I had a bad experience with a previous wisdom tooth extraction, so I was keen on finding a good dental hospital this time. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the welcoming reception staff, who offered me and my family water and made us feel comfortable. The clinic had a great ambiance, which set the tone for the rest of my visit. Dr. Shivani took the time to listen to my concerns and performed a detailed examination, including an X-ray. She then performed scaling, laser curettage, and complete teeth cleaning. The process was smooth, and I felt at ease throughout. When it came time for my wisdom tooth extraction, Dr. Kameshwari did an excellent job. The extraction was completely pain-free—I didn't even realize when the tooth was removed. I felt no discomfort during or after the procedure, and even three days later, I had no pain at all, which was a major relief compared to my past experience. I also found that the charges for all these treatments were very reasonable, which made the overall experience even better. The quality of care I received far exceeded my expectations, and the prices were much more affordable than I anticipated. Worst Dental Experience Ever – Absolutely Avoid This Clinic - Extremely Poor Treatment, Overcharging, and Zero Standards My parents had a deeply upsetting and unacceptable experience at National Dental Clinic (NDC), Vanastalipuram Branch, Hyderabad. This clinic is a classic example of overcharging patients while delivering substandard, careless, and low-quality treatment. They charged very high fees, creating the impression of premium or advanced dental care. In reality, the treatment provided was shockingly poor, unprofessional, and below even basic dental standards. The quality of work did not match the price at all—it felt cheap, rushed, and poorly planned. There was no proper treatment schedule, no discipline, and no accountability. Appointments were not followed properly, timelines were ignored, and my parents’ pain and discomfort were treated casually. For elderly patients, this level of irresponsibility is dangerous and unacceptable. Questions were not answered clearly, and there was no transparency about procedures or outcomes. It felt like patients were treated as numbers, not human beings. What is most disappointing is that this clinic seems more focused on marketing, advertisements, and attracting patients rather than actually providing ethical, standard-level dental care. They are quick to take money, but slow and careless when it comes to treatment quality and results. The clinic fails to maintain proper treatment standards, professionalism, and patient care ethics. My parents were left mentally stressed, physically uncomfortable, and financially exploited. Reposting since it’s been 2 weeks but it never shows! Photos are not letting me post either! We went back to India for my SIL wedding n I decided to get my teeth check, but it ruined my whole holiday since I cannot open my mouth properly! I can only open it to the size of a slice bread! I was only eating a sliced bread for the whole week! The dentist (Pavan)who identified himself as the head in this clinic advise to remove my wisdom tooth since it doesn’t look nice n it was alone at the back though that tooth doesnt have pain at all. The girl who identified herself as a surgeon was not gentle at all! She had a hard time removing my teeth, and she was frustrated, so unprofessional! She pinched my cheeks so much while shouting “make it loose!” Told her it is! She bruised me all over my lips! I told her the tools are hurting me, she just simply said “the tingling sensation is because of the anaesthesia wearing off”. See, I still have anaesthesia, but I felt the pain too much! She clamped my lips multiple times and she forced the side with her tools! When she used the cutter, the part of it was resting on my front teeth so I could feel the vibration on them which was terrible! She’s done it multiple times! This so called surgeon is unprofessional! I cannot open my mouth because of the wounds on my lips! The Pavan put a filling on my tooth as if he just put a bubble gum! Not even 5 mins it was already done! He did not even check if the filling is even, I had to tell him it is high! He did not use the infrared to harden it either! He just told me we might need to do root canal if it gives me pain but not now! When the tooth was ok? Seriously! Looks like he did a terrible job so I’d get pain on it! What a joke! 2 days later, the filling is already deep! We went back for check up n for the removal of the stitches after a week n my husband complained about my wound, the “surgeon” said she could imagine since it’s been a week but the wound is so fresh! She said my cheeks are not elastic and my bone structure is different because I am not Indian. Seriously? Am I an alien?This is my first time hearing this rather ridiculous excuse! When my husband said, there should be another way of removing it instead of giving me the terrible wound n bruises, she n Pavan said even if we do it next year or some other time it is still the same process. Yeah for sure, but let’s be honest! If she was not frustrated, she could have removed the teeth without the horrible wounds and bruises on my lips. And if I may add, she used my chest as a table! Throwing the tools on it! What a really traumatic experience! Also, during check up she was so gentle! She should have done that in the first instance! Moreover, when we talked about the filling, they said the filling that I am talking about is composite while the one they use is glass, the dentist who puts it even said I could google it. Really? Then why does it look like composite and the price is the same from my last visit? Now, I am back home,my mom was so mad since the wound is still here! It’s hard to heal since it’s in between my lips! I cannot open my mouth properly and if I try, the healing wound breaks again! The so called surgeon told me to open my mouth! While I was on the plane, the tooth with the filling hurts so bad! That tooth doesnt have any pain at all! The only reason I asked them to touch it was bec the filling from decade ago feels like it’s getting deep but there is no pain at all! Pavan said the filling he did is perfect! It is too far from the nerve so why it is hurting? Definitely there is something wrong with it! It could be hollow since the filling sunk drastically in a week after he puts it’. The dentist here before was gentle though they were not good either! I did a dental crown here and after a week it fell off! Since I already left the country, I had to visit a different dentist to stick it back! When my husband told them what happened, the dentist said “we do not have enough time so he did not use the powder to stick it”. Surely, giving them a second chance was a mistake!
