Campground was really big, with a lot of amenities. Considerably very quiet for how packed it was new years eve week. One of the greatest things was having a shuttle for a fee to take you downtown. Although I personally did not use the service it’s a great option to have and not have to drive or pay for $40 parking on the strip. Nice big slide for kids, play room. I expected our patio site to be larger comparing it to other patio sites at other KOA campgrounds. The only negative comment would be that the actual campsite itself could’ve been pressure washed, the stone was super dirty. There was a handful of places to eat near by. The convenient store had just about anything you could need.Conveniently located near highway. They also had live music/ open mic but we were able to enjoy that either as we did other things throughout the evening. Hopefully next time we’ll be able to enjoy that as well. Overall pleasant experience.

We stayed in January and it was very cold, but the staff made sure to keep the water from freezing and contacted us with updates via texts. They have outstanding facilities and even had live music on some nights, despite the low number of campers staying there. The camp store was well stocked and they even have a small restaurant serving breakfast and modest lunch and dinner fare. They are close to the Gaylord Opryland Hotel and downtown Nashville and provide a shuttle service for a reasonable price to lower Broadway. It's a really nice place.

As a frequent camper, I’ve encountered my fair share of restrooms in outdoor settings, and I can honestly say that this facility exceeded my expectations. Typically, campground restrooms can be less than desirable, but this one was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and felt safe and comfortable to use. It truly contributed to an overall positive camping experience. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the care put into keeping the space welcoming for all guests

I’ve stayed at this koa before and it’s average facilities nothing great but the location is prime if you need to be in Nashville. i was just treated extremely terrible and unprofessional on the phone by a female employee i think she said her name was Denise. I had to cancel a reservation for last weekend. I cancelled it the previous week from the road when we ended up in a Florida urgent care with severe flu. I cancelled a full 7 days before our reservation. I was told i could transfer the deposit to another date. I attempted to do that today and they decided it was a better idea to be extremely rude and repeat over and over their policy is clear they make no exceptions for illness. They will not refund my deposit or figure out another way to provide good will. I had intended on coming back and staying and spending a few hundred dollars at the camp, but obviously no southern hospitality at the Nashville KOA. Camping people are always kind and helpful. I found one that wasn’t. This one also not too smart about business and customer relationships. In 40 years of camping I’ve never had someone at a campground treat me nasty.

Google
The check in was effortless. The cabin (double bedroom) was neat and clean. Everything was in place. Several activities including swimming, pickleball, and corn hole. The best activity was lying in the hammocks in the shade with the wind blowing. The only negative was the food from the indoor "hamburger hut". The service was super slow and the worker acted like we were an inconvenience. The food was not worth the price. Would we stay again? Yes, just skip the food inside.

Google
We stayed here on our way to Disney and again on our way back home, so we didn’t have the opportunity to fully enjoy the amenities. However, what stood out to us was the exceptional staff. They truly go above and beyond to meet any needs you might have. During a major emergency, their support and assistance were invaluable. We are incredibly grateful—thank you all so much!

Google
This KOA is amazing. Loads of activities for the whole family. They were setting up for Halloween and it was fabulous!! The kids will love it! The park is extremely clean and spacious. My only complaint with this park was the dog run. There was not one blade of grass in it!!! I have south Florida dogs and they don’t quite understand what you do with that dirt!! As much $ as it costs to stay here, they could afford to plant and water a little grass!!!

Google
First time I ever got lost in a camp ground. Lacks lighted signage. Obviously an older campground but nicely kept. Friendly helpful staff. Plenty of activity for everyone. Everything a little bit too close for our liking but still a very nice place. Great text communications about events at the campground.

Salila Thuy T.

Yelp
The staff especially Elizabeth, have been very helpful and super pleasant! The campground is clean, organized, and safe. My stay so far has been splendid The Halloween decorations were fabulous! And I look forward to seeing that Christmas will be like

Charlene L.

Yelp
We have stayed here in the Spring and love it! Now we are here for December, glad we were able to stay a week. The stuff is very nice. The only reason I gave them 3 star only because the bathroom/shower house do in have heat!! They put small space heaters. You can not take showers because was to cold!!!!

