Nanny Cay Resort & Marina

This hotel is expensive. Our room was grubby. The shower was blocked. There was a cup with water and cigarette butts. The wifi did not work and was fixed just on checkout time. We were given an extra half hour to check out then we were locked out of the room with no apology. Not good enough given the expense.. and that payment was made well in advance. Also beware multiple trip hazards. Better places to stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Nanny Cay Hotel on Tortola. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfectly located right by the marina, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I loved the relaxing pool area and the convenience of having restaurants, shops, and the beach all within walking distance. Whether you’re visiting for sailing, business, or just to relax, Nanny Cay is the perfect spot I’d definitely stay here again!

It was a good place to stay.. Nothing fancy if that's what you're looking for. Watch out for the first step of the pool.. I fractured my fibula! HANG ONTO THE HANDLE.. Don't forget to try a rum punch!

We stayed there for 4 days before and after a sailing trip and really enjoyed the laid-back vibe and marina activities. It was a perfect stay for our trip!

Rooms were VERY basic, but clean and orderly It is a good place to start or end a sailing charter. I understand the deluxe rooms/villas are nice. Location is great with everything you need close by (chandlery, grocery and liquor stores, restaurants, cafe). We ate at Omar's once and it was really good. We ate at Peg Legs a few times with a great beach setting and remarkably good food.

Great spot before/after your yacht charter. Generally booked full, so often an early check in or late check out isn't possible. They will, however, hold luggage at the office for you. Rooms are clean and haven all the basic amenities. It was nice to arrive a couple days early before our sailing trip and relax. We stayed another night post trip as well. No reason to rush to the airport. Great coffee shop on the property as well as a couple spots to eat, and a dive shop, grocery, and laundry within a few hundred yards.

The resort was absolutely perfect for us. The room was ready at scheduled time, a/c was operating, and thoroughly cleaned and prepared. We were directly above the coffee shop, and the waiting area is very convenient for temporarily storing our luggage before and after our boat trips.

Excellent hotel and marina. This is one of our fav spots in the BVI. Great place to start and end a charter. Has all of the things you need. Nic beach. Great pool, grocery store, two restaurants, laundry, marine store etc. the service the provide is excellent. Rooms are lovely. |Thank you for always looking after us. See you next year.
