This dental hospital provided an excellent experience from start to finish. The doctor was very friendly and took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated how, the very next day, they followed up to check on how my experience was. It truly feels like the patient’s care and satisfaction are their top priorities. Highly recommended!

Worst Experience at NDC Dental Clinic, Gachibowli – Overcharging and Unethical Practices I called NDC Dental Clinic in Gachibowli ahead of time, and they quoted me a maximum of ₹1500 for a basic teeth cleaning. No doctor fees, as it was complimentary, and an X-ray would add just ₹300 – totaling around ₹1800 at most.But when I visited on the evening of January 3, 2026, the doctor and team pushed "deep cleaning" plus an X-ray, jacking the bill up to ₹3300! That's nearly double what they promised. The lady doctor seemed competent, but the whole place feels money-minded. They throw around dental jargon to upsell and overcharge patients – completely unethical. Avoid this clinic unless you have extra cash to burn. Steer clear!

Fluoride treatments at this clinic have greatly improved my dental health. The dentist was very knowledgeable and provided excellent care. My teeth feel stronger and healthier The dentist in Gachibowli provided excellent care. The clinic is very modern, and my teeth cleaning was very thorough

I’m genuinely unsure if the reviews are genuine or fake. I personally opted for my mom’s treatment, and they initially quoted a whopping 35k rupees. They promised a discount and provided it before the treatment commenced. However, once the treatment began, they abruptly changed their stance and suggested adding numerous extras to the dental treatments, effectively pocketing extra money from us. The final bill came to around 40k, but I must admit that the treatment itself was decent. However, I recently visited my mom, and she informed me that her tooth had fallen out. This experience has left me thoroughly disappointed with the treatment.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at National Dental Care, Gachibowli. The staff was extremely unprofessional and careless, and they showed no concern for patients’ comfort or hygiene. The doctor seemed more interested in rushing through the appointment than actually listening to my problem. The clinic is poorly managed, and I completely regret trusting them with my dental care. The way they handle patients is unacceptable, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this place. Definitely the worst dental clinic I have ever visited.