Michele P.

Yelp
No cable, a dead tree landed on my camper, crushed my a/c and put several holes in my roof sent all that to the e mail with pictures and no one checked back with me too see if we were ok,my insurance covered it,.. made a new site reservation and they gave it away.

Becky J.

Yelp
I really wanted to give this KOA more than 3 Stars. Have traveled thru this KOA twice now and many other KOA's we were disappointed this time. This is a very busy KOA. I called the office to find out when the Showers & bathrooms were cleaned. The lady said, if and when they need cleaning the team will clean them. I went to the Showers and was shocked at condition. Slimy floors, broken faucet w/single hand spigots that just twirl which led to zero hot water. It took trying 2 other bathrooms to get the water to work. I reviewed directly thru the koa mgmt about the baths and heard nothing back. I hate giving bad reviews, but this KOA Nashville needs to read all reviews online about the bathrooms. The good: The Park's location is quite a distance to the downtown area but they have a shuttle service that provides rides. Love that about the transportation offerings. They provide music and events. The office and grounds are clean.

Greg J.

Yelp
First time staying at a KOA campground at 59 years old. Rented cabin 503. I have stayed at exclusive/expensive resorts and I would stay here again and again and 3 more times. The cabin was charming and clean. The staff were so very nice. The neighbors were unbelievably friendly. From staff to neighbors, I actually felt at home! If you have a conference at the Gaylord, don't stay there, book a cabin here. I have stayed at the Gaylord and this is better and cheaper.

Emma N.

Yelp
My family and I went here for 4 days. 3 people in a deluxe cabin. They cabin was perfect! A lot of room. Only thing is the kitchen was a bit small. But huge refrigerator and a decent size fridge. When we arrived there were 2 dog poop bags laying under the stairs in front of the door. A little gross... The beds were okay. They were making some noises when turning around and during the night u can hear the highway a lot! Woke up several times each night. When sitting outside the cabin eating breakfast and dinner you could hear the noise as well. There was no shade whatsoever. Very hot to sit outside and not being able to sit in the shadow! The pool was good! 30 Celsius degrees and the spa was 38 Celsius. During our 4 day visit the spa didn't work. People also ate and drank while being in the pool so at the end of the day the water was not looking very nice. The bottom of both the pool and spa was dirty all 4 days of our trip. They have a little shop with ice cream that were good and okay in price. 3 ice cream 13$. Very nice on a hot day! On their site they say they have a gym with "treadmills". One of their treadmills is "out of order" and the other one is glitching when turning on. I tried to run and almost feel off because it was working so bad. The smallest gym I have ever seen. And I would never call it a gym ! They should really update their sites when they have machines and stuff that doesn't work. And also washing machines that's out of order. You literally don't know until u get here and see it yourself. A little bit of a scam if u ask me. The internet was working badly ! Kept logging on and off, all the time ! We were really happy to stay here! Overall a very nice place but a lot of noice ! But there is things they could really improve on! First thing, update your sites and fix the broken amenities!

Bonnie M.

Yelp
This KOA has just about every amenity you could want; the pool is warm and inviting, multiple things to keep children entertained, lots of shade, the employees are constantly working on the property be it clearing tree limbs or simply caring for the landscape. Our second time here and it's just a lovely place to stay while exploring Nashville.

Billie S.

Yelp
So I'm back from vacation and had to do laundry again. No surprise, 2 washers and 2 dryers are still down. Well that is what I thought, but when I went to put my sheets in a dryer they were soaking wet!!! The washer that was suppose to be working doesn't spin. What is wrong with the owner/management here? Are they that stupid!!! REPLACE THE MACHINES AND why does one exact style machine give you 36 mins and another give you 43 mins. It's called a ripoff, it's how they steal your money. And one more thing, they had the laundry room shut off from the store because it got too hot in there, well that was fixed but now the door going outside won't shut SMH. The people that work here under maintenance should be able to fix that.

Madeline K.

Yelp
Awful customer service, incompetent employees and lacking in any ability to deliver decent services. Would not under any circumstances recommend them for anything. Save yourself and bring your business and time elsewhere. If zero stars was an option, they'd be receiving that...horrible!

