Napoli Class B & B

Having emailed twice, in English and Italian, to warn of our late arrival and ask about an airport shuttle, we arrived by taxi at the hotel around 10.30pm on a Saturday night. There’d been no response to our emails. The front doors were locked. We repeatedly pressed the bell and rang the hotel phone. No response. After about 45 stressful minutes in the street we gave up and were trying to find another hotel by phone when some existing guests arrived and let us in. Weirdly, our key had been left upstairs at reception, which was unstaffed. If those other guests hadn’t turned up, we would have had to find another hotel very late on a Saturday night. I see that this hotel is rated highly, but I’d never stay here again. Very unprofessional and thoughtless. ||The room was pleasant.

The rooms are simple but good size. The breakfast was less than appealing, and the location was not desirable. However, the shower was great, and the comforter was soo soft. All in all, it wasn't a bad stay.

Wonderful stay, staff were very nice and accommodating. Great location, just off of Via Toledo, the main road of the town.

We stayed here for two nights and it was incredible! The location is perfect, so close to everything that you just go out and you're in the middle of everything. The room was beautiful and spacious and the bed was so comfortable! Breakfast is good and the service was great. I will definitely come back here.

A great hidden boutique hotel close to everything you need. 10 minute walk from the port where you can get a boat to Capri and also a pickup point for tours. There are restaurants and cafes on your doorstep. The staff are very friendly and accommodating with great knowledge of the local area. Clean rooms and a nice breakfast. It’s everything you need for a stay in Naples.

We stayed here for two nights. The location is perfect close to the port and also right in the city. Room was clean, good bed, great shower, toiletries. Kettle in the room for tea and coffee. Also on the landing is a coffee machine and pastries. We felt breakfast was disappointing in a small room with plastic table and chairs, not much Choice and nothing cooked to order. For the location I would recommend.

We stayed at Napoliclass during our friends' wedding so we didn't choose it in the first place but it was a pleasant surprise. Staff was really nice, especiallu Mariana via phone and email and Salvatore who helped us for a late check-in. Rooms are spacious and clean, minimal in a historical building. Location is unbelievable to explore the city, try restaurant in Quartieri Spagnoli and also for shopping. Two things to notice, it's not very bright, the breakfast room has no natural light and some of the rooms are a bit noisy as they face Via Toledo, which is a big high street but overall a great experience. We'd book and stay again.

Incredible, five star hospitality in class of its own thanks to Chiara and team at this luxurious home away from home right in the heart of central Naples. Strategically located a few minutes from the Teatro San Carlo and so close to many historical sites. I absolutely loved my stay and can't wait to return. The suite in room six was divinely spacious, extremely clean and well-maintained. What a treat! 🥰 Thank you for such a generous approach to hospitality, for going above and beyond for your guests' comfort, breakfast, and all the lovely snacks.
