Natick Mall

Very clean mall, lots of stores. Upscale stores and similar stores to the pheasant lane mall. Love their bathrooms, they look like mansions. They are huge and it looks like you go into a living room with a huge dining hall area and a beautiful chandelier. Some of the stores close a bit early between 7 and 8. Other than that, it's a beautiful place with a great design just to window shop.

First time at the Natick mall today. Very impressive! Tons of stores to explore. Really nice layout too. Very bright with the massive skylight. There is even a Dave and Busters! We will be back soon. Definitely can recommend this mall.

A Solid 4-Star Experience at the Natick Mall Clean, spacious, and a great mix of high-end and everyday stores. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the layout is easy to navigate. Parking can get tight, but it’s manageable. I’m giving it 4 stars — not because of anything the mall did wrong, but because the one store I needed didn’t have what I was looking for. Otherwise, this would’ve been an easy 5-star visit. Still one of the better malls in the area and definitely worth a stop.

Very nice mall. The elevator ride to the North Pole is so worth it if you haven't done it before! Cool idea of being transported to Santa, well designed, staff if always friendly, pictures always seem to turn out nice... just an awesome experience all around.

Lots of great food and luxury shopping, just weird it closes so early. 7 on a weekday seems a bit to early.

It's Black Friday madness at Natick Mall, but it's one of the best malls I have been to. I visit here often just to walk around. This mall has every store you can imagine, many restaurants, coffee, and bubble tea options. The Laderach chocolate store is one of my favorite shops. There is a more "normal" part of the mall and then a high-end luxury area.

i couldent leave newbury comics. the boba tea in the food court is to bitter for my liking. i think this is one of the best malls ive ever been to. back to the newbury comics thing though, it has a great selection of manga. a wall of funko pops alot of comics and vinyl's.

I loved that the Natick Mall went all out with this Balloon Display by The Party Sisters! The Spider made my day as did the flying pumpkins. The little kids loved having their pictures taken in front of the Boo and everyone loved the Arch!!!! The stores participated giving out candy!!

I added this stop to the list while I was heading home from the Cape, and it was a job well done. Not only is it the biggest mall in MA, which it is, but it is also the largest shopping complex in New England (not surprising). I can see why the mall does very well due to its area and well-known reputation. Many stores have few empty spaces, indicating that the mall isn't dead. I was thrilled with the selections and variety, many of which are standard-end and even high-end. The hallways and architecture look very lovely and in great shape. In my opinion, in any mall I go to, I always dig the original architecture, giving it character and something to look at. There are plenty of parking spots, even in the parking garage. I found a spot quickly. Natick Mall is a stop to put on the list.

Natick Mall has continued to be the one of the better malls to shop at in MA. It is the biggest mall here & has a mix of regular mall stores & a luxury side. Great for if you don't wanna go to Prudential/Copley & deal with the parking. I come to this mall for a couple reasons: They've got CottonOn, Lululemon, Nordstrom (with a much bigger selection compared to their other locations in state), Level99, Dave&Busters, Zara, MANGO, AND if you're feeling like splurging, you can walk to the quieter side of the mall with Tiffany&Co + LV. It's actually unfortunate the Neiman Marcus has closed here. It made Natick a bit more worth going to, rather than Prudential as Neiman Marcus was a great substitute for a department store like Saks. Still, Natick is a lovely mall to go. You could totally spend a whole day here with all the shops and activities they've got here. Plus, after shopping, you could go across the street to AMC and watch a movie to end the day haha. Overall, highly recommend Natick Mall.

We walked the mall to check it out and see what deals we could find. There are a ton of stores. It's pretty large. They have a very nice food court lots of spaces to sit and recharge good selection of stores and some interactive things to do as well like level 99 and Dave & Buster's. It also was pretty inside. I wish there would've been another restaurant other than the food court but that's what they offer and it still was really nice.

