The lasagna was good, not great. The spinach pie was good. Their pizza so far is their best item.

I’m always up for trying new places, so this little gem turned out to be a nice surprise. Was in the area and Italian/Greek food combo sounded good so we stopped here for dinner. Got a booth right away and got our drinks quickly, we had to order a Greek salad and it was really good! Split our main course on the Greek side of the menu that had spinach and cheese in with a side of Greek potatoes. The server also brought us warm pita bread and dipping sauce which was a nice surprise. Actually ordered a dessert for once, this cake was good, very light and airy, I like my chocolate with a more rich flavor so I’ll try something else next time. Definitely stop by here there’s plenty of options on the menu!

Great ambiance and food. Although the menu can be daunting, everything was delicious. We got the blackened chicken and chicken cacciatore and they were great. Everyday they have a different soup, so be sure to try them too.

Let me shed some light on this restaurants performance. The pizza was decadent. I recall the pizza being the highlight of my visit. See the pictures below. The salad had much to be desired. The lettuce was brittle. They barely put any effort into it. It looked estranged and uninviting. The environment was just okay. The table they tried to sit me at had to be cleaned prior to me sitting down. What does this say about everything else concerning your restaurant? The way you handle your food. Your kitchen might be a disaster. Makes me wonder if your employees wash their hands with soap and warm water. Do they use gloves when handling food and change them out when they've been contaminated. Would I go back? I would only go back for the pizza. Everything else, I wouldn't even bother. Note to the owner: Review your menu, Coach your staff how to properly prepare the dishes. If the ingredients aren't fresh,...shame on you. It's not expensive to make an inviting salad.

Food is great as it has been for years! Service is timely and the wait staff is easily social! The atmosphere is nice though I prefer more upbeat music but it does not detract for the place itself!

So I was getting my hair cut by my stylist yesterday in the same shopping plaza when I had this amazing smell permeate my nose. I kindly asked if they knew where it was coming from and immediately the Napoli Pizzeria. It was at that time I chose to eat here on date night. And let me tell you as usual my smell was in complete agreeance with my taste buds. But the atmosphere was just the icing on the cake. Quickly greeted with a smile and a table immediately. It was around 8:30 a d busy but not overly busy so we sat down in our seats to take it all in. Our server came to the table right away. She grabbed our drinks then we ordered. Do not want put names on Google review so I'll do my best to describe our server. Young blonde with a nose ring bubbly personality and attentive. Management you have an amazing employee. We both were very impressed with her. Everything was phenomenal and we will certainly be back. Thank you for the amazing food, service & atmosphere. Truly a gem of a place to eat!! Can't wait to

We are regulars at Napolies the owner used to come and chat don't know why but she doesn't even say hello any more .... however seeing as the basic salad is over $5 this is the third time I have mentioned to our server the dressing is only half way in the cup ..... where's the rest ... now this is the 3rd time Sandra our server is the best she offered another at no charge but I know she would have put in the money herself ....... but I said no it's the principle of being cheated has any one else come across this problem ...... yes and next time I will take picture

We loved Napoli’s so much! It was our first time eating there and our server, Klaire was so so sweet. The service was awesome. We got sat immediately in a booth. Good was even better. We got Chicken Parm with Alfredo and the House Special pizza. So flavorful and the price point was great too. They have a lot of food options and drink options. We’ll be coming back for sure.

this has got to be the best Italian food in South Carolina and I'm not even exaggerating. When I first moved down here from New York, I was super skeptical about Italian food, but I have to say that Napolis made me restore faith. From the outside, you would never know how I love that it's hidden. a mixture between Greek and Italian food style cooking, and everything is made fresh to order. The servers in there treat you like family. And it is such a relaxing environment. everything on the menu from the pasta to the pizza to the Greek salad is amazing. It is so well priced too. You can hardly find that anymore in this economy. Nothing has changed in the last eight years since we moved down here. This is our tried and True when we need Italian food. Never a wait. Quick fast service.

Napolis is our "go to" casual family restaurant for lunch and dinner. The food is generous and consistently good. Wait staff is solid with several who are outstanding. Prices are competitive with others in the market.

