Napier House

We had a. Memorable time at the Napier house, owner. Was very. Friendly helpful. And. Kind. Directed us to nearest eating places and entertainment, place is convenient and breakfast is delicious also have good coffee, convenient and close to most places, owners. Make you feel at home, place is. Also child friendly. We stayed. With a 6 year old, 3 and. 1.and half year old baby and my. Mom who is 70 years old we had a lovely time. And will definitely recommend to others

The room was excellent. There was no tv though even it is still advertise with TV and Satellites.||Owner was very kind and the housekeeper Busi was the best. Busi always prepared our breakfast as we required and always having everything ready when asked, such as extension cables and iron and iron board.||We had a very good time. Very private and comfortable and also very secure, we were safe. ||We have ordered MR Delivery for couple of nights and easy for the delivery men to find the location.||The place is good for family or business or visiting relatives living nearby.||We would highly recommend other people to try Napier House.

This was a pretty and spacious room, with a magnificent bathroom. It was suppossed to have satellite TV, but it wouldn't work. You could park insede the property, but the gate failed quite often. Also the light failed in the room. Owners were not at the premises, and it was not easy to find the person in charge; she was nice, but little responsive. Wi-fi signal was good in the patio, but not so much in the room.

Positive: Spacious and clean rooms. Clean en suite bathrooms. Bed are very comfortable. Very private||||Negative: Lack of signage on the fence make it difficult to find the place. No Television set on the premises. You cannot watch news or sport. You are told to watch videos on YouTube. Breakfast was not at the expected standard.

We were a party of two couples and stayed at Napier B&B for a wedding in Durban and were very warmly welcomed by by Andre and Sherryn. The owners are very warm, friendly people who run a stunning B&B, with big rooms and huge bathrooms. The rooms are very well-equipped and have all the amenities, including DSTV, and the bathrooms all have showers and baths. Sherryn is an excellent cook and makes the breakfasts to order, which was greatly appreciated. The neighbourhood is very quiet, yet very close to the bustling Berea/Musgrave area with lots of restaurants, bars, etc. This is definitely one of the best B&Bs we have seen! Stayed April 2014

The staff was very friendly the b&b was close to many shopping centres. The room was spacious with a nice view of the garden and pool area and it also had aircon. The only draw back was that there was no tv in the room!

The location is good away from the Central Business District. I also loved the restaurants in the surrounding area. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was also excellent. I would not mind going there again.

Small things are important. Someone should be there to greet you on arrival. In our case we had been travelling for 8 hours and really needed to put our feet up. If the means one judges on and prices by is what the accommodation offers, the was not Wi-Fi and TV. The bathroom has mouldy patches, not health for living space
