Narita Edokko Sushi Sandōhonten

Sushi was top grade with huge portions of fish to rice ratio, as it should be for this type of restaurant. The restaurant was full so it took a while to get my order. A bit pricey compared to belt sushi restaurants but the quality is top rate. Spent 70$, for our dinner with 2 large beers well worth the price

Second visit here. It was everything I remembered from before. The service was great with a smile. They helped me when my Japanese was not enough. All that said, I came back for the sushi! This is some of the best sushi to be had. The portions are great, and the quality is superb. If you come through Narita, it would be a shame not to stop here.

The best sushi I ever had! The fish is so fresh it melts in your mouth! The staff is so friendly and helpful! And the prices are not crazy for the big portion that you get. We ate three times at this place and will always come when we are in the area. Thank you for the tasty meal!

Sushi is so good here! My wife is Japanese so this isn’t just a foreigner review. The quality and quantity is superb. Highly recommend. Used to accommodating English speakers too.

This restaurant is a favourite amongst cabin crews laying over in Narita. We had good experiences dining here before but unfortunately we found the standard to have dropped quite a lot when we last dined here. The portion size remained generous and freshness of the seafood was still there but I found the fish to be sliced sloppily with a lot of jagged edges which made them look unpalatable. Even though the prawn on the set meal was huge, I found it too big to be properly enjoyed. Sadly, we left here feeling quite disappointed.

Sushi and fish were fresh and yummy. Service staff were friendly, our chef service was horrible. Did not take our 2nd order for 30 minutes while we were seated at the counter and served other customers. When he finally took our order, he prepared our order and placed it on the counter top in front of us without a plate. Nothing better than good ol’ bacteria to combat winter! Recommend for the food quality but your gamble on the experience by the chef :)

Really fresh and tasty sushi and seafood, that's reasonably priced. Come early to avoid the queues. English menus available.

Visited again after so many years and still as good as I remember. Huge fish to rice ratio as a tourist would put it. Makes all other sushi restaurants second place,
