What a lovely hotel.|Me and my 6 friends stayed here In June and we were over the moon. We had originally booked to stay at Pambos Napa Rocks. We were in a rush to book and at first glance Pambos looked amazing. All excited after booking it we decided to do some deeper diving - and that’s where the fun stopped. We went onto TripAdvisor to check Pambos out further as we had booked on Love Holidays and there were countless reviews about Rapes, Break-ins and Attacks - and as a group of 6 girls and a gay man, all 20 years old, we were then terrified. We called Love Holidays as our parents now also didn’t want us going to Pambos Napa Rocks Hotel, and they managed to get us into Napa Prince for only a small price difference. We we’re still cautious about going to Ayia Napa because of everything we had read but when we got to Napa Prince Hotel we were made to feel so so safe and welcomed. As soon as we arrived, the main guy instantly told us if we ever have any trouble, even outside of the hotel to come straight to him. They had left the bar open late as they knew we had a late arrival so that they could offer us food for when we arrived. The hotel is quiet and so friendly. The food was lovely and we felt so at ease. We didn’t have a worry in the world at that hotel, it was our safe space for the week. The doors automatically lock behind you and you have a key card to get in. When we had a problem with our kitchen they instantly sent somebody out who was there within 10 minutes. They take shifts on reception so there is somebody there 24/7 and the pool was always clean with plenty of sun beds. The prices for food and drinks are amazing. The apartments are also very clean and very spacious, with working aircon, a kitchen and TVs. At the end of the holiday we were so sad to be leaving, but when we got to the airport our flight got delayed by 20 hours. After a long week of partying the last thing we wanted to do was sleep in the airport and so i called Napa Prince Apartments. I asked if there was any chance they could squeeze the 7 of us in for 1 more night and they did. They moved new arrivals around so that the 7 of us could be accommodated into 2 rooms. We got the best rooms in the hotel, with a huge balcony and pool view. They gave us a deal due to the circumstances, and so we only payed £100 split between the 7 of us for the extra night!! They arranged transport back to the airport again for us the next day too. I could not recommend this hotel any more, we all had the best time, and truly amazing staff.

We’re back a couple weeks now after a weeks stay at the hotel.||I highly recommend the hotel, main reason being for the staff. Every member of the staff are excellent, in particular the pool bar staff Floros & Bambos. Never met 2 friendlier people in all my time on holidays, they learnt all of our groups name in the first night and they were constantly friendly and helpful. Nighttime reception is also a gentleman and once again very friendly, he would always be open to have a chat (when slightly drunk at early hours) and help where necessary. ||Overall great location food is lovely and reasonably priced. Only negative I would say about the hotel is price for air conditioning but other than that the place is faultless.||Love from the Belfast Squad!|Peter

Mixed review - lots of pros and cons.|PROS: good position, away from the noisy centre, but easy walk to shops and restaurants.|Apartment kept clean - frequent changes of sheets and towels.|Pool kept clean and adequate sunbeds|CONS: Main problem was the NOISE at night! The hotel rules clearly state 'no noise between 23.00 and 09.00 , but this did not happen. Noisy guests around the pool area took over the microphone and turned the music up to maximum, so that people had to shout to each other to be heard. A complaint to the front desk at 1.30am worked for awhile - then the noise started again. Some elderly guests did what they liked and the front desk staff lacked managerial experience and could not control them!|The apartment was sparsely equipped - only one saucepan for a two ring hob, no toaster, no Microwave, no hair dryer.|Extras: Although there was a safe and two AC units, the daily cost was 18 Euros a day to use all three (2 for safe and 8 for each AC unit).|The whole holiday could have been vastly improved if the CONS had been addressed by the owners

The hotel staff are brilliant and caring especially kostas he was very respectful and very nice and cared for us the 6 nights we were here and made sure we were safe. The rooms were comfy and nice, the air conditioning does cost extra but is definitely worth it for the money. The cleaning is perfect and lovely. love megan

Stayed in this hotel for two weeks recently, a lovely family run hotel. The rooms are basic but always kept spotlessly clean.||All of the staff are amazing, and can't do enough for you to make sure you have a wonderful holiday, if you have any issues these are dealt with very quickly.|Particular shout out to Floros on the bar, Andrew and Sakis the chefs, Clare on reception and Kostas, the night staff.|| Food is very good and very reasonably priced, the drink prices are also reasonable.||It is worth noting that there is an additional 8 euro charge per night, per unit for the air conditioning in the rooms, but having said this the air con works very well and is much needed especially when it is warm.||The pool was spotlessly clean, myself and my husband both commented that we have never seen such a clean pool in any hotel that we have ever stayed in in the past.||If you are booking a 'vibe' holiday, please be aware that the distances for the strip and the nearest beach on the description are massively inaccurate.||Overall, a wonderful holiday and would recommend this hotel. Thanks to all for a great time.

Air conditioning in both rooms. Good sized balcony with outdoor table and chairs. |The food was delicious and was priced very reasonable. Good sized swimming pool with smaller pool. Lots of loungers by both pools.|Pool side bar, which was also reasonably priced. Hot and cold food also available. Parking available on site. WiFi available.|Thank you Napa Prince. |Paul and Paul.
