The Best Hotels in Hong Kong

"For street cred This four-star hotel with rooms for less than $108 a night is far cooler than any of Hong Kong's snobbish private members clubs. The sister hotel to The Eaton in Washington D.C.—a self-proclaimed anti-Trump hotel—is located around the corner from Temple Street Night Market in Yau Ma Tei (on Kowloon side), an old-school neighborhood that still looks like the backdrop to an old Hong Kong action flick. Rooms are squeeze-y, ranging from 183-square feet to 603-square feet, but they've been smartly kitted out with 1970s-inspired cork walls, orange flip clocks, and pummeling showers. There's an extremely good Cantonese restaurant, Yat Tung Heen, a fantastic Hong Kong-style food court, and a terrace bar, Terrible Baby, which serves sustainably made cocktails to unpretentious locals who wash up with their doggies in tow. But the real heart of the hotel is Eaton Workshop, a mazes of multi-media co-working rooms which also showcases art exhibitions, film screenings, and live performances. Valuable office space is also donated to local NGOs. Book now at Expedia Book now at Booking.com This article was originally published on Condé Nast Traveller UK." - Lee Cobaj

Stayed for 8 days spread out over three separate bookings just in case I wanted to go neighbouring areas. Good value for money. The 'smart' one I picked was reasonably sized and clean. Large bench and table to use if working remotely. Service and amenities were good. Cleaning staff every day made an effort to clean the room. Front desk was very helpful when I had to make changes to my booking and that was appreciated. The one minor issue I had with my stay is that there seemed to be a constant mildew smell throughout the building and in particular the common hallway space so much that there were multiple air purifiers used throughout the building. All in all, good value for money. Location was good and not too noisy from street traffic.

Overall a pleasant 4-star stay at Nathan Hotel. The location is excellent—convenient for exploring Kowloon with plenty of shops and eateries nearby. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-kept, and I want to give special mention to the housekeeping staff who were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The only downside was that bottled water was chargeable, which felt a bit stingy for a hotel of this standard. Still, it was a good stay and I’d consider returning for the location and service.

The location is good, close to MTR and a lot of restaurants. The room is spacious. The bathroom is also spacious with walk in shower and bath tub. One drawback that it lacks of towel rack. The staffs are nice. Especially Mr. Chan is friendly and helpful. The good points are: two adapters for charging, complementary 2 cans of drinking water everyday.

After having our once-in-a-lifetime trip to Hong Kong Disneyland & Resort, we concluded our trip by staying at the Nathan Hotel. It is absolutely amazing to see the innovation and the hospitality they bring to their hotel. They have a Starbucks on the ground floor, which is very convenient for me as I am a Starbucks lover! The room is great and the views are breathtaking, seeing Central Hong Kong. They provide a desk and chair, and in our case, two beds, a smart TV, a very futuristic bathroom, a wardrobe, and a coffee station. Plenty of amenities can be used during your stay. The bed is very comfy, so if you want a good sleep, it's a very comfortable bed, my assurance. The short stay that we had here before going back to the Philippines was very rewarding and amazing. Definitely will come back if I come back to Hong Kong. Amazing hospitality and service, Nathan Hotel, you guys are stars!

We chose the Nathan as it looked to be in a good location and was a good price. Well, it turned out to be a perfect location. Bus stop outside for Airport Bus. Near to Metro Stations. Great room, clean, well fitted out. Good buffet breakfast. |Pretty much a perfect place for our first time in Hong Kong!

We booked a Family Room for our family of five, but upon check-in we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade. The kids were thrilled with the spacious and luxurious room, and we all enjoyed a very comfortable stay.Breakfast had a limited selection, but it included freshly cooked eggs, pancakes, and fresh fruit, which we found quite satisfying overall. The only slight disappointment was that the bar on the 15th floor was under renovation, and the construction work was in full view. When we asked the staff about using the hotel’s laundry facilities, they kindly suggested a nearby coin laundry that was cheaper and more convenient. Their helpful and honest advice left a great impression.Overall, we enjoyed warm hospitality and a pleasant stay at this hotel.

From Hong Kong airport, we took the bus (A21) into the city. There's a stop right by our hotel. So convenient & it cost each person like 37 HKD. The hotel is located right in the heart of HK & right on the main street (Nathan Rd)

The hotel room is good and big in size, the family rooms is just awesome! Nearby hotel a lot of food variety, MacDonald is opposite street and 7-11 is just beside. There is a foodcourt in opposite hotel, all food is nice and good taste. We had wonderful times! Will revisit again in next times
