For this money, they should provide at least an oven and toaster. But the only thing we got as a water kettle. Insulations of the room were too bad. Using the room heater was not comfortable. It makes the room too dry. So i switched it off. As the insulation was bad, the room became cold too quickly . By the way, a box of tissues was not even there.

Disgusting and belittling behaviour of the owner. When i greeted him with a 'Merry Christmas", he returned with rude behaviours and actions which stunned us all. The room is small and old even for its price - if we could have booked other place earlier, we wont stay here no matter how cheap it is.

Stayed here as it was the only property available for a short stay in Narooma. I wouldn't personally go back, but that's because it was a little more rustic than I was expecting (it's called a motel but not the standard of other motels I've stayed at in Australia; this is clearly more of a YHA that attempted to convert some rooms to attract non-YHA guests). So if you stay expecting more of a hostel experience, you won't be disappointed. ||The rooms were small and old, but at least had a fairly modern aircon unit. The bathrooms are *exceptionally* tiny; the small sidewalk-sized patio area outside of the unit is bigger by comparison. The bed linens were thankfully clean, but the curtains and carpets were quite musty and stained. There is minimal tabletop space to store your luggage/other items, so I would suggest bringing something easily accessible like a storage tub to set on top of a table and take thins in and out of. ||The doors don't seal particularly well and the bathroom windows don't close, so be aware it can get quite cold in the night and that critters may come in. And you'll hear a lot of outside noise accordingly.||All in all, it's a place to sleep, but not much more than that.

For what you pay ( cheap as chips) it's more than acceptable. Basic room that was clean and comfortable. Great hot water and a communal kitchen. Excellent A/C.

Very small, but a decent spot to stay for the night. For the fact that it's right on the Princes Highway, it was pretty quiet and there was no noise of vehicles going past at night.

Booked the room yesterday morning, drove 5 hours and made a second call to confirm when I was close. Despite the two calls I turned up to a cancelled booking. If that wasn't bad enough the owner seemed to take joy in it too. It ruined my night as it was very hard to find alternative accommodation at such a late hour in the day, don't take his word for it if you don't book in person

Checked in into this motel as the coastal comfort motel was fully booked. Location is strategic, its along the highway and 600m away from a large woolsworth outlet. Rooms were simple, clean, the shower was strong and had hot water on demand. Most importantly there's a built in heater on the room wall, perfect for chilly nights. Shared kitchen is a clean, tidy and had all the equipment /utensils needed. Of course, bring your own oil and groceries. Service was outstanding, the motel owners (I presume) are an old couple and were absolutely fabulous.

Wonderfully warm welcome, owners could not have been more helpful & friendly. Great initiative with the communal kitchen setup. Our room was excellent & great value. Highly recommend. Special thanks to Kerrie.
