Napa Valley Aloft Hot Air Balloon Rides

Just an incredible experience. You could have talked me out of this so easily. We were lucky enough to go to 10,800 feet which I believe is very unusual!! Our pilot, Jake, was a true pro and always made us feel comfortable. Well done!!

My husband and I did the balloon ride as part of a trip for our 10th anniversary. We were picked up by a shuttle at our hotel - we didn't realize at the time that our driver was also our balloon pilot! We had a few minutes to sign forms, have coffee and a snack (we brought our own gluten free pastries from our hotel, but if you aren't gluten free they had a decent spread). They let us know we'd be without a bathroom for about 2.5 hours which made everyone drinking coffee squirm a bit - but honestly the experience was so engaging I never thought about needing a bathroom. Beautiful weather, not too chilly but I'd recommend a knit cap. They told us no purses but then indicated we could have brought a small fanny pack or cross body bag that is close to the chest, so if you do need to carry something important a small bag works. So nice to take in the valley from the sky - we were the first ones up and only 2 other balloons that day. Cruised over my high school and landed beautifully in a park in Napa. A short shuttle ride back to our starting point where they had mimosas, juice, and more coffee waiting. We were actually done by about 9 so we had this awesome adventure and then still a full day. Would highly recommend.

Great experience. Very organized and staff is great. The views of Napa and the feeling of surrendering yourself to the process and wind suspended in a hot air balloon is incredible. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful and exciting experience. The pilot, driver, and staff were awesome. I felt safe throughout the entire flight. I’m glad I was able to conquer my fear. ☺️ Napa Valley is gorgeous and to experience it’s beautiful from above was just…exhilarating!

What an amazing experience!! The crew was friendly and worked so hard. Our pilot Dan was interesting, humorous and very knowledgeable! We saw the sun rise from the balloon!!

Such a beautiful experience! Our pilot Chris shared his knowledge of Napa Valley and a few wineries and made us laugh along the way! If going on a balloon ride is on your bucket list I’d definitely recommend getting up early and going! Everyone on the staff was so helpful and kind and having mimosas afterwards was a delight!

This company is amazing. If you're looking to do a hot air balloon ride DO it and do it with Aloft. It has been on my bucket list for years and we went and it was amazing. The views are breathtaking and Derek was our pilot and he gave us the most incredible ride. But the entire team on the ground is really nice and really efficient. It is a huge operation and they all work as a team. We were really impressed and will remember this trip forever. Thank you to everyone there.