Taylor B.

Yelp
The most unfriendly staff I have ever experienced in the Nashville / Franklin / Columbia area. Completely unwilling to admit when they have made a mistake and lack integrity. Normal people apologize when they have wronged you, that is certainly not the case here. Save yourself the headache and do business elsewhere.

Jewel G.

Yelp
Wow, what a beautiful campground!! It was everything any camper hopes to find. The sites, the amenities, the staff, the level of pride shown in the maintenance, the cafe, and live music were also great too. We will miss Nashville KOA and are hopeful to someday return

Dan R.

Yelp
Overpriced. Showers and bathrooms were filthy. Packed in on top of each other. The location is the only redeeming point for this KOA.

Liam H.

Yelp
I would not recommend cabin n14 it is ant infested and there's a spot in the door but the rest of the koa was great

Phil S.

Yelp
I could not believe that they charged us a fee for a late checkout when we were having truck trouble, and were able to get it fixed and we were on the road by 12:30pm. Really? Have they no compassion? It's not like we wanted to spend another lunch in downtown or anything. Plus, the shower only had luke-warm water, not hot, strange for the most expensive KOA that I have ever stayed at.

Chuck L.

Yelp
Very nice place. They had live music by the pool on Monday night. This is a clean and friendly place with a small dog walk and well kept sites. We took a small backin site that wasn't completely flat and so it was a tiny challenge but it was wide with some tree cover and nice grass. I liked the close proximity to the city and even though we were near the highway, our side of the park was quiet.

Bryan R.

Yelp
This park is better than most but we expected more with it being Halloween weekend. They didnt have activities planned for Sunday or Monday which was Halloween. The hot tub and heated pool was enjoyed by the whole family. We also liked the band they had playing Saturday night. Bathrooms were clean but I didn't get any hot water. Laundry room had plenty of spots and the staff was nice.

Celesta L.

Yelp
Over priced dirty campground! The prices are equivalent with KOA's in Santa Cruz, California with ocean views. This is a nice campground but dirty and poorly maintained. The pool water was dirty. The bathroom and showers were ok. However, for the price it should be pristine! Glad we only stayed one night.

Gloria M.

Yelp
WARNING! Most of the negative reviews have stated that there is a huge problem with staff and management. Our experience with TJ, the on-site manager , motivated me to WARN fellow travelers because I have no assurance that a HUGE PROBLEM will be fixed under his watch. We arrived after driving @ 600 miles a few minutes before they closed the registration desk. The woman who checked us in gave us all the information we needed, including the code to our deluxe cabin, and thoroughly explained how we can contact after hours support if needed. We arrived at the cabin and proceeded to enter the seven digit code she provided. It would not open the door. I am immediately called the after hours number and left a voice message. I also texted another support number and called the main office. NO RESPONSE... since the office had just closed, I went back, but it was already abandon.. the entire staff had left the site. I continued to call the after hours emergency number leaving multiple messages. NO RESPONSE!! So it's cold, and dark, we are starving, and we have no other lodgings beside our car, or the extremely overpriced Nashville hotels. We continue to try the code, and even used different combinations of the numbers assuming she may have mixed them up when handwriting it on our brochure. Thankfully, our cabin neighbor showed up and told us their lock has only six numbers... so we tried six number combinations of our code.... Guess what.. we did not get a call back from anyone until the next morning around nine when a young lady listened to the recording. TJ showed up at our cabin about 20 minutes later. From the moment he arrived, he showed no empathy or level of concern for what we had experienced, and was almost nonchalant about the lack of after hours support. We explained that we understand human error in writing down an incorrect code, but it's gravely concerning that someone would have an emergency (imagine if we had a car load of kids or an elderly person with us!!) and there is absolutely no one to assist in any way. TJ simply said if it were him, he just would've gotten a hotel which proved to us he has no understanding of his real responsibilities in managing this KOA. Above all else, his responsibility is to ensure the safety and security of his guests. Of course, we asked him to prioritize fixing his emergency contact system, and also to provide us with a reasonable refund. He said he would get back to us... We were stunned by his lack of follow up.. he never called us, and in fact avoided several of our attempts to reach him. He may mature overtime, but my guess is he just does not have his priorities straight, and based on other reviews, is not leading his team in guest satisfaction or safety. RECOMMENDATION check out the Two Rivers RV park next door... maybe that would be a better choice for your trip.

