The corn ribs and spicy cocktail were delicious. You can choose from a variety of beers on the board. The music is great, and the service is attentive and fast. The staff are young and dynamic, creating a lively atmosphere. Overall, it’s a very pleasant place.

One of the best pancakes in Adelaide. Kids love them. Nice coffee as well. Great customer service.

Nano Cafe is colourful and friendly, hidden in one of Adelaides red brick historical alleyways. Outdoor seating is well sheltered and atmospheric, quiet being off the main road. Food is stunning, fresh, and incredibly reasonably priced for being in the city. Even though we were only here 4 days we came here twice as it really is a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

I’ve been coming to Nano Cafe for over 10 years, and it never disappoints! The friendly service and consistently good coffee keep me coming back. The food is always great tasting, whether you’re in the mood for breakfast, lunch, or a sweet snack. There’s plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, making it a perfect spot for people watching. Highly recommended!

Holy blast from the past! We spent $7.50 each on a beautiful coffee and house baked that morning raspberry croissants. Amazing coffee and amazing service. For the price it is I’d be happy with subpar quality food but it truly is high standard. Has become my new regular spot!

I must ordered the wrong food! My friends’s pastas looks way yummy than my salad 😂

Nano had such a fantastic atmosphere, and is tucked in a lovely little laneway/group of other restaurants. Breakfast was super affordable, and very tasty. The coffee was GREAT!

Real authentic Italian. One of the best breakfast I had in a very long time. Simple and delicious. I would definitely go there again. The price was inexpensive and the service was great.

Yelp
Service here is pretty swift considering how busy it can get. There is plenty of seating and it's got a clean and airy feel to it. Brekkie and lunch options are simple yet satisfying -They do a mean eggs and bacon! I recommend the nano sticks for lunch, there's heaps of fillings to choose from and you can get them toasted which is even better.

Yelp
Lovely food, lovely service and lovely place all around because they serve breakfast ALL DAY. The zeppoles were soft and tasty on the inside and crispy crunchy on the outside. Can not beat it!!! The latte is fast and the smiles are contagious. A can't miss for Adelaide

Yelp
If you love your coffee and freshly baked bread then Nano is the place to be! Tucked away in Ebenezer place in the CBD, you can choose to sit outside and enjoy the rays or sit inside - either way this place is quite spacious so you won't have a problem getting a table. Attracting business types during the week and cyclists in lycra - Nano gets a steady stream of business and it is easy to see why. The coffee is good and so is the menu. Choose from their pizza, breakfast, bread sticks, doorstops or sweets on display. I can imagine returning here for a few business meetings, if not just for a good coffee, the free wifi is always a plus!

Yelp
Nested in the pedestrian mall between Rundle and Grenfell Streets close to the eastern parklands, this brekkie and lunch spot caters to folks on the go as well as those wanting to take in the sights and sounds of the passers-by. While my chicken schnitzel, mayo, and lettuce ($9.30) was not particularly memorable my skinny flat white was perfect. If you are in need of a quick bite this can fill the void but you won't be racing back.

Yelp
Nanos I love you. Until I moved to melbourne I think I went to nanos on average 2 x per week for 2.5 years. That was until they discontinued Sunday trading. They do so much good stuff. Most things are based around their delicious bread that is kinda like a thick pizza base that's crusty but airy. They have a range of doorstops with scrambled eggs and either spinach, mushroom or pancetta (add chili to these. Do it). They also have lots of thick pizza squares and focaccia 'sticks'. All of the toppings are, in true Italian style, relatively simple but that is why they are so good. Choosing my favorite filling combo would be like choosing a favorite child. The chicken and mushroom focaccia has saved me a couple of times from the morning after the night before. But so has the salami one. And the prosciutto one and the eggplant one. I would definitely recommend the omelette as it is seasoned perfectly and has these big chucks of gooey cheese and heaps of veg (and 90% of the time I would never recommend an omelette). The incarossa is not for the faint hearted and I prefer to share this with someone who wants to order the mushroom pizza slice. Actually find a friend and go halvies so you can eat two things. If you get there after 11:30 try the pasta of the day. Whatever you do make sure you get a doughnut to share at the end.

