Small restaurant with clean restrooms. Quick and friendly service. A lot of options to choose from. We ordered sweet potato fries, a salad, Napoli combo and their pesto shrimp pizza. You can get half n half on the pesto pizza with shrimp and chicken 🤩 Generous toppings. Enjoyed the food and the person helping was was super nice 💕

Sadly the pizza just isn’t what it used to be. We used to always order for our office and the pizza was fantastic, some of the best in LA. Ordered again recently and although the flavor of the crust was still good, it was way too dry and unevenly baked. The toppings were so scarce and poorly laid out too. The margarita looked bad with all the wilted and dark basil strips

Stumbled onto this gem with my Girlfriend tonight! We were craving some pizza and Napoli's hit the spot. We love olive and mushroom pizza and this place made one of the best we have had (besides the ones we make at home). The staff was lovely, we basically had the place to ourselves as it seems this is mostly a takeout/delivery spot, but don't let that fool you. The dine-in experience was relaxed, the place was clean and comfortable, and it is everything I would hope to find in what is bound to be our new go-to pizza and Italian spot. I can't wait to try the rest of the menu!

When someone says, " great hole in the wall restaurant", it automatically sums up a great mom and pop eatery! Napoli's Pizza Kitchen checked all the boxes of a delicious, fresh and comfortable pizza restaurant! When it comes to pizza, my favorite is a veggies pizza and it has to taste fresh from garden pickings, or why bother? And that's how Napoli's delivered!! ( pun intended) Absolutely Delicious and not only did i have it for my dinner, but it was also my next morning breakfast! Still held its freshness! I plan on returning to try their other items on the menu and very much looking forward to enjoying that and be fed well!! Thank you Napoli's!! 🍕🍻

I could not be happier that Napoli’s is my local pizza spot. The food hits just right every single time. Friday night pizza time with my family is a guaranteed hit. The service in person, over the phone, and online is always top notch. Everyone who has ever helped with my order has been personable and kind. The menu is also pretty extensive and everyone can usually order something they’re craving. I’ve ordered something from every category and it has never disappointed. They have earned a customer for life!

I want to share my amazing experience at this Pizza place we found , staff is super friendly , the best pizza I’ve ever tried , fresh arugula salad with burrata cheese and a great balsamic glaze was my favorite and not to leave the Pasta behind tasty and cheesyyy… so many flavors to enjoy !!! New favorite spot 😋😋😋

We were hungry for pizza and a quick check on yelp told us that this was the closest place so we headed on over. After looking over the menu we decided on an extra large "Meat Lovers Pizza" which includes: Tomato Sauce, Mozzarella, Canadian Bacon, Bacon Meatballs, and Sausage. The pizza arrived on a large elevated platter. After waiting a couple of minutes to allow the pizza to cool a bit and to snap a photo we started in. The pizza was delicious and it truly was Extra Large, we ended up bringing 4 slices home. The service was great and the employees were friendly. The one thing that kept this review from being a 5 was the "dining area" which felt like eating in a supply closet, it was hot in there too! It would be best to do takeaway and avoid dining in.

Just an amended review. Mozzarella sticks are amazing. Skip the chicken Parm hero. Um who cuts up the chicken for that sandwich a d definitely not enough sauce. The pizza has changed a little bit as good as before but still high quality. Best pizza in LA in Sherman Oaks. Can't say in LA anymore.

Great spot I've drive an hour to First, we started with the Greek salad. It was so delicious and fresh then we have the Napoli combo pizza. Excellent the sauce The cheese combination is so delicious. Amazing flavor and the dough is made Fresh and correctly. Crust was nice and crispy on the outside, soft and airy in the middle we also have the chocolate cake for dessert. All in all the food and service is excellent

We had friends over who wanted pizza so instead of usual places decided to try something new for delivery. We ordered Greek salad, a vegetarian pizza, a BBQ chicken pizza and a gluten free pizza. Gladys was the lady who answered the phone and she was very helpful answering questions about things like dairy free cheese or gluten free bread. Everyone enjoyed their pizza and of course many were shared so we could all tasted them. We will reorder again.

