I can sum up our stay in 2 words : Blissful & exquisite. |Not only if the property beautiful all the staff members are well trained, polite and immensely helpful. Every book & corner of the property is beautiful and has story to tell. ||We had gone for a bachelorette trip & they truly helped make it special — from an early check in to our request for a ‘special’ cake they were very accommodating for all our request to their best possible capabilities and it truly showed. Our experience was worth every penny! ||The breakfast spread wasn’t as glorious, but we had dinner included in our package and got the option of ordering anything we want from ‘Pearls & Chiffon’. Happy to report that dinner was delicious special mention to the Goat Pulao, The BLT sandwich, Mass ki tikki & the kulfis. The coffee was really good too. |To the staff members who got us mangoes at breakfast that were HEAVENLY— Thank you so much!||We also went to the Spa & like everything else the experience was really satisfactory! All our therapists were best suited to our needs|||Thank you to the Narendra Bhawan team, You have an incredible property and really good staff members! ||Special mention for the super fluffy Laila & Gabbar!

Well, I do not write reviews but I couldn’t refrain myself from writing this one.||Since the intent of service was genuine, the humbleness of the associates was felt from the moment we arrived at the hotel. Each and every team member consistently wore a smile.||We enjoyed the company of Mahesh and Team. They were very polite, diligent and highly dexterous. They consistently pushed beyond the boundaries and provided superb experience At Gaushala & Chiffon restaurent. It was the best breakfast experience. The hostess was well very poised and great.||The guest services team and front office team were superb.||Unfortunately, am unable to recall the names of many team members for the which I ardently apologise but needless to say, each and every one made our stay the most memorable one.||I am grateful to each and every one.

Great property |Rooms are spacious clean and well maintained with all necessary amneties.The food served here is delicious, special thanks to Mr. Kalyan chef for taking care of my food as I visited the place when I just recovered from jaundice.I also thank other staff members Amit, Hukum, Prashant and new member who recently joined for a very pleasant experience in restaurant. The staff is very courteous.

Lovely building both inside and out. Room’s nice and spacious and well equipped. The public areas of the hotel were beautifully decorated. Dinner outside was lovely, such a beautiful setting, though the service at times was a little slow. There was plenty of choice at breakfast

I will give 4 star out of five. The rooms are very good. But the house keeping service was not so good. They won’t check next day what is missing or what the guest is used, we need to call them to get the things. Food quality was excellent. Roof top pool is just excellent. The staff was also very supportive.

Amazing stay ! The staff is lovely and the property out of this world ! There is absolutely nothing negative about it.. All possible positives.. From checkin to wonderful rooms breakfast lunch and dinner.Royal Experience , no other words. From the entry time only u get the feeling from the staff that u r royal too like them. Each and every staff is very cooperative and like ur own family member.

We had a wonderful experience at the property. The staff is very courteous. Full marks for the hospitality. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. My daughter was not well when I was visiting this property in Jan 2024, they arranged medicines and special meals for her. And they have 3 lovely pets. I would especially like to mention their welcome drink, excellent presentation. Cannot wait to visit again.
