mediterranean salad with chicken, and Caesar salad. I had the Mediterranean salad and while the flavors were good, it was light on lettuce. My son's wings were great, but what teenager doesn't like wings and fries. This is not a place I would return to if I had my choice, but sometimes we go where the family wants. Decent food, great service, and good atmosphere.

I also love the menu. It is a great location and I really love the various types of dishes. My favourite is the full platter with large chips and the nandos salad. The only problem is that the last time I went there I think the chicken is smaller that usual. Perhaps that is due to the credit crunch! I do not think that the food is cooked fresh to order. Sometimes you order and the food is there in less than five mins. I believe that they pre cook the chicken and then fire it on the grill when ordered. I would prefer if it was freshly cooked but i guess that it would lead to a wait of over 30 mins and means that profit would fall drastically

If you are from California, Nando's is like El Pollo Loco, but more upscale with higher quality ingredients. I really wanted to like this place, but it was only ok. This location is very popular and always crowded - so be ready for that. Your food will take little bit of time. The chicken was actually quite tender and juicy, but not special. The sides (spicy rice and coleslaw) were just ok. The coleslaw also had a weird after taste, probably from too much fennel.

Great food and i love the service very clean and lush

My daughter has wanted to come here since a youtube guy she watches keeps mentioning it. We took her and were not disappointed. The chicken and chicken liver were well done. The sauces were excellent and it was reasonably priced.

OMG WE FELL IN LOVE.. This was the first Nando's we have ever been to. We wanted to check out what all the hype was about and it didn't let us down. We found a few more places during our visit to London that we weren't found of and ended up eating here five times while we were visiting haha.. One could say we got hooked.. Totally recommend and can't wait to have it again in DC next month.

This place is good for some chicken and or chicken wings. Sauces are good, their hot has a good spice but not hot enough for a heat challenge. All the sides were goo too. Next time in London we'll definitely stop by for some cheeky Nando's :-)

My first time at this place due to a recommendation from a friend (who LOVES Nando's). The service was terrible and the staff did not seem to care about help i needed/questions i was asking. It was as if i was a nuisance. The experience put a damper on the food, as i was just ready to leave. The chicken was decent, the fries were good, and the garlic bread could be better. Maybe a different location would provide a better experience, but i doubt I'll invest the time or recommend.

Very friendly and affordable. Greeted at door, instructed to choose table. Waitress explained menu then we went to counter to order, pay and pick up drinks and cutlery. Hot food brought to table. I had lime and mango chicken breasts and my son had medium hot chicken thighs. Both were great as was corn on the cob.

It was my first time here but we had a friend recommend the sauces here. I ordered the chicken butterfly (I think this is what it was called). I got two sides (the fries and rice). Both were good. We tried different sauces and ended mixing the xxhot with the lemon herb. The xxhot on its own was really spicy but good.

I love the Starbucks style menu where you get to pick how much chicken you'd like, how (spicy) hot you'd like it, and what side dishes to go with it. You can also get bottomless glasses of softdrink to cool yourself down from the 'very hot' chicken (my favourite). Great atmosphere but it can be a bit busy at lunchtime.

Loved the different house-made sauces to go on the freshly grilled Peri-Peri chicken. Half a chicken with cole slaw and butter mashed were a perfect combination. Chicken were moist and delicious!

I love their peri-peri chicken, chips, and the variety of sauces to choose from! The price is good for the food quality. Only comment is that the spicy rice serving is too small, either that or I'm just used to big portion in the states. Lol! I ate at Nando's twice during my UK visit and both were good experience. I wish we have Nando's in California!

The food was great for a fast food place. Wouldn't calla it a regular resturant cause there army eny service staff. You find a tabel order and pay at the bar just like in burger king. But if you're looking for a healthier alternative to fast food I would recormed nandos as a chain. The chicken is great an the salad en veggies er fresh. Their optional dipping sauce is great especially the one with garlic.

Great quick service and the food was fantastic! We tried the Peri-peri chicken burger and the Peri-peri chicken wrap both with the mild mango lime sauce and they were soooo good! The mango lime sauce is tangy but has a little kick to it; if you add any of their other sauces for extra heat they go nicely together. The peri-salted chips are also amazing!

Good location, good service, great chicken//food in general. However, I love their olives and sometimes they actually use scales to measure how many olives they give you. That seems a bit over the top to me

A good place, the chicken is good, they are quick and very kind and the bottomless drink sistem is a good match with spicy food!
