After months of pain and a second failed attempt to 'fix' the filling, I moved cities and let it be. Now, in 2026, a new doctor has confirmed via X-ray that the original procedure was a total failure. The roots were never completely filled, and they left a broken 2mm metal file inside my tooth, which has caused a severe gum infection. This negligence is unacceptable.

Very poor appointment management. I always reach on time, but the clinic makes me wait for more than an hour every single visit. New patients are clearly given priority until their payment is collected, and once that is done, existing patients are ignored. This is unfair and unprofessional. I was earlier asked to remove my negative review with assurances that things would improve and promises of discounts. Sadly, those promises were empty. I feel disrespected as a patient and would not recommend this clinic to anyone expecting basic professionalism.

Worst Place. Dr Srinivas Implantologist has no experience but talks like Noble Prize winner in Medicine. He doesn't know his work. Just show off and talk. 6 implants were placed for my mother, but they charged for 7... i.e 20 K extra. Came to know about this when visited another Dental clinic for general review.
