We used NVT Transportation for our 3-day Napa Valley trip with a group of 21 people, and everything was absolutely seamless. Our driver, Idris, was outstanding, professional, punctual, and incredibly personable. He managed to keep every drive fun while also keeping us perfectly on schedule, which is no small feat with a group that size. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the birthday card he surprised me with and the cooler stocked with waters and champagne. Those little details made the experience feel truly first-class. We couldn’t have asked for a better transportation partner for our trip. Highly recommend NVT Transportation and especially Idris for anyone looking for a top-tier experience in Napa Valley.

We just spent a week in Napa wine tasting. What a trip! A good friend, local to Napa, arranged all our reservations and recommended using a driving service. Before I continue, I want to point out that there are cops everywhere—at all times of the day and night in Napa. Nothing can ruin an awesome trip like a speeding ticket or (God forbid) a DUI! Our hotel set us up with Napa Valley Tours. Our driver was JC. He was awesome! Not only was he on time and professional—wearing a suit, driving a black Yukon XL—but his local knowledge added so much to our time in Napa. He had personal connections and tons of information about all the wineries we visited. He made lunch reservations between tastings at incredible spots. I just couldn’t recommend these guys more. We will absolutely use them next time we visit! Do yourself a favor and hire these guys for your trip to Napa. You won’t regret it!

Jesus was absolutely spectacular! He was kind, energetic, respectful, and professional. He made sure we were always taken care of and comfortable. I truly can’t imagine a better experience or driver. Jesus made our Napa experience one of a kind. We can’t wait to use his services again!! I highly recommend you request Jesus when traveling to Napa. You won’t regret it!

What a great company to do business with! We were referred to NVTT by a friend, and Mike and Aurlia took great attention to designing a trip for us that met our desires and preferences. We visited 3 wineries that came recommended by the company, all of which had a different experience to offer. Our driver Kevin went above and beyond to not only provide a safe and comfortable drive, but to also provide personal touches for our trip, including driving by a few points of interest and picking up food for us while we were on a tour. He even walked us into each winery to make sure we got checked in to our tours and tastings easily. Kevin was so friendly and professional, and left us feeling pampered. Thank you to the whole NVTT team - my partner and I will be returning customers and recommending to friends and family!

I had the pleasure of being picked up at the San Francisco Airport after a not-so-good flight, and my driver, Erica, was an absolute delight. She arrived on time, and we talked the entire drive. It was wonderful being driven by a Napa local — she was incredibly knowledgeable about the Valley’s wineries, restaurants, and even the hotel I was staying at, including all the amenities the Meritage offers. Her hospitality and professionalism were exceptional. Anytime I visit Napa Valley, I will be requesting Erica specifically.

I recently partnered with NVTT for my firm's annual offsite and could not be more happy with their services. We contracted a 40 person motorcoach for travel to/from SF - Calistoga as well as a smaller shuttle for standby trips around town. All of the drivers we worked with were kind, warm and professional. The communication was top notch and vehicles were clean and in great shape. In my 20+ years of luxury hospitality this is the best transportation team I have ever worked with. I look forward to working with Darian and his team again for future events, thank you NVTT!

Highly recommend booking with this tour company. I sent a request the day before my birthday panicking because I had not booked a wine tour for my birthday while in Napa. Justin was on it! He called instead of emailing me back. He reached out to Sophie (the concierge) and she put the tour together and the next day Michael picked us up and I had an amazing birthday!!! Thanks to the whole team!!

Our driver, Erica was amazing!! She drove us for two days everywhere, including wineries and she was so knowledgeable, friendly, and overall wonderful!! Will definitely ask for her again!!

Okay I am not sure if Nathan Pippen is still there but this was way before Covid and I liked the experience so much that I kept their card several years later! I know that things change not everything stays the same but I do hope that the service that made them great continues and these bad reviews get fixed right away. You all had a good thing going so please keep it up.

