Natee The Riverfront Hotel Kanchanaburi

Building in industrial style. Large room with river view. Peaceful during the day but not very far from a funfair so noisy in the evening but it did not prevent us from sleeping. Beautiful large pool. Staff a little nonchalant.Asian pdj, toast and some cakes for those who do not like it. Cook who makes eggs and omelette.The hot tub , is not a + in a country where it is very hot. At the reception we were well explained what is free and paid , so no surprise.

The hotel has a great location by the river, and the rooms are comfortable. However, the service was inconsistent—some staff were polite, while others seemed uninterested. The atmosphere felt a bit cold, which was disappointing. With better customer service training, this hotel could be much better.

Clean and well kept hotel. Spacious rooms with excellent bath and shower. We booked a scenical room (fifth floor and up) which had amazing views on the river and mountains. Surroundings can be described as lively. The street which the hotel is on offers multiple restaurants, bars, massage salons and convenience stores. River Kwai bridge is on 30 minutes walking distance.

Loveedddd this hotel! The staff are sooo helpful, they assisted us in figuring out our itinerary and had good recommendations to give. Decent location with food options, massage parlours and scooter rental service at the street where the hotel is located. Spacious room, beautifullllllll view, great breakfast. Enjoyed our time here :)

Great hotel on the riverfront in Kanchanaburi. On the Main Street with bar and restaurant choices. And only a small distance from the Bridge and train station. The pool access rolls are great. Nothing better After a hot day of sightseeing than jumping into the pool.

Good hotel, nice rooms. Was a quiet hotel. Not that much was happening around it. Kanchanaburi is a bit more slow and laidback. Still one of the nicer hotels I have seen there. Location could be better, but depends on what you are looking for. Good view of the river Kwai

A lovely, upscale hotel right on the river and walking distance from the train station. All rooms face the river and the lovely pool. Front desk staff was extremely helpful to us arranging taxis. The restaurant food was okay but not the reason to stay here - but nice setting for a drink. The breakfast buffet was abundant with many different cuisines. Might not please a real foodie but you won’t be hungry.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights for 4,000 THB per night, which felt overpriced compared to the average rates we later saw. For that price, we expected better.||The beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The jacuzzi was the highlight of the room—definitely the best feature. Breakfast was okay, nothing special but decent enough.||The hotel though is showing its age, with signs of wear and tear. The amenities were very basic. The rooms were quite small and the seating was not comfortable. The water temperature fluctuated between hot and cold, which was frustrating. ||Overall, if we had paid a lower rate, we might have felt differently. But at 4,000 THB per night, we expected more in terms of comfort and maintenance.