Yelp
One of the many eateries that's slipped into Ebenezer Place in Adelaide's East End District offers a range of prepared sandwiches and pizza slices plus some daily pasta and soup options. Of course there's also some cakes and of course coffee, tea etc. to quench the thirst. The décor is simple modernist.

Yelp
The Mediterranean omelette is easily the best tasting omelette I've ever had and the side of crispy bacon was scrumptious. Loved the freshly toasted bun as well. Portion size was very generous. Good value for money.

Yelp
Forever busy, this large cafe located behind Rundle Street serves breakfast and lunch everyday, and the seats are almost always full. The prices are reasonable, with some interesting items on the menu. I've had toad in the hole (egg in bread) topped with passata and spinach for breakfast there. They also do the usual bacon and eggs, French toast, foccacias and pizzas. It has a large outside dining area and inside as well, but as its busy a lot of the time it is often loud.

Yelp
Contrary to popular opinion, I'm going to have to say that I wasn't all that impressed. Nano is good, but I wouldn't go beyond that. Despite being constantly busy (those damn cycling groups are to blame!), I've always managed to get a seat during the quiet periods of the day. The customer service has always been great at the counter, but deteriorates upon returning to my seat. Some of the waitresses here are not only clumsy, but forgetful - either that or they don't care. Once or twice I had something missing from my order, and I'd had to remind the waitress more than once about it. I understand when it's busy things get misplaced, but I shouldn't have to be doing that when it's settled down. The food is good, but a little too salty for me. The scrambled egg foccacia is a great choice, but if they eased up on the salt I feel it would be much better. I can't compain about the coffee; its excellent.

Yelp
Nano rocks. Coffee is great, iced coffee is delicious, orange juice is so tasty! I have never, ever had a bad food or drink experience here. Favourites are tuna salad, eggplant nano stick, pizza, pastas or the italian doughnuts - mmmmm!!! Nano is so easy, everything is so simple not try hard. Get a table in the sun and soak it up. It's so chilled even the Lycra boys don't annoy me here.

Yelp
I have dumped my old Mistress Felici and are now going steady with Nano - which I hope Taste Baguette does not find out. Nano is spacious, in a nice corner of the world away from the hustle of Rundle St. Food is good and decently priced (from the nano pizzas to the heavier omelets max cost would be ~$16 per person). Coffee is not as good as Taste or Sylvia's cafe down the road, but quite enjoyable. The staff are friendly and as long as you don't arrive at the same time as the hordes of bikers on a weekend morning, you will have a peaceful breakfast. It is great for doing casual work while you are avoiding your office. Not that I would do that...

Marie S.

Yelp
Is Nano ever quiet? I wonder because regardless of what time I go its always crazy busy! You would think that with all the great places popping up in Rundle Street East that perhaps they'd slow down but their reputation precedes them so I believe they'll be forever busy. While the menu isn't ground breaking the food is consistently delicious. Who can say no to prosciutto bread stick and a freshly squeezed orange juice? It is relaxed, casual, café style dining at its best with not a hint of pretentiousness. The staff are friendly even when they have to make their way through the dense line up they say 'excuse me' with a smile. Any waiter that catches you as you walk out the door will wish you a 'lovely day'. Old fashioned service and yummy Italian breakfast and lunch options. I'm sold - its golden (yellow)!

Yelp
Saturday morning breakfast, the place is pumping even at 9.30am, by 10, most outside tables are occupied with the sprinkling of Lycra clad cyclists come n go, family gatherings, friends meeting, looks like this is the place to be! The surrounding cafés were all well patronised as well. The addition of extra bacon at $3 was very generous to accompany the scrambled eggs and the warm toasted panini is a welcomed difference. OJ freshly squeezed by machine was good but I'd wish they didn't water it down with ice cubes, well at least customer should b asked if ice cubes r required. Service was prompt soon after order was placed. Overall a good place to have a satisfying breakfast

Andrew T.

