Nat Len Boutique Guest House

Had a clean room although the placement was poor. Window looked straight to pool which made for the blinds being closed the entire time. Bathroom was a bit sketchy with likely some mould in it and the door to same was dysfunctional. Good location with walking distance to old city. Air conditions was great and wifi was not bad.

Walked in to a tiny room to see a dead cockroach on the floor. Air conditioner sprayed water on me. Toilet didn't flush well. Very noisy when trying to sleep. Way overpriced for the room. Bathroom was dingy and subpar, no light switch, you had to plug in a lamp in the bathroom. Fridge wasnt plugged in and was very very noisy when on. Wi-Fi didnt work. Don't stay here. Ended up only spending one night even though i paid for two. Avoid at all costs. I highly suspect the good reviews are not from genuine guests. There is no way someone would give this place a good review.

My favourite place in Chiang Mai so far... Nice staff (the owners lookslike a bit serious at the first but she is a really lovely lady), clean, cozy, nice swimming pool, quiet and relaxing, close to almost everything you need in town at a really onest price...Love this place

Nice hotel in good location near to the city center, have swimming pool with jacuzi, good wifi, relaxing and friendly athmosphere, rooms are simple, but have everything needed. Good choice for its price

Clean room. Good wifi. Good prices. Nice interior. Very good vegan restaurant in 3 minutes walk.