Gloria L.

Yelp
Ugh, I hate to write bad reviews...but this was, to us, such a bad experience, from what I call deceptive pricing, to location within camp, no signage/direction locators, crowding, safety issues, and more. 1) Our "delux" cabin was located/surrounded in a row filled with BIG RVs. 2) There was no signage/location indicators at the dark row corners or roads within park. It is even hard to identify what are actually road at night so finding it at night amongst the HUGH RVs was horrific! 3) There was no sidewalks or places to walk except on the one lane roads...this is unsafe for kids, especially if you have to go out at night. 4) The "Deluxe" cabin is small, but tha bathtub is REALLY small, see my picture. More of a small kids tub. 5) Air conditioner is across from foot of bed. The grid on the front of ours was broken, so the air came straight at us on bed, made the bed sheets feel moist and uncomfortable to sleep on. 6) Sun shines in from window above tub into room blinding you, we had to stuff a towel over it. 7) Crowding. Spaces are small, so there are BIG RVs boxing you in everywhere. 8) Floor tiles are warped on edges, you can tell animals have went to the bathroom on them. 9) Floor was dirty (room itself was clean and looked good and so was the bed sheets) 10) Pricing, to me, was deceptive, see my receipt. In making the reservation online, I put 2 adults and 2 pets. It came up $182.69 as a total and I paid that. There is a note that other charges for "additional" adults, pets, etc may apply. It says "additional" not that they don't charge you for your pets until you get there...so had to pay an additional $58 on arrival. That brought the price up to almost $250 for one night!

Yelp
I love Nashville koa it is the best place I've been to in a while and I mean a while.

Lucy R.

Yelp
EXCEPTIONAL check in service upon arrival, one of the best experienced at a KOA. However, my site was flooded, and the 50-amp breaker was blown. Kudos to the maintenance team for getting to it ASAP. Yes, we all know it rains, but run off should be a part of your pad installation as it is clear some sites were very flooded (mine) and others bone dry, so we know it can be done. You could also get a squeegee out and clean up the site since the rain stopped 3 hours before I arrived. My fire pit was also broken. The cafe and lobby area were nicely appointed and decorated for the holidays. The road noise you will read about is real. Many of the nicer sites (patios, paw pens etc. are right up against the freeway, that is frequented by the underdeveloped and emotionally challenged truck drivers that still think using the jake brake is funny.

Jessica S.

Yelp
Stayed here over the weekend and my kids had a BLAST. The staff were the friendliest and most helpful we've ever encountered on a camping journey and the amenities were great. My kids loved all the outdoor games, the playground, and getting to swim in a big heated pool in the middle of the winter. Would recommend to anyone looking for a campground to keep kids active!

Mikell M.

Yelp
I read through reviews prior to calling to set up reservation, giving them the benefit of the doubt, pertaining to bad reviews. I started call with all the valuable information about my situation. Was going to stay at a Gaylord Opryland resort, yet they don't allow pets. So, driving across country for very first time in my Travel Trailer with dog. Asked for pull through and quieter spot. She went on to tell me they'll be people all around me and if I wanted space and quiet, to come in February!!! Again, I have zero idea about RV parks and their set ups! There was zero reason for this level of rudeness!!! NONE! These were good and thoughtful questions I asked her! I'd say the reviews were right! Can't even imagine how I'd be treated in person! (Two Rivers Campground here we come! Thank You for your kindness and understanding and for seeing and hearing me!!!)

Jatina G.

Yelp
Beautiful grounds and large pull through spaces that we look for to park our 45' coach with full size pickup tow behind. Near attractions and the biggest mall I've visited in awhile. Parked near the freeway side but the traffic noise was minimal.

Vanessa R.

