I am writing this review to express my utmost satisfaction and gratitude for the outstanding service provided by Ms. Udeshika Subashini, the Management Assistant at the National Gem & Jewellery Authority (NGJA). Her exemplary coordination, promptness, politeness, and patience, coupled with her proficiency and due diligence in her expertise area, truly deserve commendation.
I recently contacted NGJA regarding my Gem Dealer License application, and my call was fortuitously transferred to Ms. Udeshika on December 29, 2023. From the outset, Ms. Udeshika demonstrated a high level of professionalism and kindness. She not only provided me with comprehensive details about the application process but also took the time to give me a thorough induction, ensuring that I was well-informed and confident in the procedures involved.
One notable aspect of Ms. Udeshika's service was her proactive approach in updating me about the status of my application. She informed me that my case was with the Matara Regional Branch and went above and beyond by sharing the direct extension number of the person handling my case. This level of transparency and willingness to assist is truly commendable and showcases Ms. Udeshika's dedication to facilitating a smooth and efficient process for applicants.
Throughout the application process, I made approximately 5-6 calls to NGJA, and each time, the staff, including Ms. Udeshika, displayed exceptional kindness and patience. I must highlight that the quick and prompt responses I received from a Government Authority exceeded my expectations. It is indeed a testament to the commitment and professionalism of Ms. Udeshika and the entire NGJA team.
In conclusion, I want to extend my sincere appreciation to Ms. Udeshika Subashini for her exemplary service, as well as to the entire staff at NGJA for their commitment to providing exceptional assistance. The positive experience I had with NGJA has left me thoroughly impressed, and I applaud their dedication to delivering top-notch service to the public.
Hats off to Ms. Udeshika Subashini and the entire team at the National Gem & Jewellery Authority!
