Significant Issues with Punctuality and Clinical Staff Availability ​My experience at "National Dental Care" was highly unsatisfactory and lacked the professionalism expected of a dental clinic. ​Key Concerns ​Severe Punctuality Issues: Scheduled appointments were not honored in a timely manner, resulting in significant and unreasonable wait times. This demonstrates a clear disregard for patient time. ​Lack of Clinical Staff: During my visit, there appeared to be a notable absence of qualified dental practitioners. The environment felt more akin to a non-medical facility, which is deeply concerning for a healthcare establishment. ​Conclusion ​The overall impression is one of very poor management and a lack of proper clinical operation. I strongly advise potential patients to seek care elsewhere to avoid wasting time and money, and more importantly, to ensure they receive care from qualified doctors. This is not a professional dental practice.

Dr. Ila Tiwari is the implant ologist at National dental Care. She has been taking care of my tooth pain. Recently I had a major extraction and two implants put in at the same time and once the anaesthetic wore off, I did not even have one minute of pain. It was amazing for how complex the procedure was. She was really adept at the surgical procedure be careful with infection prevention procedures, great bedside manner And excellent post-operative instructions.. Strongly recommend national dental Centre as well. Appointments on time and you get reminders. The Receptionist and Admin there Shravani is very good, Super professional! Strongly recommend this centre and this Doctor.

For my mother Dr. Ila and Dr soujanya has done multiple implants and crowns full mouth. Our experience is really good overall the way doctors take care of us , they are concerned and treat us like family. She is very satisfied with her bite and new look. Prior going with the process she explained every detail of the procedure and was very patient. Very bad experience. My husband went for his wisdom tooth pain. The doctor did X-ray and then try to force tooth removal. Then the doctor suggested cleaning of the teeth to reduce the pain and after cleaning also, he is experiencing pain but the doctor didn’t recommended any solution for the pain. Only thing they are concentrating is the tooth removal.

It's a complete dental hospital—very spacious, clean, and neat, fully equipped, with humble and well-trained staff and very experienced doctors.I had my critical wisdom tooth treated at this hospital. Thanks to the very experienced and professional Dr. Remya Madhusudhan Nair and her assistant, Mr. Ganesh, for curing it.