DO NOT RESERVE HERE! READ THIS FIRST! This company will rip you off! I was sent a credit card authorization form over email and the non-refundable deposit section was left blank when they sent it. I assumed there was flexibility (never doing that again!). They said they would require a 50% deposit, so I put it down, but ithin 48-hours had to make modification to a different date and group size which WAS NOT ALLOWED! Keep in mind that the reservation was for over a month in advance, so it wasn't like a last minute cancelation and inconvinience. There was ZERO flexibiliity, my reservation was canceled, and a deposit of over $600 charged. I fought it with AmEx and twice they said their fine print on Terms & Conditions allows them. Take it from me, go elsewhere and ask the right questions or make sure there is clear written, easy to read, in your face, language on their refund policy. This is SHADY BUSINESS!!! You know what gets me is not their non-refundable policy, but the lack of customer service. They literally thought, one-time customer, let's f'em with our Terms & Conditions. Well ef your Terms & Conditions. You lost a local repeat visitor to Napa and other wine countries. There was absolutely NO FLEXIBILITY! BE CAREFUL... DO NOT BOOK HERE!

Booked transportation with them which was ultimately canceled because of Covid. Asked multiple times for a refund of my nearly $500 deposit which was refused and ultimately they stoped returning emails. Attempted to rebook once wineries reopen and was told it was too late and they were keeping my deposit.

If I could so a ZERO star I would. Totally unacceptable with what happened to my niece at her wedding. With family attending from out of state having to worry about their guest arriving shouldve been the least of their worries when a PLAN was already set in place but didnt happen. Driver did not stick to the outlined instructions that were highlighted on the reservation confirmation. 2nd shuttle service never occurred & guests needed to drive where they were planning to ride a shuttle to the event. This delayed the event by an hour. NVTT charged the wedding party for overtime, that was essentially caused by their own driver. Disappointed in the service we received during this wedding. Hope the my nieces are refunded!!!!

I am not a negative review writer, but this one genuinely makes me angry and warrants a bad review I was part of a wedding party last month as a guest and organizer of sorts. The shuttle showed up on time at the beginning and that's about all I can say in a positive light about this shuttle service. I heard the other organizer very blatantly tell the driver "Call me when you drop the first half of the guests at the venue so I know to start collecting the second half of the guests to be ready for when you return to get us." And the driver nodded and said okay. *Keep this in mind for later.* On the way to the venue the driver got the first group (the group of guests I was with) LOST. The drive was supposed to be 30 minutes and ended up being around 45 because he took a shuttle bus down a one way service road behind a school that ended in a locked gate. He had to reverse the shuttle and use a resident's driveway to perform a three point turn, repeatedly refusing the help from the two Fathers of the Brides that were on the shuttle until he almost ran over the resident's trash cans by their fence. Now let's say "It was the GPS's fault." to give them the benefit of the doubt. And I would say that too... if I hadn't of had to hand MY OWN PHONE to the drive with directions to get to the venue. Because he proceeded to almost take THREE MORE wrong turns in the span of five minutes. So we finally get to the venue and unload the first group of guests. The shuttle leaves. *Remember when I said to keep the directions he was given in mind.* Here's where they come back into play I thought he was going to get the rest of the guests. An hour passes. Nothing. I thought maybe they hit traffic and they were going to be a little late since the drive is 30 minutes one way. Another 15 and the other organizer calls one of the brides and says the shuttle NEVER ARRIVED. He never went back to get the second group of guests. Let me say that again. HE NEVER WENT BACK TO GET THE SECOND GROUP OF GUESTS!!! Luckily there were enough cars that they could all shove themselves into to get to the venue, we're all a little nuts and nothing is stopping this wedding come hell or high water lol. We avoid any further problems until later in the night, after the ceremony and into the reception. The driver is supposed to be at the reception at 9:30 to take grandparents and any one else who's tired back to the hotel. 9:30 rolls around. Shuttle is nowhere to be seen... We had to walk around the parking lot in the dark to find the shuttle. Only to find him SLEEPING. I get it, everyone gets tired but DAMN SET AN ALARM, THIS IS YOUR JOB! So we wake him up and he takes the grandparents home. Comes back late, picks up the rest of the guests at 11. Now the service is trying to charge the brides extra for "going overtime by an hour." I can tell you where that hour went..... THE HOUR HE DELAYED THE CEREMONY BY NOT GETTING THE SECOND HALF OF THE GUESTS! Do yourself a HUGE favor and find another shuttle service. TLDR: Highly highly highly recommend you look elsewhere for a better shuttle service. Didn't follow instructions, didn't pick up guests, delayed wedding an hour, trying to charge overtime for the hour THEY delayed the wedding.

