Once in a while I am surprised to find GREAT customer service. That was my experience today in the NAOT FOOTWEAR retail store located on W Broadway, NY. The two young women who worked there each helped me find the right footwear and actually guided me to a different size than I would have chosen . . . with better fit for my feet. Not at all pushy, just helpful.

I stopped in last week because I needed x some boots. Netta was extremely helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable about what type of styles would fit me best. I ended up with a pair of low calf boots and shoes; so extremely comfortable. I can’t wait to go back

I've been buying Naot shoes for almost 20 years (long before this store opened). All the pairs I owned were very comfortable.

Hermione and Lyne (the employees here) made our visit here absolutely flawless. Absolute superb customer service. Although the shoes here are not inexpensive, the quality and attention of detail when it came to customer service made the shoes seem underpriced. If you are looking for the best customer service where the employees treat you like family, look no further. Naot is the place to be. Two thumbs up.