Over $50 for two 10" pies, 8 onion rings, and two cans of Coke. Pizza was horribly bland and crust was chewy. Better off with a frozen pizza. Onion rings were delicious. +1 Staff was great. +1 Will not return. Hoping for a great pizza based on the other reviews, but it's just the usual cheap crap. Bad crust (stale/soft/floppy/limp), terrible sausage, little to no sauce (couldn't even tell the difference between the "white" pie and the regular), and undercooked even though we asked for damn near burnt.

I've had my eye on this place for some time now. It has been on the radar! I was greeted by the owner when I came in to order. He and his staff are extremely friendly. I ordered a small Margarita pizza and also ordered the Fettuccine Carbonara. I felt by ordering these two items would give me a better idea of what the rave is all about. It's not the cheapest option however sometimes you pay for what you get. The food turned out to be totally on point. The pizza could stand up to anything you've tried elsewhere. I personally enjoyed both dishes and would highly recommend Napoli's Pizza Kitchen. The Carbonara had amazing flavor. It definitely didn't disappoint me. I would order it again when I'm in the area. The menu is very good with many different options options besides pizza and pasta. You'll definitely find something that will please everyone's tastes. In closing note that they also have beer and wine served in the restaurant. They also deliver beer and wine along with your takeout orders. The dining area seats 20 people and is also kid friendly. The service is great and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The ambiance is clean and organized with a very relaxed vibe. They offer takeout and delivery along with dining inside. Very pleased!!

I'm always been looking for a great Napolitana Pizza Margherita in California or the USA, in general. So far, the Napolitana standard is that of Eataly in Century City. So, I drove to Napoli's Pizza Kitchen in Van Nuys to see if their name really can replicate the standards that I've been looking for. I ordered the Pizza Margherita with a Mexican Coke. The pizza has fresh mozzarella and cut basil on top. Dough to me was average, crust was fine and was sliced thin. It tasted like Margherita with 4 stars, close but not close enough. The dough lacked the softness which is characteristically Napolitana. They also offer other pizza designs and choices, parking was ample at the back of the store and the lady was nice. She gave us two plates for us to use.

The Caprese Salad is amazing. A bed of Arugula with a balsamic vinegarete and little tomatoes with a big helping of soft Caprese cheese. Delicious. The vegetarian pizza is a treat with yummy artichoke hearts. My girls love the buffalo wings, too. The people answering the phones are friendly and helpful.

THIS LOCATION ONLY!!!!!! i waited a while to post this review to warn others i should have done so here it is do not eat here!!!!!!!!!! i was here about 8 -9 days ago ordering a meal inside which seemed like a small business trying to make a living but there a massive health concerns so i can't not leave a review people should be aware of it sox was around while waiting for my food and also visiting a long time friend that's a neighboring business i'm loyal to my friends so i will not name my source in order to protect against discrimination the place here is garbage so is the food extremely amount of disgust i wish i knew this for a fact before eating most importantly well because they have rats!!! the owner of the neighboring establishment is a friend that is currently employed by city of los angeles they had to deal with rats via an exterminator so the rats have gone through the walls they should be shutdown !!!

I've gone several times here for pasta. This time tho my pasta was not good. I thought the mushroom creamy sauce would be creamy. It was not and was seasoned too much with pepper. The chicken tenders were good tho.

The pizza was very good. I was impressed. Got the meat lovers. The only thing I didn't like was the soggy wings. I put in my order in the notes that I wanted them naked and they were still tossed in the sauce. We tried the food right away and the wings were very soggy. But I would order the pizza again.

Very bummed that the pizza here is terrible unfortunately. The crust is as bland and cardboard like as it gets and the toppings were not good quality, especially the cheese and meat toppings.

