National Dental Care | Best dental clinic in Sarjapur Road

I went with a simple requirement of re applying the root of a root canal cap. They applied the most expensive glue citing its longevity which did not even last 25 days. And they call themselves “Best dental clinic”. Not recommended at all. Waste of time & money.

I had a consulation with Dr. Aparna where she had to examine my kids tooth and recommend where it needs to be extracted or not. I was told by the management initially at the time of booking that There will be no consulation charge and I'll be charged only if any treatment is involved. This doctor was supposed to physically examine but instead she took whole mouth xray. I got suspicious and asked why the xray is required which she did not explain. Later she charged 300 rs consulation and 500 for xray only to tell me that once the pediatric dentist will come, they will examine and tell the next steps. I still donot understand why xray was taken when she did not tell me anything meaningful based on that. I can easily make out that all this was done to extract money by fooling people. Such greedy management and greedy doctor!

I recently visited NDC Dental Clinic for a treatment. While the dental work itself seems to have been completed and I hope the tooth will be fine, the overall experience was quite unpleasant. During the procedure, the staff appeared to be searching for equipment while the treatment was already in progress, which made me uncomfortable and affected my confidence. I also have a severe gag reflex, and it felt like this was not handled very well during the treatment. Another issue was that I was given a tissue or bib only halfway through the procedure, which ideally should have been provided from the start. After the treatment, I experienced neck pain, possibly due to the positioning during the procedure. Lastly, once the treatment was completed, the doctor simply guided me to the reception. There was no explanation of post-treatment care or precautions, which I believe is an important part of patient care. Overall, while the treatment may be technically okay, the patient experience, communication, and comfort during the procedure need significant improvement

I visited NDC Dental, Sarjapur Road branch on 30th December for a dental check-up. After the consultation, I felt the treatment cost quoted was much higher than the current market, so I decided to check with other clinics as well. The most disappointing part is that I paid separately for my tooth scanning report, but till date, I have not received the report. I have made around 10 phone calls and sent multiple WhatsApp messages. Every time, the staff says they will share the report, but there has been no response and no follow-up at all. This kind of negligence after taking payment is completely unacceptable. Very poor coordination, lack of professionalism, and pathetic service from the Sarjapur Road branch team. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.

Visited NDC Sarjapur for General checkup. Quite happy with clear communication of treatment plan, pro’s and cons. Having all the specialists needed in the clinic helped get treatment done in time efficient manner. RCT, Gum, Cap

Doesn't feel like a professionally managed clinic. First impression of the clinic was amazing, but soon turned weird. The consultant doctor felt our problem can be solved with medicines and wanted to prescribe so. But she was pulled out of the room by other doctors/admins and chastisised for not asking us to get new dentures. In the second visit we were directed to a different doctor. She convinced us that we need a minor surgical treatment and new dentures even though she said that there's nothing wrong with the old dentures. Later I overheard the doctor whispering to the dental surgeon in another room, while showing her our xray, not to recommend using the existing dentures or any other alternatives. Fine, we agreed to get the new dentures as they were anyways getting old, and scheduled appointment for surgery. Even after double confirming the appointment a day before, they called to change it just an hour before the scheduled time. I asked them to callback after sometime to confirm. Never heard back. So we decided to go get our surgery and new dentures from somewhere else. EDIT: On consulting another dentist our problem has miraculously disappeared with just some trimming in the old dentures. They said that the surgical procedure prescribed by NDC was risky because of the anatomy of that region in the mouth and could have led to bigger, more painful problems. We didn't need either the surgery or the new dentures after all.