I attended a friend's wedding in October and they had ordered two shuttles. The second shuttle never came and some of the guests ended up having to drive to the event. This was such a messy situation and ended up delaying the event by about an hour. If NVTT apologized to the couple and refunded them, this would be a different story, but they were charged overtime for the wedding when it was NVTT's fault for causing everything to be delayed. Other vendors also charged them more since NVTT essentially made everything late. If you're not looking for reliability and good customer service, feel free to take the risk and book using this company.

I would not recommend. I tried to hire them for a corporate function and the price kept changing. my initial inquiry I was given a price of $1189. When I called back to confirm I was told it would be $1350 when I got the contract it was for 2950. They did not clear that the 1350 was the per day charge. Somehow another $350 magically appeared on the contract.

Normally I don't post about bad experiences, but I cannot let this slide. It is highly unacceptable to take weeks to find a solution to an issue that can be resolved fairly and quickly. I attended a wedding recently where the shuttle driver did not follow the instructions that were included on the reservation confirmation causing an hour delay to the event. Due to the lack of guideline comprehension, a 2nd PLANNED shuttle service did NOT happen forcing guests to drive to the event when they had originally planned to use the shuttle. To top it off, NVTT charged the wedding party for overtime from a delay that was caused by their own driver. With the extremely slow response for a solution (it has been weeks now), I feel extremely disappointed by this service received during this wedding and how this business has chosen to not resolve it. I hope they are refunded and issues like this don't happen in the future.

HIghly recommend. We'd had the good fortune to secure reservations at the French Laundry, and wanted the perfect evening experience - no worrying about uber or taxi availability, no worrying about finding parking and slogging in nice dress between car and restaurant, no worrying about how much wine we cared to drink over a long dinner. Calling just a day in advance, got an immediate answer, were presented a variety of options for cars, and what I thought was a reasonable quote for a dedicated driver for the evening. We selected a Mercedes S550 and it was perfect for the two of us. The driver checked in via text several hours in advance of the arranged pick up time, and did an excellent unobtrusive job of staying in touch and available throughout the evening. We were treated in style and comfort, with no cares or concerns, and it was the cherry on top of a perfect memorable evening. Highly recommend.

I usually don't like to put bad reviews unless I really have a terrible experience. The drivers assigned to my best friends wedding DID NOT stick to instructions that were confirmed prior to the wedding day. I was ready to take the 2nd shuttle that was scheduled to take us to the venue. They DID NOT SHOW!! I traveled from out of state so I did not get a rental car because there was going to be shuttles provided. Because the shuttle assigned did not show I had to scramble and get an Uber which isn't so reliable as well. This caused me and a bunch of other guests to be late to the wedding which delayed the event by an hour. NVTT charged the wedding party for overtime, that was essentially caused by their own driver. Disappointed in the service we received during this wedding. Hope the couple is refunded.

Amazing service with highly knowledgeable drivers. Juba was fantastic. Definite reocmmendation for timely airport travel, winery tours and other driving needs.

NVTT seems to receive good reviews, but based on my experience I would not trust them with a booking deposit. I made a booking with a $488 deposit which was unavoidably canceled due to Napa Valley's shelter-in-place order. NVTT extended the expiration date by 12 months but never informed me about it - which meant that I lost my deposit without being warned. The booking consultant tried to deceive me by telling me that I had been informed at the time. I asked her to send me the evidence, but she employed stalling tactics and eventually refused. After a couple of attempts, I contacted another consultant who confirmed I had not been informed. Overall, they seem a good company but I would not trust them with your booking deposit.

We had an excellent time exploring the wineries in Napa with Juba of Napa Valley Tours and Transportation. Juba was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic all day. We had a great day and left with many recommendations for our next visit to Napa! Thank you, Juba and Napa Valley Tours!!!

Hired NVTT for shuttle service for our wedding in October. Unfortunately there was miscommunication regarding end of night service, and the shuttle left early. This left some guests with no transportation to return to their accommodations. We were lucky that the onsite hotel had a spare room, and we could use it for the guests. I called to share what happened, as I was upset with the service. I appreciated the apology, and was happy that we would get a partial refund, or so I thought. Tomorrow is December and no refund has shown up on my credit card. I plan events for a large tech company and work with shuttle companies often. I have never had an experience like this. I'm extremely disappointed, and will be sure to never use them for personal or work events.