Natick Mall has it all! Shopping, food, and entertainment. My favorite stores here are A&F, Banana Republic, Express, H&M, J. Crew, Nike, North Face, Pepper Palace, Urban Outfitters, and Uniqlo. They have many different stores for all types of shoppers. For parking, they have some parking lots and a couple of parking garages for the really busy weekends and holidays. I've always been able to find a spot, but traffic can get really bad close to the holidays (took a little over an hour to get out on Black Friday). For food, their food court has decent fast food options including Kung Fu Tea, Mcdonald's, Sarku, Taco Bell, and Ruby Thai Kitchen. There's also a Cheesecake Factory, Tous Les Jours, and Auntie Anne's outside the food court. For entertainment, they have Gamebox (interactive digital gaming with motion racking), Dave and Busters (Arcade and Bar), and Level 99 (Escape room on steroids and it has Nightshift Brewery inside). I've been to all these places and have enjoyed them. There's also a Puttshack currently in the works. Overall, this is my favorite place to shop in Massachusetts.

With the great change in American shopping habits, malls are clearly on their way out; this particular mall is no exception. Many stores have closed, there are areas of the mall that seem like ghost towns, and a lot of the stores that were high-end and well-known brands are being replaced by small businesses and secondary labels. Other than a couple of stores, this is not a shopping mall for high-end or luxury consumer goods. We also found only one regular EV charging station on our level (D), although plenty of Tesla-only chargers. And, by the way, the EV charger ended up not working. So much for a "free charger."Would like to see them add many more standard EV charging stations (and some that actually work). The good news is that it's quiet, since there aren't very many stores still open comparatively. This once darn good mall is nearing end of life. Too bad.

Updated mall, in better condition than some of the area Simon malls, they have a bright, clean and irregular corridor layout. I'm not a fan of how the parking lots doesn't have direct access from parking d1 to anything other than the Nordstrom's, felt like that's a design flaw. However, I can appreciate they show the # of open spaces even if I don't like the layout underneath.

This mall is definitely one of my favorite malls in Mass! Sometimes I wish I lived closer, but in a way it is good that I don't, my bank account wouldn't have been happy :) It has lots of brands to shop from, there is something for everyone here. Decent dining options too. I like that is it open and feels airy, it is very well decorated for holidays. It also has wegmans so I get my grocery shopping done at the same time making it very convenient for me. There are a few electric car charges and they are free! Another reason for me to come shop here!

Wonderful mall to grow up near, so many options in such a wide setting. You can walk a dog here, get drinks at the bar, get a great haircut, and the only challenge is their hours can be tough.