The is a quaint Italian restaurant. We were seated quickly and asked for our drink order as we were seated. Our server was Sandra. She did a great job and helped us decide on what to try. Her recommendation was spot on for us. We started with a spinach pie appetizer. This was fabulous. I loved the ratio of spinach to dough. I would order this again in a heart beat. We split a beef souvlaki dinner. The marinated beef chucks of souvlaki dinner were grilled to perfection. Really enjoyed their flavor. The Tzatziki sauce was some of the best in the upstate. Just love the combination of the sauce on the beef. Outstandingly good. We got fries on the side. The French fries were crispy. Highly recommend you try them. We finished the meal off with an amazing slice of Lemon Italian Cream Cake. This was close to having a slice of Italian heaven. Please give this place a try. I hope your experience is as good as ours.

Decided to stop in last night for a pizza. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. The pizza was fine. Nothing to write home about however. We ordered a pepperoni and mushroom. Was disappointed to see that they used canned mushrooms, not fresh. Also the website shows horribly outdated beer and wine prices. The carafe of house wine aka Carlo Rossi, had doubled in price and is a poor value compared to area restaurants. I'd recommend this establishment for take out or an alcohol free evening only.

It's been some time since we've been at Napoli's since there are limited menu items to eat if you have food allergies to gluten (bye bye pasta), dairy (no no cheese), and tomatoes so it's a bit challenging to eat Italian. It was Friday night and Valentine's Day. They do NOT take reservations as I had called them a few days earlier to check. What I learned is, you can call to let them know you are heading over but even that, I'm not certain if that worked. Eight of us came here after a class. One couple came quickly and gave our names and numbers. It was PACKED. There was a party in one corner, tables with family for their usual Fri night date night, and a wait. We had to be split into two booths but they were wonderful to have the booths next to each other. The family who sat in the booth prior clearly had kids who threw food below. It was crazy to see how much was there and kudos to the employee who swept it all up and cleaned the spot. I ordered the eggplant parmesan which was delicious. Had lots of cheese and I don't eat much cheese anymore. My son are the leftover and liked it. I didn't tell him it was eggplant . The side salad with it was fabulous. I would have been satisfied from the salad. Great portion size, Husband ordered the wings. He didn't say much about it so can't say either way, but the leftover is still sitting in the fridge. This is a nice place to go and eat.

Only ordered a personal pizza, and it took forever. Way too much cheap cheese and tons of grease with no good flavor. Trash! Hopefully the rest of their food is better than that.

Good service and great food!! I usually get the lasagna and Greek salad. Found out I can buy bottles of their Greek salad dressing, make me happy because it is awesome.

Food is consistently good and the service is always top notch. If you are looking for good Italian or Greek, try Napoli.

Awesome service! We got seated as soon as we walked in with no reservation. We ordered drinks and got them in less than 10 minutes. Even when they were short staffed and busy! Then we ordered amazing food! I ordered a small pepperoni pizza because the personal was too small. It was delicious! My dad who came with me got pasta, and the sausage is not what you would expect. It was breakfast like sausage cut into large chunks. Just keep that in mind when you order. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful, warm, and welcoming place! The food is delicious and the staff were so kind. Our waitress in particular, Martha, is a sweetheart and was joking along with us the whole time. They warn that they are short staffed but our drinks and food still came out fast (but we also did go on a week night.) We're from out of town, but if my family and I are ever back in Greenville, we will absolutely be dining here again.

Cheese bread was good but I probably wouldn't order again just because there wasnt much for the price. Value wasnt there. French bread with mozzarella cheese couldn't really taste the garlic etc. Pizza was also ok but not great. Sauce was sweet which I like but the wife doesn't so if you dont like sweet pizza sauce you will hate this sauce 3.5 stars is where I'd be if we could do half stars on Yelp so I'll round up and give the benefit of the doubt Ps This looks like a place you should stick with the basics when ordering. I wouldn't order much other than pizza and a desert or appetizer. Doesn't look like a spot I'd trust with non pizza stuff but I could be wrong.... i see bad reviews for things like vegetarian sandwiches etc...honestly this isnt a place I'd come to if I wanted a vegetarian sandwich lol

This used to be one of my favorite restaurants in the Five Forks area but has gone downhill. Pasta sauce was watery and greasy. Our orders were wrong (and that happens) but nothing was done to correct, not even an apology. We had to remind our server about the garlic bread and she tried to charge our 7 year old for an adult meal when she had ordered off the children's menu. We took dessert to go and had a poor serving of smashed cheesecake and a chocolate lava cake that was drier than stale bread. What is happening here?!? The icing on the dry cake was that we waited 15 minutes to pay our server when finally I went to the counter because I had enough of the experience.

