Narendra Bhawan Bikaner (A Unit of MRS Hospitality)

This hotel is fantastically designed to make the absolute most of all its parts - the floors and all the public areas are packed with the old Maharajah’s kit and caboodle - great colours and fabrics. It’s a real treasure trove. Its courtyard out front is a special space with a lovely internal courtyard and a fine rooftop pool. The lightning design is superb so that it’s a space that’s even more atmosoheric at night. The room continues the theme of careful design. A few things let the hotel down - the room is not at all well soundproofed from the sides I think. There’s a bright night light that can’t be extinguished. The bed was really far too soft (they told me on check out that we should have raised this issue - we shall see if they are as responsive at their next property). |We had beers served quickly and well then ordered a negroni and margarita - they toon ages to come and the negroni was dreadful - no kick no taste - it looked watered down. |Supper was delcious with a spicy lentil and also a mutton with chilli - service throughout was charming and can do. Their wines are at silky-o-clock prices after taxes so we had delicious vodka lime sodas. It was a lovely evening. |Breakfast was a mixed bag. We had to sniffle out the fruit which was good with the papaya not quite ripe enough. Lovely Marsala chai and the most delicious fluffy Marsala omelettes - best we have had in India. |The charming chef and servers didn’t understand my English accent which is not their fault but I went to reception to get some help and from a fellow guest understood what was at the Chaat counter and ordered some from the chef who mixed one of the most delicious combinations of puffed millet and other pulses with spices and juice to make an absolute taste sensation which made it one of the best breakfasts in India given the delicious omelette. |The gym is modern and full with VERY loud pulsating music but they can turn it down!|A beautifully designed hotel with lovely staff aiming to please let down by the odd issue but absolutely highly recommended.

Narendra Bhawan in Bikaner will always hold a special place in my heart — it’s where my husband proposed to me, and the entire staff was in on the surprise! My husband had booked a private venue near a lake, and the hotel went above and beyond to make the evening unforgettable.|They arranged a bartender, a flutist, a chef, and even a personal driver. The entire venue was beautifully decorated with candlelight, creating the most romantic and magical atmosphere I’ve ever experienced. Every little detail was so thoughtfully planned, and the staff’s warmth and excitement made it feel even more special.||It truly was the most magical evening of my life, and I can’t thank the team at Narendra Bhawan enough for making it perfect in every way.||A place that creates memories you’ll cherish forever — 10/10.

A gorgeous hotel located in Bikaner! The hotel is immaculately kept, with lovely outdoor space in the courtyard and in front of the hotel and indoor lounge space throughout. The staff are very friendly and personable; not only are they attentive, but they are wonderful company! The rooms are spacious and uniquely decorated, and the shower was amazing. We had a lovely time lounging on the rooftop and even had a dip in the pool, and enjoyed a wonderful massage and body scrub in the spa. The Marwari thaali was delicious - definitely worth a try, and the morning breakfast was amazing, with a made-to-order chaat bar. In the evenings, you can sit outdoors under the stars for a drink or to play games, and there’s also a snooker table inside. The only downside is they hotel is situated in a residential space outside a school, so when they have sports day you can hear it in the hotel - otherwise, everything else is perfection!

Each meal felt like a curated journey, especially the breakfast at “Pearls & Chiffon” and desserts from the “Mad Hatter Bake House.” Every dish was thoughtfully presented and delicious. The rooftop infinity pool, relaxing spa, and the peaceful courtyards add to the overall magic. Whether you’re lounging or exploring, there’s always something that surprises you with beauty or comfort. Truly a gem in Bikaner. Highly recommended for those who want a unique stay wrapped in elegance, history, and heartfelt hospitality.

Our stay at the hotel was overall comfortable and the service was good. However, we were disappointed that the rooms were not ready even though we checked in during the evening. That said, the food experience made up for it — it was truly excellent. The chef was very courteous and went out of his way to prepare meals tailored to our taste and requirements.

But what really stood out was the exceptional hospitality. The staff went out of their way to make our stay special. A special mention to Manoj Rana, one of the security guards, who surprised us with his photography skills! He not only clicked some amazing pictures for us but was also extremely polite and helpful throughout. It’s rare to come across someone with such a kind attitude and hidden talent.