Feb2023: 5: I could recommend this grocery store location and these workers. I noted that upon entry through this first level floor, that the entire right section was dedicated to alcohol or wine. I was able to locate several items on the first level before proceeding to the second level to check out the food court and search for the additional items I was ordered to retrieve for dinner. There is a great little gadget that moves the shopping cart upstairs that seems pretty nice gee wiz type of thing. All of the floor space appeared clear of obstructions. The shelves I observed were fully stocked and all of the products I observed walking around were fronted on the shelves. The frozen section was neat and all of the items were fronted that I observed. I didn't walk through the alcohol area but everything appeared to be fronted as well and orderly without obstructions in the aisles. I decided to go ahead and proceed upstairs by way of the escalator snapping a few photos from the higher level down to the lower level. The upper level had several prepared food areas that were cleaned and appropriately stocked. (0) out of (5) I was a little bit taken aback by the price of $16 a pound for the chicken strips, chicken wings, potato wedges, etc takeout food which was shockingly higher than any of the local food stores in the area. ***If I was making a review on this specific issue alone, it would be (0) out of (5) stars. The chicken strips I got were dry and over cooked. The potato wedges were okay, but any gas station mini mart would be just as tasty and significantly cheaper. I was pissed off at $16 for the" hot food" I paid for in the container. You can see in the pictures, it was not much. I scanned the area to see that they had other prepared meals, a nice selection of olives and cheese, sushi, pizza, bakery, and fresh herbs along with fresh produce. I walked through the area and everything was visually pleasing to the eye as well as the produce as it should be when you walk it to the store from that entry/exit. I noted that there was a hamburger joint in the back corner. I didn't notice whether or not it was supposed to be a part of the store or a restaurant in the store. A check of the price of the other ready made food in this area seems to be a bit more than I observed in the immediate area food stores. It would be best to shop for ready made food at another location in my opinion. Several items I noted were competitive in pricing for the area. I noticed that they had Easter items already out on display and Valentine's Day had passed. I was approached on several occasions while in the store by workers asking if they could assist me locate an item for which I was searching. This was an excellent opportunity to determine if they were able to direct me to where I need to go in the store. I asked for something that I did not need nor did I know where it was located. The worker was able to get me to the location without difficulty. Great job! I went to one line that had customers instead of going to the self check out register. I know that this specific register was also in the middle of a change of personnel, so I assume that it would take longer for me to be able to check out at the spot and evaluate their changeover process. This cashier was on point and capable of getting me out in a timely fashion. Again, great job! I watched some of the workers who were moving things to the front as they walked through the store. I observed other workers who were obviously supervisors or managers walking through the store to make sure things were okay. I even saw one of them pick up a stray piece of paper and throw it in the trash. Again, great job! It seems that the workers and the managers at this store are doing what they need to do to make sure that the customers are capable of getting what they need when they need it.

Nice place to walk and shop. Unfortunately, with the internet, mall seems to be on the way down. Wegmans was out and couple of my favorite store closed.

I don't venture here often since it is more of a hike than when I lived off of Route 9 but it's one of the larger malls in the area even with a grocery store! I also love Wegmans but when it's co-mingled with other mall traffic that can be a headache. There are many different parking garages and actually navigating to the parking is not straight forward. Recently we tried going here for Level 99 inside the mall and finding the correct area to park took coordination and searching on the directory/map. They have a myriad of chain stores (including higher end), restaurants, specialty shops and other rotating displays. Who knew there was also a Pepper Palace here?! As others have mentioned it's clean and well maintained. If you can cluster your shopping needs together or you're trying to kill some time this is a nice option!

Was shopping urgently for "big and tall" sizes for shirts and shorts just before we go on vacation. Unlike most places, TB's actually carries a few of these in store but it takes some hunting. The service in this location was excellent. They looked in every corner of the store and found some real gems which fit well. Shout out to Miki and her teammate for being so helpful!

I have been to the Natick mall a lot I went a few months ago but I'm now talking about it. But the mall has changed the food court hasn't but it seems the mall has taken a different path. I believe that it is because of the Covid-19 pandemic with a lot of stores have gone out of business and sometimes new stores come in but some don't fit in a mall overall I hope that the mall gets back on track and if it does I will come back someday the mall has a special place in my heart.

Have I reached the point in my Yelp career where I'm reviewing malls? Oh well, because the Natick Mall is definitely worth a respectable review! This is one of my fave malls in the Greater Boston area, and you'll find everything here from high end boutiques like Louis Vuitton and Hermes to more affordable staples like American Eagle and Hot Topic. There's something for everyone no matter your budget, and you'll have a wonderful time shopping in this sparkling clean building! They recently underwent some renovations, and while the mall itself is basically the same, they've spruced up the common sitting areas, where you can find a calm respite from your hectic shopping day, complete with cozy couches, comfy chairs, and plenty of outlets to charge your devices! I also really loved the new bathrooms located on the first floor of the mall across from the Nordstrom's flagship store. This is easily the fanciest mall bathroom I've ever been in (see photo), and I loved it! I mean, a chandelier and full sitting area?! Swanky! In addition to a wide array of shops, there are also a ton of dining options. Yes, they have a small food court, but I would recommend Natick's outpost of popular Boston restaurant Met Bar for an elevated take on a casual burger restaurants, or Bazile, the newly refurbished Nordstrom restaurant, which has healthy salads, pizzas, and sandwiches to keep you refueled and ready to take on your shopping list. They also have a PF Chang's as well, plus a few popup cafes (the one that sells crepes and gelato is AMAZING), a conveyor belt sushi restaurants, and a Red Mango frozen yogurt shop. You won't leave hungry, that's for sure! Natick Mall is a wonderful place to shop, especially as the holidays draw near. You'll find something for everyone on your list in this gorgeous shopping paradise, and I couldn't recommend it enough!