I tried this place a few weeks ago and it was fantastic! They offer a variety of food: pasta, calzones, Stromboli, and even wings! I ordered the mushroom and spinach ravioli and I had leftovers for the next day. It was so delicious and the serving was so large. My fiancé got the Stromboli and it was bigger than a normal sized plate. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for GOOD Italian food. The sauce is so yummy and it doesn't taste like "chain" restaurant tomato sauce. I'll be back!

We usually get the Italian combo, but sometimes we get lasagna or pizza. It's outstanding.

This place is awesome! My wife and I get the Stromboli regularly and it's consistently great! There are three other Greek and Italian restaurants between my house and them, but I'd choose Napoli everytime. On one of my first experiences with the restaurant I had to wait for my pick up order because they were slammed. The manager apologized for my time and sent me home with a slice of their lemon crème which was just the right balance of tart and sweet. Try it! You'll keep coming back for more.

Food was okay & the prices are very reasonable with real good service. The menue is extensive with this review being limited to the pizza. Now, let me temper my comments by saying that I am forming my opinion with high standards. I lived in Naples, Italy for 4 years and spent the last 10 years is Up State NY. So, I am a little biased when it comes to pizza. Pizza here was too heavy handed on the cheese that had the end result of totally distorting the flavor of the sauce. Sauce was too sweet and the dough was overworked resulting in a chewy crust with no texture outside of chewy. But, my 4 year old loved it. Me, well I am not writing it off and will give it a second try if my son requests it, but it is not in my top 5 local pizza joints. Perhaps next time I will try one of their pasta dishes it main entries. But, like I said, my pizza standards are high.

Best place in five forks !! Hands down!!! Employees there are there to work!!!! And want to work!!! Customer service is a 10!!!! Food is a 10!!!! Hey in todays world, businesses like this needs to be recognized!!! I don't know anyone here and don't have to, I get 100# great service every time!!!

Oh my goodness. My waistline hates me but my tastebuds love my decision to order a veggie Stromboli from here two days in a row. The Stromboli is huge and delicious. And if you ask for red pepper flakes, you get an adorable, really full, tiny ziplock bag of them. I will definitely be back again! Both times I ordered take out and by the look of the number of people waiting outside last night, I'm not the only one who knows how great, at very least, the Stromboli is here!!

We ordered a chicken finger salad and a chicken parmigiana sandwich and it was terrible! The chicken was breaded chicken pressed patties. For the salad we asked for the chicken on the side and it was two chicken patties they cut into strips! The salad consisted of bag mixed lettuce 3 cucumber slices, 3 Greek olives, 1 peperoncini and two small tomato wedges. The sandwich was two doubled up chicken patties with cheese and ok tasting sauce but they put to much and it was soggy. Small portions and expensive for what we were served. $9.95 for salad and an extra $1.25 for cheese and just the sandwich with nothing else was also $9.95. This was the first and last time we will patronize this establishment!

My Husband and I really like this place. It's on heavy rotation for us. It is homey Italian food. It is Mom and Pop, simple Greek/ Italian. The service is always terrific, enormous portions and a menu with a huge selection. There's pizza, calzones, hamburgers, hot subs, baked pasta, chicken Parmesan and Marsala, Greek dishes, salads, homemade soups. If you're looking for gourmet, this isn't your place. If you're looking for simple Italian/ Greek, large portions and great service, it's a place you'll enjoy.

It is always refreshing when the wait staff knows every detail about the dish you are going to eat. It makes the meal so much better when they treat you like part of the family, making you feel welcome the moment you walk in. The food is excellent and plentiful and you won't leave hungry. I had the Veal Parm casserole and it was awesome. It comes with a side salad or soup and garlic bread. You can order a side past plate if you are really hungry, which complements the main dish. I recommend this restaurant highly!