Yelp
Our family had a great stay at Nashville KOA Resort! Perfect for families. The staff was friendly and helpful. My son fell off his bike and one of the men on the golf carts helped him back to our site with his bike. We enjoyed music by the pool and my son had a blast with all the games. Location was perfect for us, we visited the Opry and had easy drives to downtown. The sites were clean and well maintained. RV hook ups had no issues. We look forward to coming back! Thank you for having us!

TJ B.

Yelp
We have stayed at many KOAs...we are rewards members. While conveniently located with a few nice amenities, it's overpriced, sites are very close and most of our interactions with workers were unfriendly and rude. One member of staff even said "if you don't like it then leave"...wow! You're call but we will never be back.

C H.

Yelp
We stayed for one night in the KOA in Nashville in October in our RV but since the KOA do not have a policy about burning we had smoke inside our RV for almost the entire time we were there. We stayed at two other KOA on our trip to the Nashville Tennessee Smoky Mountain/Blue Ridge area and all three places had the same thing people buring most of the night, one guy was even burning lumber. We ended up going to a hotel so KOA is off our list to ever stay at now! Having issue with smoke we will never stay there again!

Lisa L.

Yelp
Drove 30 minutes to get my coach bus dumped and when I got there they told me it was self service but never mentioned that the 2 times I called on the phone to make sure I could get it done there

Bobbie M.

Yelp
Nicest park we've visited. Our spot had a private dog park and traveling with dogs makes that invaluable!! Nice sites, outdoor furniture, plenty to do in warmer weather. We are just passing through but highly impressed! Will certainly stop again. Update: just read the other posts about rude and inhospitable employees. That is a bummer to hear and while I won't remove a star for it the women at check in certainly didn't have warm and cozy attitudes. That needs to be addressed as the park seems awesome.

Danielle W.

Yelp
This place was absolutely ridiculous. Your better off sleeping in your vehicle. Management was rude asf.

Louis D.

Yelp
Absolutely the worst customer service of any KOA I've stayed throughout the country. Booked a reservation on the KOA app and within minutes, a woman called me practically begging to cancel my reservation. Talked over me, dismissive, unhelpful, uninformative. The only positive experience was the speed with which she refunded my deposit. Only my past positive experience with KOA would ever cause me to return to one after this garbage encounter.

Emily S.

Yelp
Hands down by far the best KOA we have stayed at. Highly recommend. So perfect in Nashville because it's close to Opryland and they have a good shuttle service to take you to downtown. Making life easy not to worry about parking. Also the park itself has fun games and so much to enjoy outdoors. Can't brag enough. One of our most favorite trips! Will definitely go back

Taylor W.

Yelp
Myself and my family have stayed here so many times in the last 10 years and it used to be the BEST. under the new management, I couldn't say the same. 95% of the workers are rude and unfriendly. The amenities were the best part and some of those aren't even offered anymore. I've encountered one person there in the last two years that was friendly. With the excessive rudeness, it's hard to want to return to this location. It's time for some customer service training for your employees.

Bill N.

Yelp
Most of the the reviews regarding this place are spot on. Can I find something to complain about? sure... The staff is friendly and helpful except the short order cook in my opinion. She could certainly put forth a little more effort. Breakfast was not so enjoyable as it reflected the dismissive attitude of the cook.

Alex T.

Yelp
Nashville KOA review First off. If I could zero star I would, the Agatha Trunchbull from Matilda looking lady but short was ZERO HELP. If she was a cop, you're getting a 66mph ticket in the 65. Absolutely "by the book". No sympathy whatsoever. My wife and I planned a month stay with this resort 2 weeks in advance. So we drove from California to TN just to find out there's a pet limit. They say on the website the park is "pet friendly" but what it should say is "Pet friendly to a degree". They only allow 2 pets. And they wait till I'm face to face with them to tell me they can't let me stay for my reservation I made?? I drove 2300 miles to find out the spot I'm supposed to live in for a month isn't going to happen because of 1 pet. (I have 3). And she couldn't make an exception "because if she made and exception for me she'd have to make one for everyone" what ever bs. I'm sure plenty of them "make exceptions" regularly. It really screwed my wife and I up. Absolutely ridiculous. I said on the application that I have pets. They didn't call and inform me, was I supposed to read their mind? Do yourself a favor and call them first if you're deciding to stay there. Just listen to the attitude in her voice when she talks. I called her about 4 times and she said my last name like I was a nuisance or something and I hadn't even done anything. Even gave my wife attitude when she called to see if the park was accessible with the snow. She gave my wifes question some half ass answer like "idk, other people are coming in, I can't tell you" I half wish I could remember her name but half don't ever want to think of her again to let y'all know WHO TO AVOID. But I can't remember. She's like 5'3 with glasses and hair to her neck. THUMBS DOWN LADY. Learn empathy. Learn to be a reasonable person. You almost messed up everything. Thank god for 4 corners. They hooked us up AND gave us a gorgeous view of some lake.