Visited this mall today and was disappointed. I had been told it was a huge mall - let's just say this mall and men have a lot in common. It's not that big at all. Why was there carpet? The saving graces were the girls in American Eagle and the restrooms which were certainly restful. I enjoyed unwinding in the communal area in the women's space but was slightly taken aback by the monster turd in one of the cubicles.

True to MA form, traffic patterns coming in and out of here are a nightmare. Add some lanes and get some people here to direct traffic.

The mall has a very mixed review in some places this store is very good but in others I would definitely not suggest. During the December month my family went to the teleportation for Santa Claus it was an experience that we got very good feedback from we heard it was good and fun for family and kids. We got to the attraction at around 11am and the line moved up slowly but we were second in line from getting in the elevator when they stopped seeing walk ins and started only doing reservations. Just to know we were sitting in this line for about 3 hours waiting to go into the attraction. An employee came up to the first couple people in the line including us and asked for our names and number to contact us when it was our turn. We went to lunch and came back to watch the line move. A family that was 7 family's behind us told us that they had gone into the attraction and took pictures. So therefore we went to the service desk and complained when one of my family members asked for the manager the guy rudely gave him a number that look very long to answer. When the guy on the other end of the phone answered he in short words told us there's nothing he could do. So therefore if you go to see this attraction make a reservation.

Natick Mall. Much better than A-Tick Mall, which is where those awful leeches shop. Not a huge fan of the Natick Mall, especially the parking situation which is just a little weird. Definitely different to most malls I've been to and somewhat confusing - I have to be honest. I broke a few traffic laws to park my car because things were just all over the place. They totally overcomplicated things and in that regard it reminded me of Washington DC. Anyway once you're inside they have a Kung Fu Tea and an absolutely massive food court. Not nearly enough people using this Mall to justify the ridiculous parking situation. And try driving out of here when it's busy. Ew.

I love this mall! Many stores that I like going to, always clean, and large! I don't know what to critique exactly since this is a mall, so 5 stars is easy for this! Many options here!

This mall takes the cake as the only good mall still standing in the area, withstanding the area closures of all sorts of malls and shopping centers. It is one of the larger malls and has a lot of good stores and some speciality shops not found anywhere else. Unfortunately, this mall is slipping into a sad state of affairs and the once, Newbury Street/Rodeo Drive wing it once had, is a cluster of empty storefronts and slipping sales, leading to a mess of blacked out shops. It is sad to see that the mall will soon lose Lord and Taylor, one of bigger legacy chains and the rest of the mall looks pretty dismal and is on the cusp of becoming a wasteland of garbage stores and a really poor food court with Wegman's the only thing holding the entire place together. The once "million dollar" condo apartments attached to this mall, look foolish, attached to a ghostly sad building with closed restaurants and empty concourses. I hope Simon tries to salvage what is left of this once really good mall. Sadly, I am not confident this will happen.

