Nate's Bimini Breads

Nate's daughter Ray served us and she was a delight. We almost bought the whole store. I got a pizza patty, which is really only popular in Freeport, so I was grateful for that. I also got two leaves of bread to take back for my family.

After ringing the service bell it took about 5 minutes for someone to show up at the front. They didn’t have their hot pocket traditional things ( usually they’re sold out of those by 11 is what they said). So we go the coconut sugar rolls which was a nice sweet treat. We ate a roll for our breakfasts which was perfect. Came with four big rolls.

So happy for coming there. Best cinnamon rolls ever ! Service was friendly. I also appreciate they told me to wait for the bread coming out from oven. Omg. It tastes paradise

Doing some upgrades to the front of the building so we were brought around back and into the kitchen to see the selections. Being a chef the first thing when you enter any kitchen is cleanliness and they do a great job here! Kitchen was spotless and their equipment was super clean and polished, once I saw that I focused on my flavor options. And there were so many to choose from! We chose the guava bread and it lived up to it. We ate half the loaf while walking around the island and just ate the other half for breakfast today. Great size for the price and super fresh, super happy we stopped by!! Will be a regular pit stop on every trip to the island.

I'm going to give it 4 but we didn't get anything. When we got there around 11 am they only had large loaves of bread left. The lady was very nice but we just got there too late. On a cruise and a loaf was not going to be practical. Hopefully on our next cruise we'll stop there first thing to get the rolls.

Best breads on Island . The Cinnamon Roll Bread is to die for! Pizza so very good too it’s a heavy dough so a Large feeds like 6 people

Had coconut bread, it was really good and soft, was full from bread and coffee. Very delicious. Lady inside was nice, I wanted cinnamon bread but they ran out sadly.

Nate was born to bake. The love and joy of his craft comes through clearly when you take your first bite of his guava and cream cheese loaf. A veritable feast awaits the lucky customers who make their way up the hill in Alice Town to his immaculately clean bakery.