Love their ajarski! My kids are big fans of ajarski....Not just any ajarski but one that's cooked to perfection! If you're also a fan, this place is a must! We chose to dine in during one of our visits and were pleased with the service. The place is on the smaller side but we didn't have issues with securing a table. We also often order to go and haven't been disappointed with the quality of the food. Sometimes the eggs in ajarski continue to cook when enclosed in a box, but we haven't experienced that issue with this establishment. Their ajarski is always consistent. Side note: I'm craving their ajarski as I'm writing this review! lol We haven't had the opportunity to try the other items on their menu but plan to do so!

Came here around 5:30 pm in between swimming at my friend's place nearby. There was free street parking right in front of the restaurant and we could see people parking in the spot we didn't take as they grabbed to-go orders from inside. We decided to eat in since we hadn't ordered beforehand. My boyfriend and I decided to get the jalapeño poppers, the fettuccine carbonara, and the small size of the Brussels pizza. Total came out to less than $60 without tip. My friends decided to share an order of fries, the mozzarella sticks, a Margherita pizza, and a pistachio cake from the Cheesecake Factory. The employee attending to us was very friendly. She gave us cups for water, utensils, and extra plates. She brought out the appetizers within minutes. The jalapeño poppers were crispy on the outside and gooey with cream cheese on the inside. They were served with a side of ranch that was slightly runny and had a good amount of herbs. The mozzarella sticks looked equally good. Next came our pasta. It was soooo delicious, probably my favorite thing that we ordered. It was a big enough helping that my boyfriend and I shared. It came with two crispy pieces of garlic bread that I used to dip in the sauce (which wasn't skimped on). It was exceptionally creamy without feeling too oily. The bacon and peas went so well together and added a nice texture to the pasta. Super flavorful! We didn't realize how similar the pasta and pizza would be. I had chosen the pizza and my boyfriend the pasta. The pizza was almost just as good. Still very creamy white sauce but the cheese was just a slight bit more overpowering because of the big globs of it. Not complaining at all though because it was still delicious. The bacon and Brussel sprout pieces added great flavor and texture. We ended up taking 3 pieces home which I ate the next day for lunch. Such a yummy spot! Would definitely come here again after a day of swimming and starving. We went back to swimming after and even though I was pretty full, I was able to swim without getting cramps. The price is on the slightly higher side but definitely worth the fresh ingredients!

So helpful and wonderful! Ask Owner Aaron about the gluten free offerings, he is so helpful and (sounds) cute! The choices on the menu are plentiful. We are staying in with a bottle of wine...also purchased from Napoli! Do yourself a favor and order, you will be charmed and deliciously fed for a very reasonable price.

Fresh and creative flavors! The jalapeño poppers are soooo good!! My husband and I have ordered take out twice now and the food has always been a 10/10. I do wish the pizzas automatically came in a size medium but I understand, you have to pay up for high quality ingredients!

I've been here a couple of times now since my first visit and I can give a solid 5 stars. My order is always correct, the ingredients are fresh, hot and flavorful. I've branched out to trying their pastas as well and I'm very happy to continue ordering from this restaurant or dining in when I have the time. It's a great little place. OMG the pizza is AMAZING here!!! I had the basturma pizza and honestly it was one of the best pizza I've ever eaten. The dough had a perfect crisp to it. The service was great as well!

First time ordering here based on Yelp reviews. We were hungry so we dug into the most amazing pizza before we could even take a picture! So Sorry! The pizza was amazing! Tasty sauce, got it with the works minus olives. Delivered quickly and on time. YUM.

Literally the best egg pie (ajarakan xachapuri) that I've ever had and I've tried many. Napolis is great comfort food. We love their pizzas, appetizers, and salads. Haven't tried their sandwiches yet so I can't comment on that. The bread they use is heaven sent and they follow directions on food delivery apps which is always a plus.