I love the Natick Mall, although it's not what it used to be. It's massive and has a ton of parking spaces in lots and garages. There's a section of the mall with the more high-end stores, then there's mall staples like Bath & Body Works and Famous Footwear. Not many (if any) locally owned stores that I've seen in other malls in MA/NH, which is too bad since I like supporting local businesses. As has happened in malls across the country, the anchors have been shutting down. One of them, Lord & Taylor, is closing soon since the parent company filed for bankruptcy. Past anchors J.C. Penney and Sears closed in recent years for the same reason. COVID-19 is another reason things have shut down recently. There used to be a sushi place in the middle of the mall called Wasabi that unfortunately closed due to the pandemic. Nearby there was a huge water fountain that I can only assume was removed due to COVID. The food court is pretty disappointing. The options aren't great, typical generic mall food court offerings and some fast food chains. Given the size of the mall, the food court seating area is pretty small. There are some restaurants such as P.F. Chang's and California Pizza Kitchen in the mall though, and Wegman's has a lot of good prepared meal options. Despite the losses, I still enjoying going to the Natick Mall if only to walk around and window shop.

Get ready to get some steps in because the Natick Mall is huge! Located in Greater Boston with over 200 stores, there's something for everyone. Anchor stores include Lord & Taylor, Macy's, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Wegmans, and Dave & Buster's. Plenty of food options as well like Met Bar & Grill, The Cheesecake Factory and P.F. Chang's. It's bright, airy and a great place to spend a few hours when the weather outside is bit too chilly to handle. It's hard to impress a California luxury mega malls native, but the Natick Mall didn't disappoint!

This mall seems to be doing quite well for themselves as you can go to many around and they're dying as you see empty store fronts. I come here to reward myself (sometimes a girls gotta do that), and so I know which way I'm going and what stores to hit. Have bought many Louis Vuitton bags there which is why I'm going broke but the mall just has a great vibe to it. There's just not the high end stores either, it's mixed. But you have to go into LV.

I love this mall , so big choose of stores. Food court also nice if you spend all day for shopping.

Only been here once but the mall seems pretty clean and the stores seem fully stocked with everything which is not very common due to supply chain shortages!

Gone downhill! I used to love this mall. Not any more. It had everything. It's the largest mall in New England, and used to be the most lively too, with convenient covered parking. It had a glamorous history since its original inception in 1965 and its amazing rebirths since then. But since COVID-19 and even before, it has really lost its caché. Lord & Taylor and Sears have been gone for some time and Neiman Marcus is probably closing soon. So many stores have closed, the mall is so empty, and most times it seems like a ghost town with very few shoppers. The Wegmans supermarket now closes at 10 pm (*every* other Wegmans store is open until midnight) and can't find enough people to staff it. The store they now have to fill the prior Lord & Taylor space--Shoppers Find--has a very temporary and cheap look. Yes, it has a few gems: Apple, Uniqlo, Amazon 4 Star, and the Wegmans supermarket is among the very best managed and stocked in their chain. But overall, I have less and less reason to go there. The whole Framingham-Natick shopping area is depressed and sad. So many restaurants in and near the mall have closed. The pandemic hasn't helped, but many closed even in 2019. The Golden Triangle used to be the heart of New England retail. Now, it's just a footnote. I guess the local area doesn't have the economics and demographics to support what it used to. Yes, malls are being hit hard by Amazon and online shopping. Yes, things are changing fast. But just 20 miles away from Natick, the Burlington Mall shows what Natick could be. Burlington is becoming the new Natick Mall, with a vibrant and growing restaurant scene (both in the mall itself and in the surrounding District and Avenue areas) and lots of reconstruction and updates. It's almost always busy. Restaurants like Fogo de Chão, Friendly Toast, Shake Shack, Frank Pepe's, Karma, and more coming (including a remodeled Legal Seafood), and more shoppers with stores full of inventory make Burlington a much better destination than Natick.

With a Nordstrom's and Neiman's, I expect a very upscale mall and I was not disappointed. Clean, bright, very fancy looking with a lot of higher end stores. Tons of parking, above and below ground. Decent signage for the parking lot which made it super easy to find my car when I returned and needed to leave the mall. The garage was medium bright and I did see a security patrol, which is good. Several free wireless connection points worked well, which is always a bonus.

