Nang Thong Supermarket

Nang Thong Supermarket is a super convenient little store, especially since it’s close to so many hotels. Even though the supermarket is quite small, it’s packed with items — honestly, they have almost everything you might need on your vacation. Snacks, drinks, toiletries, beach things, small essentials… pretty much whatever you’re looking for, they probably have it. The prices are decent too. Not too expensive, not super cheap, but totally fair for the area. We were happy with what we paid. The staff experience is a bit mixed. Some of them are really friendly, smiling and helpful, while others seem to ignore you and just want to get the job done. It’s not a big problem, but it’s something to be aware of. Because the store is small and has so many items, the aisles get really tight. If you meet someone in the aisle, it can be hard to pass each other. And in the afternoon, the place gets very crowded. It can be stressful trying to walk around when it’s full of people. So here’s our tip: go in the morning or before lunch. It’s much calmer, and you can move around without getting stuck in the aisles. Overall, Nang Thong Supermarket is a very handy and useful store. We go here every day, and it really has everything we need. Despite the tight aisles and sometimes unfriendly staff, it’s still a 5 out of 5 for us because of how convenient and helpful it is.

So the supermarket is okay, it has moderate prices and has pretty everything you need. BUT!! the best thing is outside the supermarket: there are two food stands one with regular food like fried rice and noodles paithai and it's freaking amazing!! It's so cheap and the people are so nice and sweet and right next to it there is a pancake stand with such delicious different pancakes - with all kinds of fruits and chocolate etc. Definitely to try!

You can get anything you need here. Good selection of European items too.

The supermarket has a large amount of different stuff. But the prices seemed a bit high. And to pay by card you need to spend at least 1000 baht. If less then only cash

Great place to shop essentials and compliment hotel

Loved it they stock pretty much everything you could want and at very reasonable prices. The people of Thailand could teach the UK a lot about quality and customer service

It's a good supermarket with nice variety of local and imported brands. A bit expensive but understandable considering the brands.