This place has great pizza and wings! The pizza had a very flavorful crust and ooh so much cheese! The wings were some of crispiest wings I've ever had. The service here is excellent as well. My new favorite spot.

Fantastic food!! My fiancé and I ordered take out service which was ready on time and had an amazing flavor! Very pleased with Napoli Pizzeria!

To those who say this place is great, please, travel outside this region and experience real Greek or Italian food. Who uses a meat sauce on chicken parm? In what world is this ok? And too much basil or sugar in the sauce. Way sweet. Over cheesed. Over sauced. And the Greek Salad is iceberg lettuce with a lot of Fetta and an olive. (the olive was good). Dressing was so-so. The Gyro platter is a plate of meat with your side. The meat isn't shaved, but chunked. Usually it would be an open face Gyro minus the pita or pita on the side. Where's the lettuce? Tomato? Onion? Tsasiki? Nope. The hummus was ok, a little grainy for my liking but we'll flavored. The service is good, attentive and friendly. The pizza looked meh, but I'm biased. As a person who's family originates in Napoli I'm offended you chose this name for your restaurant. Not going back.

The menu is silly long. Takes forever to review and make a decision. We've eaten here twice. I'll almost always give a restaurant a second chance... But in this case, I shouldn't have. Both times the food was of microwave quality and caused stomach distress for both my wife and I on both visits. The worst part though was the drama that goes on between the staff and management. I've never seen so many disrespectful people.

Great first experience. Stopped in the the wife for lunch and were waited on by Rosario and her trainee, Valerie. The food was amazing and will definitely come back!!! The beef souvlaki and rice was delicious, as was the homemade tzatziki dipping sauce with grilled pita bread. As good as the food was the service from Rosario. Great personality and knowledgeable about the food. We look forward to returning. Definitely give it a try!

We dine here often and the food is great, and to make it even better Anne our waitress is the best. She is attentive, happy to serve, explains the menu, and much much more. I wish other places had the same wonderful waitress as nothing is too much trouble and always a smile. Not sure what has happened. Been going here for years. Getting the lasagna, my favorite, was nothing more than sauce, meat, cheese and equivalent to one noodle or less. Brought it back and they gave me the same slop. Very disappointed. Not sure if I'll go back...

I live in Wisconsin. My Mom lives here in Greenville. Every time I visit, we MUST have Napoli's house pizza, the Greek salad, and I always get a bottle of their Greek dressing. In fact I flew in Friday and we had the pizza last night. The house pizza is so good I could roll around in it. It's super heavy-loaded down with meats and veggies and tons of cheese. The crust is amazing. And the leftovers for breakfast? Yum yum yum.

We went here for the first time on a Friday night date night. Everything was GREAT! Our waitress was the best we've had in a long time! Steak and cheese sub and fries tasted like my favorite restaurant back home and the pizza was definitely NY style. We will be back!

The small pizza we ordered had so much cheese even though we asked for light on the cheese. The side salad had way too many stalks in it. The spinach pie was ok but greasy. A server came right away and brought our drinks but then sat down and we had to wait to order and the place was nearly empty!

We stopped in for a pizza -first time. Ordered a white garlic with sausage. It was the worst pizza we have had! Spices were applied unevenly and lacked any garlic but included tarragon. Who puts tarragon on pizza? And, I Hate Tarragon. Service was good so I rated a 3, not on quality.

Food choices are vast! Outside eating area is super nice and feels intimate despite its location.Food was delicious and seemed made from scratch. Prices were very reasonable! Service was reliable and courteous. The shape of the restaurant was great! It looked clean and well maintained. There are only about 4 tables that are 1/2 booth and 1/2 table plus their tables and chairs outside. If you need, want or prefer a table with chairs, this may not be the place for you. We sat outside.

Nice sit down restaurant with really good Italian style food. Nice menu selections. I would give it 4 stars... But the servers are not very friendly... They kind of act like they hate being there. No "hello" or "thank you - come again!". But don't let this stop you from going there... The food is delicious! I just wanted to give you a heads-up!! :-) Update: So after chatting with a few people... I hear that the owners are not very nice to their employees... So I guess this explains what I've observed...