Maria B.

Yelp
We stayed in a Premium spot, which had a concert slab. The grass could have been cut before we arrived but it was done mid week. Suggestion: have the gardeners trim the edges so each site looks put together. Our site didn't have many trees so we were able to have satellite. The pool looks nice but we did not get to utilize it. One thing about this place is they offer a shuttle to take you to the Broadway area. It's $20 round-trip per Person. They pick you up in the front of registration and drop you off in front of the country music Hall of fame and Museum. It's pretty convenient and it's only maybe five minute walk to Broadway. We use this the entire time we were here it was very convenient because parking is very expensive in the downtown area. We would stay here again.

Darra V.

Yelp
We were a party of 5, and rented one of the cottages. We arrived at around 2 pm, but were told we couldn't check in until 3 because there are electronic keypads on the doors. No problem, while we waited we played lawn checkers and chess. I also took advantage of the concierge that they have on sight, which was GREAT. He reviewed downtown maps, gave me driving directions and parking advice, and discussed tourist destinations with me. This type of service is normally only found at high-end hotels. I never expected it at a campground and was very pleasantly surprised! Our cottage was great. Spotlessly clean and exactly as shown on the website. What we didn't expect was coffee and a Keurig coffee maker, dog treats for the pup, soap, shampoo and conditioner in the shower, sticks in the fire ring, and a Weber gas grill. All top-notch amenities way above what I expected from a campground. The beds were a little creaky, but not uncomfortable, and the instant-on hot water in the shower gave some people difficulty maintaining a steady temperature. The location is very convenient to Grand Old Opry, and not a bad drive to downtown if you don't want to take the shuttle ($10/pp round trip). I would definitely consider staying here again.

Tim W.

Yelp
You would expect that a park of this alleged caliber would have clean warm bathrooms, especially during the winter months. But in this case it just was not so. The bathrooms had toilet paper all over the floor. The entire bathroom/shower facility was not heated, and yes it was a very cold day. When I went to shower, I ran out of hot water halfway through, and had to rinse in very, very cold water. Not a fun experience. You would expect something like this from one of the lower end RV parks that doesn't charge very much per night, but at this facility they charge quite the premium but don't deliver. When I was checking out and told them of my poor experience, they really did not seem to care. Save your money for somewhere else more welcoming and warm

Yelp
Nashville KOA is a great place to stay when visiting the Music City. The campground has a variety of sites from deluxe paved pull through with patios to back-in full hookups to tent sites. We stayed in the back-in sites side of the campground. The sites were close together (but not on-top of each other) and many were long enough to handle most average sized rigs. These sites were gravel with grass between, which was well maintained. 50 & 30 amp service available. Very flat with minimal leveling needed. The wifi was spotty when the campground was full on the weekends. The bathhouses have individual shower access with separate toilet facilities. These were clean and well maintained. The entire campground was very well maintained and landscaped beautifully, which created a welcoming feeling. There are numerous amenities: pool, hot tub, playground, pickle ball, corn hole, etc. Live music is offered at the pool area a couple nights a week in addition to movies. The camp store is small, with limited selection, but it is attached to a nice size indoor rec room and restaurant/snack bar. A Camping World Store is also right next door to the campground, which is very convenient. A shuttle service is offered daily from 10:00AM-1:30AM between the KOA and downtown Nashville at the Country Music Hall of Fame. The cost is $10 round trip per person. The staff were very friendly and willing to help with any issues and questions. We enjoyed our stay and found the price ($68) reasonable for the great location and amenities offered.

Antoni M.

