Napolitano Hotel

Great place for a very good price. Very nice Hotel overall. Facilities are well kept. I'd like to point out the very professional attention offered Jose Antonio at the front desk.

Positive: Location, Good to take long walks by the malecon and Colonial Zone. Negative: Air conditioning wasn't working properly. I told one employee and he insisted was ok or make a complain next day. Room 724

Upon arrival we were told that there’s no internet for the check-in. We weren’t told to take a seat as the time was passing by, we did and when the internet was back we weren’t called to come to check-in but we went and asked. The man at the front desk was an old man so we understood. Since the check-in went this way we did not expect much from our stay. But when we got to the room it exceeded our expectations except that it was a room for handicap people but we weren’t notified of that and also that the fridge was not working. But overall, it was very accommodating. The stay was great. We enjoyed the carnival that day. The drinks were tasty, the foods as well. The staff are nice and caring people. Our waiter did a very great job, no complaints. I love the hotel’s location. I enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was very rich in variety. I will go back and I will definitely recommend it to other people.

This is a 3B option if your looking for good food, a pool, good music and a good atmosphere to hang out with your family, friends, or even if you want to go alone, they have a GOOD brunch offer on Sunday and its worthy. ( cant say anything about the rooms because i haven't been there for sleep, brunch offer only includes food, 2 drinks, gym and pool usage until you leave )

Location, location, and location can not be better. They have done some renovations, rooms have ceramic floors ( no more carpet) , brunch is included, fresh and tasty, staple Dominican breakfast !! Our place to stay at when in SD ( capital) for a short visit. See you again !!

AC never worked, 1:00am and we have to move to the crowned plaza because the room smell musty and the AC never worked. My mother's suffers from asthma and it was no good. The employees are super nice!

I think this Hotel it's the oldest in the city and still alive keeping good food and its casino and discotec and a very good location.

This is a beautiful place to go specially the room are clean and quiet the service ,and they make you feel like you home i go over there a lot so take your chance 😀 😊 😄
