Natee The Riverfront Hotel Kanchanaburi

We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights with a group of friends. The room is not well maintained and we found that there is not much space to unpack our clothes. Unfortunately across the hotel is an entertainment spot that plays loud music till 1 am in the morning. I guess if you are there for a night or two, it’s acceptable. We felt that only good thing about the hotel is the coffee and breakfast in the morning. Do not recommend this hotel for anyone who has difficulty in walking up/down stairs.

In its day I think this would have been amazing It’s such a shame that it’s getting a bit tired and so it seems overpriced. The design of the hotel is great and the views are amazing. The garden and pool are nice. However. The flooring around the hotel is looking worn out There are scuff marks all around the hallways and elevator The sun loungers- there are only a few and they are old and tired-the wheel broke on ours and we had to fix it The breakfast was not good - fruit was dry, toaster only did one side of toast, croissants were stale, no bacon, the selection of food was small, scrambled eggs were not from fresh eggs etc etc The fridge is obviously not defrosted between guests. Generally the hotel doesn’t seem to be looked after and cared for.

Clean and modern design, love that there’s plenty of natural sunlight in the room. The jacuzzi on the balcony overlooking Kwai River view is fabulous! Pool and overall facility area is clean and well maintained. Loving all the greens, they are well taken care of and add on so much mood to the overall ambience. They also provide bicycle for free, we enjoyed our night time cycling to the nearby night market. Breakfast is good as well. So much good things to talk about definitely good value for money!!!!

The place was okay. Would classify as a three star. Not four. Pool was nice. Room was okay. Passable. Breakfast was not good to be honest compared to what thailand hotel offers. It gets very loud at night from music next door. You can’t sleep until 1am. For that reason. I wouldn’t return.

My boyfriend and I had the best time at Natee The Riverfront Hotel, Kanchanaburi. We took the train from Bangkok to Kanchanaburi which was surprisingly very easy. Our hotel was a short walk from the station which was very convenient with our bags. The hotel is very modern and feels very sophisticated in design. Our room had everything we needed, including an extra big bathroom with a hot tub, and a stunning balcony with a view of the peaceful river. After staying in Bangkok, it was great to relax by the pool or on our balcony, and generally we felt Kanchanaburi was a beautiful place and the locals were so friendly! Breakfast was served overlooking the river and they had a mixture of continental foods, brewed coffee and Thai cuisine which was delicious. Overall, we were very impressed with this hotel and wish we could have stayed longer in Kanchanaburi.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The room had a beautiful river view and was spacious, comfortable and luxurious. Particularly loved the spa bath and air conditioning. The pool was wonderful too |The hotel is well situated - walkable to the death railway museum and the bridge but taxis are easily available too. The hotel arranged a day trip to Hellfire Pass. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. We would highly recommend

Spacious room with jacuzzi, balcony and view of the pool and surrounding landscape. Daily buffet breakfast with egg station, variety of cooked food, bread, salad, cereal and desserts. Responsive and pleasant staff. Laundromart and bike/car rental just right in front. Walking distance to JJ market and lots of massage places and bars. Stayed for 4 night and don't have anything negative to say

Natee is a great choice for those looking to visit Kanchanaburi. The rooms are spacious, a little unkept with some mould developing around the jacuzzi. The rooms are also a little bit dark with no overhead light but other than that, really lovely. Only downside are the bugs, I was attacked by bed bugs and each morning I woke up, there were more and more bites. Bring spray and be careful of the bugs.
