I had teeth filling done here. Bit unprofessional with appointment time. There is no relevance for it. They will make you wait for 40 minutes even if you make it on time. They missed filling one teeth. They are just bothered about money and making minimum sum of bill on customer and not bothered about patient and to treat them better. They were seeing my teeth for half an hour and missed seeing a hole in my teeth

i had terrible experience at ndc madinaguda instead of fixing my dental issues they actually made my tooth worse the quality of treatment is extremely poor . and i am now left dealing with more pain and damage than istarted with. i deeply regret choosing this clinic also, please dont be fooled by the high rating .it is very obvious that many of the positive review are fake or managed based on my actual experience , the service provided here does not mach the perfect stories you see online . please save your mony and your health go to aprofessional who actually knows what they are doing.refund my money .

It is better to avoid this clinic because they waste a lot of your time. They have absolutely no sense of time. The staff seems to think that patients have no other work to do. ​Today, they gave me an appointment for 2:00 PM. I arrived exactly on time, but they didn’t call me in until 4:00 PM. My actual work was finished in just 10 minutes

I had wisdom tooth removal and have few cavity issues. They just took an x-ray and suggested me bridge support and implants.. while they didn't suggest what's best for me.. more focused on explaining the charges. Wisdom tooth removal recovery took alot of time.. and they don't provide reports which is very suspicious. I wouldn't suggest NDC. Now I checked on another dental clinic where they explained me clearly on what steps I can take. Also looks like the 5 stars reviews are paid ones

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Harsa Anam, an NDC dentist. The treatment I received was not up to the expected standard, and I felt the overall care was lacking. This doctor considers himself very smart, but there’s no one more foolish than him. The service provided by NDC Madinaguda was extremely poor. However, I would advise anyone reading reviews to be cautious, as many of them seem to be fake or misleading. My experience doesn’t match the overly positive feedback shared. I suggest avoiding NDC Madinaguda for any reason and doing thorough research before making a decision

I underwent a dental implant procedure here and found it an amazing place with excellent doctors and support staff. What was impressive also was the state of infrastructure and advanced equipment this hospital uses for accuracy and treatment. I visited the hospital multiple times in the past four months, as it's a long procedure, and the doctor, Dr Srinivas, took adequate time to do an excellent job. What I liked the most was he was never in a hurry to finish the job. He was always patient and made the right decision to give adequate time for the infection to heal. His treatment was absolutely painless from removing the infected tooth to carrying out the implant surgery and placing the crown. Dr Divya always interacted with me after every procedure and ensured that the treatment is on the right course. She explained in detail the options available for treatment which helped me decide on the dental implant. The support staff were very prompt in fixing the appointment and reminding me several times over phone. Overall, it was a lovely experience for me.