Visited the Natick mall with my daughter in a stroller a few weeks ago. We parked near Wegmans and were able to get a close spot. Pros: lots of good stores, big, nice aesthetic, tons of parking, kid's play area Cons: not enough bathrooms or signage to them, not enough elevators or signage to them It was generally hard to navigate, but a good one-stop-shop.

Coming from a small town, this mall is huge! Haven't been in 5 years-- sad to see many stores closed. But it's a great mall!!

The Natick mall is a great place to hang out with friends and do some shopping. The reason I'm putting 2 stars is because the mall is not pet friendly yet every time I go I see pets running around. I have a highly trained service dog and so does my girlfriend. Every time we go to the mall our service dogs get lunged at and barked at. We have spoken to mall management and security yet they do nothing and continue to not even question people with pets. They also refuse to put up no pets allowed signs. This is a danger to all legit service animals, not just mine. My service dog has been bitten twice here by pet dogs that shouldn't have been in there. When my service dog was almost fully attacked by a husky and a pitty security did nothing after watching the video of the dogs freaking out and lunging at my dog barking and snarling. My girlfriends dog was attacked by a cocker spaniel with a man in a wheelchair that claims the dog is his service animal but the animal doesn't perform tasks and doesn't behave, meaning legally they can kick him out. After the attack we were told that the dog is banned from the mall yet when we saw the man and dog again and called security they did nothing and told us it was out of their hands... most of the security guards are incredibly nice and understand our frustration but they are not allowed to kick dogs out because their boss says so, even though the mall isn't pet friendly... Mall management refuses to change anything and put signs up saying no pets allowed. If my service dog or any of my friends service dogs get attacked in this mall one more time we will be suing the mall for letting these pets in. Real service dogs take 2 year to fully train and cost an average of $25,000-$50,000. These dogs are lifelines, they are not just pets. If one gets attacked then the dog may become fear reactive/aggressive towards other dogs meaning they can not be a service animal anymore. Meaning that time and money spent was for nothing and the person that so desperately needed a service dog needs to start all over again with a new dog. Leave your pets at home! Emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals under the ADA and they are not allowed in the mall either. A service animal is a dog or mini horse that has been trained to perform tasks for a person with a debilitating disability. Comfort does not qualify as a task.

I came to Waltham for a quick family visit, stopped by this mall so nice .. many deals and offers , all in one American department store : Neman, Macy's, Nordstrom, Tylor etc Kids enjoy Dave and busters while shopping. Very bright atmosphere and well maintained washrooms!

I usually tend to go to the Natick Mall a few times in a year but every time I go I always find myself with an abundance of selections and stores.

Went here for my sisters birthday they have a Cheesecake Factory which is always sooooo good. We finished dinner around 7 for for some reason the mall closes at 7?? Seems pretty early to me but maybe it's because of covid. Anyways it's a great mall with great shops (bit pricey) there's also a Dave and Busters which is always a great time

I hate malls. So this review is comparing the Natick Mall (formerly Natick Collection - formerly Natick Mall) to other malls, and, given that, I love this mall. For me, the places I'm more interested in are mostly conveniently located together (Sephora, Red Mango, Teavana - although - hi Nordstrom). Perhaps because of the location or the fact that there's a lot of high-end shops, you don't seen as many mall rats and generic loiterers as you'd usually find in a mall. It's kind of empty, most of the time, and that's nice. A good portion of the mall is covered with skylits. This is especially nice for taking a stroll in the sunlight when it's 2 degrees out. If it's weren't for the GIANT Forever 21 (ugh), I'd probably manage to make this a five star mall. That said, this is definitely my first mall-hideout choice when the zombies come.

LOL This is a mall. There are shops, and cheap places to eat. There are florescent lights, and families with children who are, well, being families with children. It's a mall, it's not the greatest every, but it's not bad either. It serves it purpose as a shopping center for big box convinces and products. Every negative review on here talks about the people who go here like that is something the business should be solving. People, it's a mall! There are teenagers, and children, and abrasive lights, and cheesy music playing. That's the entire idea! Wouldn't avoid it, but I wouldn't go here on a date or on my day off as my fun outing either. Which I guess some people do? There's my piece.

