National Art Gallery of Namibia

Some nice drawings and paintings and good work in general but was expecting more to see. And was expecting to see some scuplture as outside the musem it show some but inside there is not. Also no one available to give informatiom about the paintings inside.

Great place to visit in Windhoek. We enjoyed the art exhibition. Lots of interesting paintings. Different artists from Namibia. Absolutely worth visiting. Free of charge. Nice restaurant as well just outside the exhibition where you can enjoy traditional food or just a cup of coffee.

Interesting choice of art pieces on display. The gallery is centrally located and easy to get to for tourists. A quick stop as its curated artworks fill 3 only medium sized rooms and one of the galleries is not open at the time of publishing this. You need to climb up and down 1 flight of stairs to see all the artwork. The staff members were very helpful and friendly from the moment we stepped into the museum to the moment we left, They were also readily available to answer all our questions. A must-see for all art lovers visiting Windhoek.

A unique exhibit with decent Ceramic pots and marble sculpture gallery. Worth visiting once considering the entrance is free.

Spent around 30 mins here. Limited art were on display but it was pleasantly air conditioned and had clean toilets.

If you are in the area give it a go as admission is free but it‘s not necessarily worth a detour.
