Napatra Hotel

The location is good. Close to JJ market, and the freeway. It’s close to the main road but quiet.The room was big, clean, we had daily housekeeping during the stay. And free bottle water, snacks provided. Free coffee, tea, water on the ground floor. A 711 downstairs on the way to the hotel. Close to the early owls as well.We’re happy with our stay.

It actually exceeded our expectations. The hotel is very clean, and you get free water and snacks every day. There is also free coffee available until 12 p.m., with three different machines, and a water machine providing both hot and cold water all day. The price-quality ratio is excellent. Even though the hotel is not far from the city center, it is still surrounded by greenery, creating a peaceful atmosphere. We had views of palm trees from our balcony, and the balcony door has a mosquito net, which is great.There is a 7-Eleven supermarket just 50 meters away and laundry machines only 30 meters from the hotel.The bed is comfortable, but having one more pillow would be a nice addition. Also, one more chair would be helpful, as there was only one in the room for two people. The staff was always welcoming and smiling. It was definitely a great choice, and I would recommend this hotel.

A very nice hotel. The service is of very high quality. The ladies at the reception are very kind and helpful. When I arrived for the first time, the air conditioning was very dusty, but when I went to the reception, I was offered the option to move to the room next door, which was much better. A technician immediately attended to the old room’s air conditioning. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Pros: • Quiet rooms • Excellent daily cleaning • Great service • Snacks available • Coffee machines • Convenient location with good coffee shops and restaurants nearby Cons: • Musty smell in the hallway • Dusty smell from the air conditioning • Plastic coffee cups

We stayed here for 4 nights. 21-25 November 2024: It’s a great value hotel. Ample parking spaces but not all are sheltered parking. Reception has FOC coffee making machines from 6AM-12PM daily. Clean reception area. Checkin was quick. Room is clean and spacious. Nice balcony with a nice mountain view. Thankfully the TV has some English language channels. WIFI is good. Aircon works well. Housekeeping cleans our room well and replenishes the complimentary snacks and drinks daily ⭐️ There’s a car wash at the hotel car park, special price 90baht for hotel guests. Remember to buy the coupon from the hotel reception. Reception staff are helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again if in Chiang Mai 🙏🏻

I like staying here. Cheap price, good service staff. Accommodation near the convenience store 7-11. You can walk a short distance. There is a laundry shop and restaurants on the side of the road. Very comfortable. Most importantly, the housekeeping staff cleaned my room very well. Even though I didn't want to clean, they asked if you would like to clean or not. If I come back to Chiang Mai again, I will stay here.

Nice place to stay! big car parking and big room size .Nearby amenities 7eleven ,massage,shop's & street foods.

Good fine , near 7-11, got laundry machine near by. Very quiet place to relax and go anywhere.
