So happy for coming there. Best cinnamon rolls ever ! Service was friendly. I also appreciate they told me to wait for the bread coming out from oven. Omg. It tastes paradise

Had coconut bread, it was really good and soft, was full from bread and coffee. Very delicious. Lady inside was nice, I wanted cinnamon bread but they ran out sadly.

I'm going to give it 4 but we didn't get anything. When we got there around 11 am they only had large loaves of bread left. The lady was very nice but we just got there too late. On a cruise and a loaf was not going to be practical. Hopefully on our next cruise we'll stop there first thing to get the rolls.

Doing some upgrades to the front of the building so we were brought around back and into the kitchen to see the selections. Being a chef the first thing when you enter any kitchen is cleanliness and they do a great job here! Kitchen was spotless and their equipment was super clean and polished, once I saw that I focused on my flavor options. And there were so many to choose from! We chose the guava bread and it lived up to it. We ate half the loaf while walking around the island and just ate the other half for breakfast today. Great size for the price and super fresh, super happy we stopped by!! Will be a regular pit stop on every trip to the island.

If you’re visiting Bimini, **Nate’s Bimini Bread & Catering** is an absolute must-stop! The moment I stepped into Bailey Town near Bonkers Hill, the irresistible aroma of freshly baked bread drew me straight to this charming bakery . Nate, who carries on his family’s legacy since the 1970s, bakes warm, golden loaves daily—and trust me, you’ll want to grab one right out of the oven. The bread itself is heavenly—soft, slightly sweet, and perfect with a pat of butter or a drizzle of honey. Beyond the classic Bimini bread, the catering options are worth exploring for a taste of authentic Bahamian flavors. The hours (7 a.m. to 7 p.m.) make it easy to swing by any time of day, whether you’re starting your morning or wrapping up an island adventure . What truly stands out is the heart behind the business. Nate’s dedication to honoring his mother’s tradition adds a special warmth to every bite. The friendly service and homey vibe make you feel like part of the family. **Pro tip**: Pair your loaf with a local coffee or tea for the ultimate island breakfast. Don’t miss this gem—it’s a slice of Bimini’s soul! 🌟 *Rating*: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ *Highlight*: Fresh, family-made bread with decades of love baked in. Perfect for travelers craving authenticity! *Location*: Bailey Town (Bonkers Hill area), Bimini, The Bahamas.

Family run bakery where the best bread in the Bahamas is baked fresh every day. Go before noon to make sure their cinnamon bread & coconut bread are not sold out. They also make Empanada style sandwiches with a variety of fillings. A Really Good place on N Bimini (Alice town) - well known favorite for boaters cruising the Bahamas for decades. We always buy extra loaves to take home on our way back to Ft Lauderdale.

We purchased 3 different types of cookies although they are all SOOOO goood and soft. I definitely recommend the chocolate chip cookie. it was one of the softest cookies i’ve ever had. Nate was very sweet as well! definitely show your support in supporting this business!!!!!
