I recently visited NDC Dental Clinic for a treatment. While the dental work itself seems to have been completed and I hope the tooth will be fine, the overall experience was quite unpleasant.
During the procedure, the staff appeared to be searching for equipment while the treatment was already in progress, which made me uncomfortable and affected my confidence. I also have a severe gag reflex, and it felt like this was not handled very well during the treatment.
Another issue was that I was given a tissue or bib only halfway through the procedure, which ideally should have been provided from the start. After the treatment, I experienced neck pain, possibly due to the positioning during the procedure.
Lastly, once the treatment was completed, the doctor simply guided me to the reception. There was no explanation of post-treatment care or precautions, which I believe is an important part of patient care.
Overall, while the treatment may be technically okay, the patient experience, communication, and comfort during the procedure need significant improvement