Yelp
I am extremely impressed with the Management and employees that work here! Their customer service is excellent! Beautiful location and close proximity to downtown. I'll definitely be back to stay here again!

Kendra M.

Yelp
We rented two cabins for a Nashville trip with friends. One of the cabins was very small compared to the pictures and when we asked for a bigger cabin, we were told they were all booked when we could see bigger cabins that were empty and we wouldn't get any money back if we left. The deluxe cabin was nice besides the amount of ants in it, but the smaller cabin was not great. They only provided a spoon and a can opener, no dishes or silverware. The cabin was dirty and you could see dog food from the pevious people staying in it. There was cockroaches and ants all throughout the cabin. There was one small heater in the cabin that did not give off much heat, so the cabin was pretty cold. Throughout our stay the lady at the front desk (the one reviews talk about) was very rude. One of my friends asked for one extra towel and the front desk lady was extremely rude and questioning why she needed ONE extra towel. The same lady called us because we parked one of our vehicles at the other cabin. The public showers and bathrooms were clean and the deluxe cabin was nice, but overall the price was not worth it. You are better off renting an Airbnb with your friends closer to downtown Nashville. It was disappointing that we could've saved money staying somewhere much nicer and closer. We would've had a much better stay if the front desk service was more accommodating.

Yelp
It sounds wonderful. However, we made reservations months in advance. We get there, and they say, "There's no reservation." So today I am going thru our bank transactions, and there it is, a charge! So I called them, and again, she said there was no reservation under our name made. I then tell her, then why do I have a charge from them?" She proceeded to tell me it was from another RV Park down the street that they have, but it's still in the works. Yes, we did stay there. But, how are we to know what RV Park we are making reservations for? They never said a word about another RV Park when we were checking in. We just needed to park. Next to this, KOA are two other ones. With 3 stars, this park needs to come off KOA listing. It was such an inconvenience. No stars from me, not know at what Park you will be staying at, not being advised on which park to stay at. And sure, as S, they are sure to take your money under the KOA name. Because I have to put in a star to advise others, I put in one. If I could put a minus it would certainly be a minus 5.

Yelp
We have been to this park with our coach 4-5 times with our Motorhome. It has always been extremely expensive but also located in a nice place based on what we were doing. Based on this last stay we will not be back. We have a group get together with 16 people coming from different locations for a birthday party. Group is older and not rowdy. (We spent over 2,000 with this part on a 2 night stay) Why we will not be back 1. When we asked to schedule this (Everyone staying at the park). The staff wanted 25 extra per couple per day (Insane) just to put us together. We did not pay that and hence they scattered us as far away as they possible could hence requiring that we drive to meet to get together. 2. We would meet for breakast etc for small cookouts. Even though no one was in the park the rude staff would come and tell us you can't park in the open spots and told us to take our car back to our spots etc. No one was ever in the open spots but they had rules. 3. Staff was neutral at best if not downright rude. 4. We each paid over 90 per night for a nothing special parking spot and over 130 a night for a very rustic cabin with cheap bedding. If you are going to come to Nashville save your money and try the other campgrounds right around the corner. DO NOT bring groups here for sure.

Yelp
Located near Gaylord, in an area that I would call campground row, this is the nicest of the three campgrounds right in a row. Two Rivers is $3 cheaper than KOA, but sites at Two Rivers were smaller and the overall upkeep at KOA is a lot better. Like most other KOAs, the amenities here are plentiful. The pool and hot tub area were super nice. There were loungers inside of the pool, so even if you don't want to swim, you can get in. There were board games, a pool table, a ping pong table... there's really no way you can get bored here. All of the RV sites were all long enough for you to stay hooked up to the truck. Which was perfect for us, since we taxi while we're in Nashville. They have a shuttle stop here, which will take you to downtown for $10 per person round trip. I prefer Lyft, which was only around $10 each way into downtown and only about $5 to Gaylord. The only bad thing about the location is that there isn't any restaurants within walking distance. There is a small cafe inside of the gift shop area, I don't recommend it though. $5.79 for two chicken tenders that were served to me raw, $9.99 for a pizza that was no better than a Tostitos brand that you get at the grocery for $2. It was fully cooked, still frozen and when he put it back in the oven, it came out burnt. He said that he would fix us another one but later we learned he forgot. This really would've been a five star experience had the lady at the front desk hadn't have been such a b-word. When we first checked in AND after the cafe experience. I heard her talking about us and then as we were leaving she made an effort to make sure that we heard her. She said to the cafe gentleman, "you were bored all day long and then you had to deal with that beefy one". Beefy?! Because I didn't eat raw chicken, or pizza that was still frozen. Ummm, ok. It was day one of my weekend trip, so I let it slide as I shook it off. They do really need to be held to a higher standard in the customer service area. I can honestly say that I didn't come into contact with one pleasant or nice person who worked here.