Being allergic to yeast and someone who does not eat lactose, it makes it a bit of a challenge to find a place that has good pizza. A lot of people tend to make fun of gluten-free pizza saying that it taste like cardboard, but this particular pizza at Napoli's is so delicious and mouthwatering, and I am really impressed by the price point. It is not overpriced. Unfortunately, they don't deliver to me because I am a couple of minutes too far away so it looks like I will only be able to eat them when I can drive there and get it.

Eggplant Parm sandwich was fine but for the price is pretty insane. Definitely dont order for delivery if you want your food hot or on time. Would not recommend

First off, the price for the food doesn't match the quality. The bread is STALE and this server named Layla told me the desserts aren't from cheesecake factory so it's a scam altogether. Don't waste your money.

Next order was a takeaway on a really rainy day. Called ahead to make sure my wait would be short. Parking was scarce so i ended up taking a small space at a diagonal. Luckily my pickup time was short and i was already getting back in traffic when the Porsche in front of me thought he needed to move. Ordered the Napoli Combo medium with white instead of red sauce to up the garlic factor and it worked! Again my pizza didn't get soggy after i got it home with my ginger ale. Only downer was i was so quick I didn't get red pepper flakes.

We always order from Napolis when at my brothers house. The pizza is so good. Our favorites are the portobello mushroom pizza, the Basturma pizza and the Margherita pizza. I also love getting the Greek salad, the dressing is so delicious. Next time I'll try the pasta dishes to see if we like it. We always get the pizzas but not the pastas.. The customer service can be worked on, specially while taking the order. A bit friendlier will be nice. After all customers are the ones keeping the business open.

Ordered delivery on a Tuesday with very limited expectations and it was delicious enough that I ate the crust (ex-New Yorkers, ya know what I'm saying!). Definitely look forward to trying Napoli's again!

Was Yelp scrolling for pizza and score!!! This place was so hella delicious! Ordered the lamb sausage pizza and the chicken pesto. The lamb pizza was bomb!!!!! My boy and I First time finishing a medium size pizza at once! Not even sitting down, just stood by the pizza box on the counter devouring it. The blend of flavors truly will make this place a repeat visit. The pesto chicken was great. Also ordered the Greek salad and even blend of greens with toppings. New found place, thanks Yelp for the suggestion.

Napoli's has become our go-to for pizza and fast Italian. Tonight we ordered via Door Dash and once again were very pleased with their consistently delicious food and excellent service. We got two large pizzas- one cheese, the other 1/2 & arugula 1/2 pepperoni; sides of mozzarella sticks and fries -- these were the lowest quality dishes, and I got a chx parm which was avg tbh. Fast delivery and ding ding player bonus points for remembering the condiments and napkins.

So happy I found this place! Me and my boyfriend were craving a post movie little snack and I had strongggg craving for pizza. We had went to two different pizza places but they both looked very very mid. I stumbled across Napolis on yelp and decided to give it a try. It's a pretty small location but in the best cozy way. They were playing old school Christmas music and made me feel right at home. You have to order at the front and the lady working was so nice and patient. We got the cheese lovers and BBQ pizza on a half and half medium size, & both were AMAZING!! The cheese pizza literally melted and exploded in our mouths in the best possible way. The BBQ pizza was really good as well, my only complaint is that it had too much onions and greens on it but it was still very yummy!! Deff will be stopping by again if I'm in the area !!!

I decided to try the pizza again since it has been years. Topping and flavors are good but the crust is hard no elasticity or air just dense not sure what they are doing but perhaps the are freezing the dough or it's not fresh. I really wanted to like this place since they have some interesting pies but it all starts with the dough.

Napoli Pizza Kitchen We had chicken bbq pizza. I opted out on the cilantro (not for me!). It was really tasty. Although I would have loved a little more bbq sauce. I will just ask that next time. We also got a pesto chicken sandwich with a side salad. It was pretty good. The salad dressing is really good tho! Their price is on the high end so we only order once in a long while. Definitely recommend.
