I hardly ever write a review but felt I just had to for the service we received. Joan and Laurie went above and beyond to accommodate us! I was on a flight with my 93 yr old Dad and they pampered him the whole flight. When we landed they were so helpful with getting my Dad off the plane and safely in his wheelchair. The crew are outstanding the staff at the airport each way very helpful. I can’t say enough about my experience. Thank you so much to all!!’

Liane was the best Customer Service Representative that I’ve seen in a VERY long time. We were so excited to purchase our new Falcon and get back to National…but guess it’s Fontainebleau for our home base without her. :(

arrived here on 11/24 around 5 PM as a driver for Dolphin Transportation from Naples, and I must say, the customer service here is top-notch. They knew exactly when the plane was landing, made me feel welcomed, and even offered me a cup of coffee. Both front lobby customer service representatives are an asset to your company. Keep up the great work!

Great friendly service. Good fuel pricing and fees.

The staff there are helpful and accommodating. Place clean and they have massage chairs for the flight crew. Love it!

Need to consider the location of leaving. We were in Manaus, Brazil coming off cruise. 1.5 hour delay with no explanation. Sat in plane for hour with no explanation only to have pilot say needed to complete last minute paperwork. Uhh, last minute? We should havve been in the air. Had no choice since it was a charter. I will say the flight attendants were awesome

Always a breeze passing through National Jets. Everyone is helpful from the wonderful ladies at the front desk to management helping out on the ramp. My favorite thing about National Jets is that everyone is very helpful and proactive in helping me get things done when I'm at NJ. I love the home-y feel you get the second you walk in. From warm welcomes to snacks + drinks readily available there isn't any more you can ask for. On top of all of the amenities that NJ has I find it to be especially clean and that's such a plus because going from aircraft to aircraft to touching the luggage makes being here even better.
