Nappa Dori

Wonderful collection with cordial staff. I visited the store to take two fold wallet, and got it as per the expectation. There were notebook, pencil and other stationary as well along with the leather purses/wallets/coin wallets, sling bags, footwear, belt, iPhone covers...all in leather. I loved their wooden tray collection as well with leather handle. Initially I was skeptical to reach here as someone rated it as overpriced, but I would deny this as the quality of the products is worth it. Update : Today I purchased laptop flap cover... Its awesome, will take a leather laptop bag as well..

My first purchase experience with the brand has sadly been a bad one . I ordered a rakhi ( as per the attached images) which has so many quality issues plus a missing snap button . It does not look like a luxury / premium product. The customer care has been the only good bit of my shopping experience , and hence the 2 stars is for them.

Looks attractive in pictures but when I visited the store it housed some over-priced travel bags which honestly don’t have the durable and usable quality to it. Also the store staff so indifferent, when I asked about durability of the product- he said it isn’t durable, the product may develop wear and tear, the trunks can get scratched and are heavy and only for show and there is no brand assurance. This rather shocked me as their bags and travel accessories don’t come in cheap. The beige canvas bags are also overpriced. I didn’t like it’s face value.

I rarely leave reviews, but this one is well-earned – Nappa Dori is simply superb! I have owned two of their bags, the workmanship is amazing and so is the service! You can't go wrong with them.