Yelp
I don't how this campground/RV park doesn't have 5 stars!!! It has EVERYTHING you could possibly ask for! I stayed here while visiting friends in Nashville who were parked in a fifth wheel on an outer lot. The park is very clean and easy to navigate. Everyone who was staying there was very friendly and seemed to respect the property rules. **Most important to me**: the public bathroom and shower areas were extremely clean. I was not afraid to stand barefoot in the shower and they were constantly cleaning the restrooms. They have plenty of picnic areas, a playground, pool, hot tub, convenience store and restaurant on premises. They even have live music shows by the pool on certain nights of the week. This park made me consider getting an RV or trailer in my retired years!!! And as for location - it is a 5 minute drive to the Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills Mall. Fantastic!

Yelp
In a bind as I incorrectly booked my stay at the other KoA. Here for an event. (More than $200 gone! It was hot and I was tired. Why or why doesn't management have tablets for the employees to come to your vehicle for check in?????? Even chik -fil-A does this. State parks you roll up to a window or kiosk. And then, cause it's HOT and I am alone, I tried to walk into their "lobby" with a FILTHY rug and everyone behind the desk goes nuts about my 12 pound terrier. Shouting at me across the lobby in front of others trying to check in. We were all amazed at this behavior. Long story short, I was in tears in the lobby by the time I was checked in. Was told by the elder woman 'we have one gravel back in site left'. Well the entire row where they put me was vacant. This my hometown and home state and the staff's behavior in lobby is an embarrassment. (Rocco was polite. The women? NO!) Management!! What are you thinking???? One and done here. I can carry my own trash to the dumpster. Never a fan of KoA but this one has been the worst. Sewer tubes next to your picnic table for $90/night. Nope. Go elsewhere. Post note: Walked back up to office. NO signs about dogs, service dogs.

Yelp
You know what? I judge a campsite, especially the KOA ones, based on the bedside manner of the hosts. They can make or break your stay because many of them are militant. I booked this particular campsite for their lodging. I had to cancel so I called and left a voice mail message leaving my information. It was annoying to do because most KOAs allow you to do this via their website. I was surprised to get a return call telling me that in order to cancel, I needed the reservation number. My previous experiences with KOAs is that they just look up the dates and your name and find it as a courtesy but not this KOA! On the phone this woman was rude, ramped over me, and was condescending. Based on just this experience alone, I would never book at this location again especially considering their absorbent prices. From the accent, the people who run the place aren't even from Tennessee. East Coast transplants. My advice to them is to be better. Camping is an experience.

Yelp
I've been staying at Koa for years and never a problem. We pulled in tired, went to bed then several minutes later I got a creepy crawly feeling turned on the light and BED BUGS, immediately got up shook out everything and went to the closest hotel. Returned after nightmares of disgusting bugs on me. I went back to advise the manager and she had the nerve to tell me "We will have to see if there were bugs or not" and gave me the bosses number..... boss was outta town

Yelp
BEAUTIFUL, well manicured RV park!! Extra long spaces for travelers pulling a 45' motor coach with a car/truck which is unlike any other RV park we have seen. Beautiful pool and clean, well kept amenities. No dogs allowed in the office/reception office - they wouldn't even allow my "service dog" to come inside, which we thought was WRONG! There was an older woman (60s) in the office that wasn't friendly or accommodating at times, which is why we didn't give the full 5 star review. Other than the woman, overall a super nice place to stay indeed.
