It was my only second visit to this stadium after watching a Commonwealth Games Hockey Match in 1998. The stadium pretty much looks the same. This time me and Sister went to watch a concert by the legendary Music Composer, Maestro Ilaiyaraaja from India. We had to queue up for almost an hour outside the stadium to get seated due to rain. Otherwise, felt happy to be back in the majestic arena.

Attended the Pakistan vs Malaysia match at the National Hockey Stadium Bukit Jalil — what an exciting and well-organized event! The atmosphere was electric and the crowd's energy made it unforgettable. The stadium facilities were clean and staff were helpful. However, the only issue was the parking. It was quite difficult to find a proper spot and traffic management outside the stadium needs improvement, especially during big matches. Overall, a great experience for hockey fans — just arrive early if you’re driving!

I went to attend the Greeday live concert at the Hockey Stadium in Malaysia, and it was honestly a dream come true! 💯 I used to listen to their songs back in Pakistan when I was little — tracks like 21 Guns, Boulevard of Broken Dreams, and Wake Me Up When September Ends were my absolute favorites. Never thought I’d get the chance to see one of my favorite bands live after so many years! The energy, the music, the crowd — everything was perfect. I also noticed a huge number of fans from Indonesia—seems like rock still has a strong fan base there! 🎸 Truly an unforgettable night filled with nostalgia and powerful music. 🔥🎶

I came here for 2 days as part of the production crew for the second Illayaraja concert held in Malaysia. The venue was relatively clean but very, very hot during the day as there is no roof for this stadium. Thankfully , the rain came and cooled down the place for a while but stopped just as the concert began. The venue is large but there is no clear indication of the gates a,b,c, etc. anyway, the concert was awesome despite the rainy weather and I enjoyed my visit here.

Came here for Maroon V & Green Day concerts, venue is easy to get around although find an area to park your vehicle is difficult

It's an open stadium, no roof and AC. The rainy weather makes the crowd a little bit uncontrollable before the show. Really really long waiting queue from the outside of the stadium, we took along route to our gate. As it was raining but it doesn't have enough roof on the way to the stadium, people were getting wet before checking in. If you participate any events here, please be prepared. No umbrella is allowed, only raincoat.
