Nappa dori is a leather goods company sort of a "boutique" selling pure leather accessories such as hand bags, suitcases, wallets and other special collections of bags. Its a beautiful place to aesthetically admire the decor and ambience of the place just to relax, choose at item and sip a coffee at their mini cafe. Keep it up team!

went in for the coffee, the leather goods really surprised me. the lighting is dim but bright enough to inspect, every piece is unique and looks well made and cool. now lets talk about the coffee which was a solid 7.5/10 coming back again for sure

I have bought several of their products, they are beautiful, of great quality and long lasting! 10/10 recommended for gifts for loved ones, a bit in the expensive side but everything can be customized and it's quite unique.

This level of personal attention made the experience even more memorable. While Nappa Dori also has a store in London, the Mumbai location, especially in Colaba, has a charm of its own. It’s definitely worth a visit for anyone looking for unique, high-quality accessories. Highly recommended!

Great store that serves a very nice Ice americano and ice latte. The barrista was super friendly. A nice little break from visiting in this wonderful area.

Absolutely rude and unexpected customer service. We went in with a bag and politely asked if they sell a leather maintenance kit. The service person spoke in a derogatory and condescending way. We were told to just apply some 'vaseline' and leave. Honestly - expected better knowledge at a specialty leather store! Did not have to go to Nappa Dori to hear information that was easily available on Google. They should not be treating their potential customers in a demeaning way - will never be going here and will recommend friends not to visit.
