The Best Hotels in Hong Kong

"For street cred This four-star hotel with rooms for less than $108 a night is far cooler than any of Hong Kong's snobbish private members clubs. The sister hotel to The Eaton in Washington D.C.—a self-proclaimed anti-Trump hotel—is located around the corner from Temple Street Night Market in Yau Ma Tei (on Kowloon side), an old-school neighborhood that still looks like the backdrop to an old Hong Kong action flick. Rooms are squeeze-y, ranging from 183-square feet to 603-square feet, but they've been smartly kitted out with 1970s-inspired cork walls, orange flip clocks, and pummeling showers. There's an extremely good Cantonese restaurant, Yat Tung Heen, a fantastic Hong Kong-style food court, and a terrace bar, Terrible Baby, which serves sustainably made cocktails to unpretentious locals who wash up with their doggies in tow. But the real heart of the hotel is Eaton Workshop, a mazes of multi-media co-working rooms which also showcases art exhibitions, film screenings, and live performances. Valuable office space is also donated to local NGOs. Book now at Expedia Book now at Booking.com This article was originally published on Condé Nast Traveller UK." - Lee Cobaj

Nathan hotel's location is very convenient and near jordan station mtr. There are a lot of western cuisine near the area :) also just take a21 bus from airport. Cheaper option vs MTR. ||We booked the family room and beds were comfortable. And spacious fits comfortable 6 people. Staff is very accomodating and speaks english well. Breakfast selection is great too. ||The only downside is there is no bidet in the toilet. :| |||Overall thebstaybwas great. Check in was fast . Value for money.

We stayed for 6 days and 5 nights in a grand family room, which was aesthetically pleasing and quite spacious. The staff were very accommodating and consistently replenished the hygiene kits and replaced the towels. The location was convenient, although there weren’t many restaurants nearby—you have to walk across to the other side of the road. Despite that, it was still the perfect vacation.

Our stay at Nathan for 4 nights was pleasant & comfortable. The hotel is situated at a very exciting location with plenty of (good) eateries (must go to Kai Kai, Mak Man Kee, Australian Dairy Company) convenience stores, & the MTR (Jordan) a stones throw. All mandatory tourist spots are within a radius of 3-4 MTR stations. The service is prompt and efficient. ||Note: We had booked the Nathan room (one of their smaller rooms w/o bathtub) which had breakfast included (decent buffet) In hindsight, we would book one of the larger rooms with bathtub (no bf) and take opportunity of the myriad bf places around the hotel.

Nathan Hotel location is very good and convenient. The hotel definitely needs some upgrading. The rooms are one of the biggest in HK. We had to wait but the reception upgraded us. Service was above average and attentive.

Great location, with public transport nearby - to visit Hong Kong but also to reach the airport - it is very convenient both during day and night time. |The room is of good dimension with super comfortable beds, functional bathroom and shower, USB sockets on the wall, a fridge, a safe, everything is there.|The room has no particular view but it's very quiet, well cleaned and personnel is approachable. |Breakfast is good enough to get by (nothing special but not terrible), some of the staff could do with being more welcoming and friendly. |The gym is small but there is one at least. |Improvements - A/c in the communal space is too strong (bring a fleece), the room smelt a little bit if old tabacco, a shame. ||Nice hotel overall, would return.

The hotel is conveniently located 2 blocks from Jordan MTR station and the buses from the airport stop just in front of the hotel building. The room is cleaned and supplies are refilled everyday. The smart family room is spacious enough for 4 adults and 3 kids. My son slept on the couch and we were provided extra pillow and blanket when we asked. Breakfast isn't special but it's a good way to start a long day. Will definitely stay here again when I have the chance.

We enjoyed our stay here. We had a nice and comfortable family room that accomodated 5 guests. Highly recommended for families with senior or person with mobility challenges. Its near Jordan MTR station and there are a lot of good establishments to buy food and gifts.
