This is a lovely area to stay for a few nights. The caravan park is old and tired. The sites have enough room for van and car however could be a bit tight if the camp is full. There is no dump station on site and you need to go to the other end of town for that. The amenities are old and the soap ran out on night 2 and wasn't replaced by the time we left. There is some lovely walks around the town.

2 bedroom cabin highly recommended. Comfortable queen beds, electric blankets, aircon. Well appointed little kitchen. Plenty of hot water for showers. And the lovely frogs calling overnight.

I hired the Winnebago Deluxe onsite van for the duration of the Nannup Flower & Garden Festival. What is written on the website about the van is nothing like you get. On arrival everything seemed ok at first glance. For sone reason the water had been turned off & by the time I needed to use water for the kettle & more importantly flush the toilet it was late. I couldn’t contact the office it was after hours. I had to use bottled water to flush the toilet!! Went to use the microwave & there was a plate of food left in there. When I told the office this the next morning got told it was a staff member who had last stayed in here & she was a cleaning person. To top that off the toilet wasn’t functioning correctly - the blade that separates the bowl from the pan was jammed & wouldn’t move. The manager looked at it but just said keep doing what I was doing no offer of I’ll get someone over straight away to fix it. Every time the lid was opened the smell was horrendous. I was told it would be emptied every second day as there is only one person using the van. After 4 nights use it still hadn’t been emptied & I had to ask for it to be emptied. The aircon wasn’t working. The excuse was the roof leaks so it doesn’t work but I wasn’t told this at checkin & they obviously knew about it. After 5 days the aircon is leaking water onto the table & floor & water leaking from one of the lights. And they want to offer me a credit for a future stay. You would have to be joking me a credit is in order after the amount of money I was charged for this stay.

Absolute 💩 service 💩 facilities 💩 staffing 💩value for money 💩 management attitude||Management just want💰for minimalistic staffing and facilities. We paid $300 for single bed caravan that had burst water pipe with no water supply for 75% of stay - told us no staff to fix it, handed us towels to clean-up flood, and gave zero refund.|Worst thing is the Shire own the land that Caravan Park rents, and the Shire backs the cash cow 🐄 mentality.|All the keys to shared toilet block are damaged for difficult access, and toilet urinals get blocked during busy periods - nothing is maintained!

If you have a tent I’d avoid this site. Some of the pitches (not all) are just not suitable for tents. Some of the powered sites are just sand and grit and if it rains your site might flood and you will definitely be left with a tent that needs a good clean from the splash back. The site in general was ok, but lots of potholes. There is a general lack of investment and maintenance in the grounds. Lots of tree debris and leaves on pitches which isn’t cleared away which prevents the grass from growing. Not a place I’d stay again or recommend for tents simply because your allocated pitch might ruin your tent. Compared to other campsites this place also isn’t cheap for what you get. Perhaps the lack of competition is the reason why. But you can pay less and get more elsewhere in WA. The laundry and drying at $7 each is on the high side compared to others.

We stayed in the tiny house for 2 nights which is 3 min away from the main park and loved waking to the birds chirping and butterflies everywhere. Peaceful location especially sitting under the verandah which is protected from the rain. Amenities were good and clean except for bbq which needs new plates or a deep clean. Only downside we would mention is that the bed is very firm so if you dont like a firm to hard bed, it's not the place for you OR take you own underlay 🙂 This is a nice little stay for a few nights and a peaceful getaway. It's 3 star accommodation.

Verbally abused by the owner. As a single woman I didn't feel safe after this encounter and I chose not to stay even though I had nowhere else to go. I arrived 9:15pm after a difficult day of plans changing on me and looking for somewhere to stay. I stopped at the office and tried to call the after hours number but I had no phone reception. I drove into the campground and found some more light in the shared kitchen area to try to sort out my phone. If I couldn't call the number my plan was to camp and pay in the morning. I was confronted by the owner and told to go back to the office. I was sitting in my car outside the office and he came out and verbally abused be for being too late and disturbing them. "You are an idiot who needs to plan their life better". I mean, who wants to be setting up camp at 9:15pm. My day clearly didn't go to plan. And all the signs for non-disturbance state 10pm which is a standard thing at most campgrounds so I thought I would be OK to quietly setup at 9:30ish. Sadly, I will never be coming back here or to Riverbend which is owned by the same angry people. I had a rough day and this was the last thing I needed. It takes alot for me to write a negative review and Nannup Campground delivered with zero stars! Unfortunately I had to give them one star in order to post the review. One star is one too many in this case.