Fairly new store and they were busy today, Saturday. I looked around and then was greeted by the manager and he helped me place my order online. The only problem that I had was they would not take my Apple Card, still made the purchase as the manager said that they were working on it.

There's high end and low end stores and everything you need in between. I rarely veer off the path, to the food court that is, and I always enjoy just browsing. This place is busy even on a Tuesday lunch time. Seems like a lot of people don't have work or school, including me. Sears, JC Penny, Macy's, Lord and Taylor, they've got all the big chain stores going up, up, and away in prices. And even higher in their once upon a time called collections. There's always plenty of parking and lots of stores in the surrounding area as well.

When this place reopened in 2007, newly named "Natick Collection", it was a great upscale mall, rivaling the now defunct Mall at Chesnut Hill. But some where along the line, they changed their name back to "Natick Mall ", filled the place with ubiquitous chain stores, and now this place is your typical mall full of teenagers whose parents want to keep them off the street. Though I almost got shot vying for a parking spot yesterday (yes, I did kinda steal it), the mall inside was relatively empty. And it is 4 days before Christmas. And very few "shoppers " were carrying bags. It's close to home. So I do end up there a few times a year. But I would never drive any distance for this place.

This mall has really gone down hill, it used to be fairly high end like Copley or Prudential but now it's starting to get overrun by smoke shops and weird mostly empty stores.

Boy, is this mall super mally. It really is the malliest mall with so many branches of mall you think you've gone from one complex to another. These offshoots and wings are NOT created equal. Their expansion area is definitely the high end spot, not only in shops, but also in upkeep. Seriously. If you don't believe me, visit restrooms on opposite sides of the mall. It goes from metal stalls and the thinnest (usually dwindling supply of) toilet paper to all marble with a lounge and plush TP. Very strange that its the same shopping center. On the non-rich side of the mall the bathrooms are a mess ALWAYS. The variety of shops is good, and the foodcourt is steadily improving. Its nice that they have EV parking spots, but do nothing to make sure non-EV cars park there. Sure, the "green car" area is a little harder to police, but actual charging stations that are inaccessible for my vehicle is pretty stupid.

Mall is huge! Lots of great high end stores and places to eat. American Girl Doll store has a good restaurant as well. Parking is horrible... but they do have valet.

The management allow their stores to choose their own closing times and the mall closes early every day! The times stated online do not meet with the actual times open. Not a fun place to shop anymore.

This is a nice mall don't get me wrong. It just has a few flaws. This mall opened a luxury wing about 11 years ago and it isn't like Copley that is for sure. The Shops at Riverside in New Jersey had a better luxury selection and most of that mall is under renovation right now. The food court has gone down hill in review months not that I care but just a heads up.

The Natick Mall is an exquisite establishment! The floors of the mall have a remarkable stench and taste! A delight to the taste buds! If you ever have the chance to go remember to take a sniff and lick of the floors! Absolutely mind blowing, life changing, and all together an amazing experience! 5 stars!

pros: As malls go this one is gorgeous spacious airy. Love the look and feel and let me tell you - I'm not a mall person by any stretch but this is a really nice environment. cons: There should be better, bigger and more street signs so driving and locating the proper entrance is simpler.. The circle is insanity!!

My mom was trying some clothing on in your restroom on level 2 by johnston and murphy (no clothing store are allowing in-store fittings due to covid) when I suddenly heard a HUGE noise coming out from the ladies bathroom where she was. I came in to make sure she's okay and found out that YOUR BATHROOM DOOR ALMOST FELL ON HER. LIKE WTF??? Had it hit her I WOULD'VE FUCKING SUE THE FUCK OUT OF YOU. Sorry for the language but how would you feel if this happened to you? That a heavy 75lbs door almost crushed your tiny 115lbs mother?