Yelp
Mmmm little to no eye contact when ordering, tables dirty and not wiped, not cleared after guests have left, why can't this be done, clear with a tray AND wipe all in one function, faster and better presentation. Food good and tasty, busy and interesting atmosphere.

Yelp
This large coffee shop and café is in one of the best locations I have seen in Adelaide. Hidden along Ebenener Place parallel to Rundle St before you get to Grenfell, Nano is the only café on the strip and does a great trade. The café is pretty massive with an amazing outdoor area. Because it is situated on its own little street, there is little foot traffic and not much noise from cars so you can enjoy the outside without feeling like you are almost sitting in the busy gutter. Inside is a huge counter where you order and all the delicious breakfast, lunch or coffee items can be chosen from the huge blackboard menu above your head. I ordered a chai which was cheap at only $3.00 and whilst not the worst one I have had, could have been better. In one of the cabinets is the most enormous slices of pizza that you can have in or takeaway. There is heaps of topping options to choose from and at $5.80 for a really big slice, it is pretty good value as well.

Yelp
Nano is a casual cafe, situated in Ebenezer Place a trendy and modern inner city residential, shopping and eating district in the east end of town, just near Rundle Street. Nano offers a range of foccacias, bread sticks and pizzas, made with their home-made bread, as well as fresh salads, pasta and a delicious breakfast selection. Whilst the food is incredibly good, Nano gets really busy and not only is it often difficult to find a seat, the fact that they make their own bread means that there is only a limited amount of stock on hand. Consequenly they will often sell out of a number of the best dishes (the chicken and mushroom foccaccia for instance) by mid to early afternoon. Best to get in early.

Yelp
Brilliant food, home made feel! I did prefer it when it was on hutt street as it was a much more cosy location although they were so good they had to move to a much bigger premises to keep up with the demand! This place is gorgeous on a sunny day when you can sit outside. The breakfast is great although lunch is just as good! i can't get past their nano sticks! absolutely delish! Coffee is beautiful! especially their long mac! and their freshly squeezed orange juice is a highlight too :) Their beef ragu (when they have it on the menu) is amazing! My husband loves the vongole pasta!

Yelp
This is one of those places that I'll drive out of the way for, just to enjoy their superb food. I've been frequenting this place since they were on Hutt St. They have at least a couple of items that are mouth wateringly delicious - my favourites are the eggplant parmigana nano sticks and the pizza slices. So good. The only disappointment I've experienced is when I arrive for a late lunch and they are sold out of my favorites! But they always rustle up something good worth the visit.

Yelp
At times when I am residing around East Terrace, I will stop at Nano for a coffee or a bite to eat. I rather enjoy the fact that at Nano you are not going to be eyed out by everyone who drives down Rundle Street, and although at times it gets busy, it is still away from what feels like mainstream society. There is a father and son tag team that gave birth to Nano, and the business has taken off. They make their own bread and actually make coffee the proper way. So many coffee stores insult proper coffee making. Apparently. Therefore kudos to Nano. The seating is nice, and I like the vibe one gets walking down Ebenezer Place. The staff have always been friendly to me, and in all honesty whenever I have been here I have never had any difficulty finding a seat. However perhaps that is because of the unconventional times I tend to eat lunch.

Yelp
What can you say about Nano. It's pretty much the perfect coffee shop. Hence the crazy business these guys turn over daily. The coffee's good, and the food is more than you would expect from a coffee joint. Sometimes our fascination with focaccia here in Australia can be a bit absurd, but here they do 'em right. The service is great. If they're not too busy, the barristas are always up for a chat about anything. The location is perfect as well. If you're hanging out in the east end and want a decent coffee without putting up with the busy Rundle Street traffic you get at every other joint in the district, Nano's the place. Likewise, it's right by some great and varied retail and the charming Belgian.

Yelp
Love this place. Great food. Great coffee. Great staff. New stickers too
