National Gallery

I don't often write reviews (especially good ones), but this is a particularly good business, above-and-beyond what the average customer can generally look for, or hope to find. My residence was recently burglarized by thieves who kicked my door in to gain access, in the process knocking a full-size (24x36) framed print off of the door and onto the floor, shattering the glass. I took the glassless (but otherwise thankfully intact) frame to Denise, who said she could cut new glass for me for a surprisingly competitive price. Denise listened to the story behind my need for new glass and, without a second thought, donated her time and material to me, a stranger and only a first-time customer! She also fixed the frame's damaged hanging hardware and re-installed the print! (Needless to say, the quality of everything was as good as could be expected of anyone.) This is the kind of thing that, when you are fortunate enough to encounter it, makes all the difference. Big-box framing stores are not going to care about someone in my situation, let alone help a guy out. I'm not certain how long I'm going to be staying in my seemingly unsafe neighborhood, but I will go back to Denise for anything/everything I can for as long as I can. I encourage everyone in the community to do the same.

I had a poster framed that I picked up today. They did a great job and the price was reasonable for the quality of work and materials they used.
