Dinner at Narixta was a stand out experience during our trip in Spain. After having more traditional tapas and other foods, we were excited to try a more modern twist on these classics. The food was amazing with layer flavors. The standouts were the salmorejo (Kind of like gazpacho) which had more depth than the traditional, acidic dish. A substitute for the tuna sashimi, tuna tartar, was excellent. It was incredibly savory and robust. Definitely worth the visit.