I was a guest for a wedding and super excited to see that there was a shuttle service. But that was the biggest disappointment. This shuttle service did not even take me along with other guests to the event because it never showed. The wedding started one hour late. Can you imagine having to stress about this on your wedding day!? I really home the newlyweds were refunded especially because the driver was at fault. If you are thinking about booking with this company don't do it. Spend your money on a more reliable company.

It was clearly instructed to have a 2nd round of pick-up for guests from the hotel to the venue but that service never occurred. Ultimately, guests had to drive their own car to the event. This delayed the wedding for an hour!! This company failed to make-up for it and even charged my friends for overtime. The audacity. WHAT KIND OF COMPANY CHARGES FOR INCONVENIENCE CAUSED BY THEIR DRIVER?!! & Also, customer service fails to be responsive and resolve this action. Hope the couple is refunded.

If I could give zero stars I would. Due to it's great reviews, my friends decided to use this company for their wedding. But don't be deceived! Driver came late and caused the biggest inconvenience on what was suppose to be their big special day. Driver came late, was found sleeping in the bus, and the company overcharged my friends. Not the treatment you want during your wedding day. This is your sign to find a different company.

This company was hired by my friends for their wedding day in October to shuttle the attendees from our hotel to the location. There were 2 time slots to be picked up at the hotel. I was apart of the later pick up time and the driver was unresponsive, and never showed up to pick up the rest of the party. After waiting for over 40 minutes, we all decided to drive ourselves to the wedding location, which held up the ceremony by over an hour. There were issues at the end of the night as well. This company was hired to pick up the same attendees to go back to the hotel and they failed to arrive at the planned on time again! I found out later on that the driver was found asleep in the vehicle in the parking lot. On the way back to the hotel, the driver was driving recklessly and speeding. I couldnt even imagine the stress my friends were put under on their special day. Weddings take so much time, effort, and thought, and for this company to be so inconsiderate speaks highly of their character. To make matters worse, this company has been unresponsive to my friends who hired them for weeks, they've offered no compensation for THEIR mistakes, and has actually asked for more pay than the agreed upon original price. This is absolutely ridiculous. Do not give this company your money. They dont deserve your business, they dont care about their customers in the slightest.

Do not work with this shuttle company. I got married and used this shuttle to transport our guests around the Sonoma area. Weeks before our wedding we contacted this company outlining exactly how we would like our shuttle service to go with agreed upon scheduled drop offs and pick ups. Due to the driver not sticking to the outlined instructions that were highlighted on the confirmation of our wedding plans the shuttle driver completely neglected to return and pick up over half of our wedding guests waiting to be brought to our ceremony. This delayed our wedding by over an hour and would have caused further delays if our guests hadn't taken matters I to their own hands and driven themselves. Not only did NVTT neglect try to rectify situation at all, remaining unresponsive for over the 2.5 weeks following the event where I've reached out multiple times; NVTT instead charged us for overtime, that was essentially caused by their own driver. We've incurred numerous fees from other vendors too due to the delays their driver caused. During the event, we requested that the driver be ready by 9:30 for pickup. At the requested time the driver was no where to be seen and after we went looking for him we discovered the driver was asleep in the vehicle. 100% NOT how you want to spend your wedding day, a complete let down and total disappointment of a shuttle service. Will not be working with this company again, and highly advise you don't either.

We were in Napa for a week and hired NVT to take us around and keep us safe. Our driver was Mark and he was AMAZING! He was always early/on time; drove professionally, was knowledgeable, and we can't wait to hire him again!

Very disappointing experience with this company. We were very excited to have a shuttle service for guests at my daughter's wedding. Then this... first pick up on time, second pick up never happened due to driver error, wedding ceremony over an hour late due to guests having to drive themselves after waiting for the shuttle, dinner and reception ran late due to late start of ceremony, last shuttle pick up... driver asleep around the block. And now this company wants to charge extra for overtime that their driver caused. Completely unacceptable. If you are in need of a reliable shuttle, keep looking!!

Juba was the best! He picked us up on time and took us around napa and yountville and back to our hotel with ease and comfort. He was great company and knew really interesting facts about the surrounding area and napa in general. Super informative and knew his way around. Such hospitality. We had Jorge as our tour guide for three days in Saint Helena, driving us back and forth to Napa and back for BottleRock. Jorge was always on time and happy to see us. Always had water available in the car and the conversation flowed effortlessly. Great experience! Thank you Jorge. Your knowledge of the area was refreshing.

We had to cancel our trip to Napa because Hurricane Ida hit New Orleans where we are from. The hurricane hit Sunday 08.29.21 and as I make this post on 09.03.21 we are still without power with feels like temperatures in the 100s. We just got running water today. All flight out of the airport are cancelled because the airport has no power and no water. Napa Valley Tours and Transportation refused to give us a refund after knowing all of this and I'm sure seeing it on the news. They got $720 for doing absolutely nothing and taking money away from people who have just had their homes flooded or trees falling on them. And on top of that we are all out of work until the city can regain power. Their excuse was that they have 50% non-refundable deposit policy but all other services we had booked in Napa had similar policies and ALL of them refunded us fully after hearing our circumstances. Terrible company. Terrible principles. Use any other transportation company!

I live in Napa and I see a LOT of limos and bus shuttles here. Every time I see an incredibly terrible driver, ALWAYS speeding and cutting people off in a limo or shuttle, they almost always have an NVT logo. Completely reckless drivers. If you want a safe experince stay as far away as you can from these guys

Robert Dong went above and beyond for my covid bachelorette party! He helped call around to find out what wineries would accommodate 9 people and set up all the appointments for us. He made it very easy and stress free. He arrived early for pick up and had drinks inside the limo for our ride. He was very professional and kept us on track and on time the whole day! 5 stars!!

This entire experience has been terrible. First the reservation was made the wrong day, then I never got a new confirmation (thank god I called as we got kn our flight which made you realize this), then there is no driver and we are waiting out in the sun for 30'minutes, then we are 45 minutes late foe our reservation at French laundry.

We had a great experience throughout our stay in Napa. A significant piece of that whole experience was due to our host driver, Brian Imrie. Brian was courteous, prompt, patient...and all of that, takes a back seat to his impressive knowledge of area. Brian shared that his family have been in Napa for 5 generations and his depth of knowledge of the community's history, people and how much of it connects was both informative and entertaining. Highly recommended.

The driver for our tour, Brian, had a lot to share about the wineries we had booked talked about the history if Napa, the wine making process, and was able to answer so many of our questions. In addition, because ended up being short on time he was able to recommend an amazing lunch place that allowed us to make up some lost time. Definitely a great driver, I would highly recommend.

I booked a San Francisco to Sonoma trip for my team outing. I paid for the optional concierge service, and I'm really glad I did. Teresa was really helpful, and cut out hours of research (how many stops can we fit in a day, what's a good place for lunch? can I bring my dog?) and calling for reservations. She was super responsive, even on weekends and the day of! I'd highly recommend this service; really professional and have sent me receipts for everything promptly for easy expense reporting.

A great company is only as good as the face you see before you - and Omar (our driver) made Napa Valley Tours and Transportation not only great, but memorable. My husband and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary by splurging on a trip to Sonoma. Omar took us around to three different wineries over the course of five hours. That is what we expected and that is what we paid for. What we didn't expect, was for Omar to be just as excited as us to be celebrating 20 years married. In fact, he noticed that we like to take pictures so he suggested a great alternative route between Napa and our hotel in Sonoma. We drove through the canyon where Omar knew of some very beautiful vistas worthy of memorable pictures. He insisted on being our photographer. It's rare for my husband and I to get a picture together. Usually we hand the camera to one or the other while we take pictures with the kids. Throughout the day, I would relate to my husband the history of the next winery. Omar was not only interested in my facts, but he was also knowledgeable with his own. This was such a pleasant gift. I tried to plan the day accordingly so that we would not go over our allotted time, but Omar never made us feel rushed. In fact he insisted we not worry about the time. I truly feel that our day would not have been as magical without Omar. NVTT was so easy to work with and provided a beautiful luxury car for us, and I'm sure they would agree that beyond that - it's all about the face they trust to drive you. I would absolutely book again - and insist on Omar.

Very clean and comfortable vehicles! We actually had a sprinter van and it was perfect for nine people and wine! Our driver Anwar was FANTASTIC! Always on time and very professional!
